this is how you fix a schedule, you have to be awake for around 36 hours depends when you want to go to sleep, lets say you wake up at 4pm and you want to go to sleep at around 1am, so when you wake up at 16 you have to be awake till next day to the time when you wanna sleep(1am in this case) so it would be 32 hours
