Loving another’s thoughtfully curated vid, as always. Feeling the need for all things winter holiday as well and even as the parent of a small human, I haven’t craved it like this. 💕 Even got a clearance rainbow colored fake tree and a tacky, but fabulous blow up yard decoration (Santa riding a unicorn- positioned at the end of an 8 foot tall rainbow 🌈 🎅 🦄 😂). Cheers to all of it.

For nasal sprays, insert the tip until your fingers touch your nose, then angle the tip towards the inner eye on the same side as nostril you’re treating. That’s where your sinuses are. Most nasal spray runs down the throat if not angled this way. ER doc told me 👍🏻

Love a monthly favs, and so excited for Five Days of Favs - one of the most glorious times of the year :) This is the first year I've really delved into The Ordinary as well, and while a few things haven't quite worked out, others have been excellent! Highly recommend the Buffet serum and Peeling Solution mask thing - it's intense, but great if your skin can handle it. For me, this past month involved a lot of hot baths, yukon gold potatoes, showering my pup in cuddles, and alternating Lovecraft Country with episodes of Nailed It (just started re-watching the Holiday episodes because they bring me joy) and We Are The Champions on Netflix - because they're light and fluffy, and sometimes that's just what you need :)
I'm very excited to see your ACNH island! I'm also 18 kinds of excited for 5 days of favs! Every year, there is at least one thing in each video that becomes a year-long fav of mine. Thank you for all the amazing videos, and for creating this supportive, beautiful community!

The Undocumented Americans! Finishing books is like pulling teeth for me and I plowed thru that one. It’s 6 chapters and written in a direct to reader conversational style and fuuuuuu....mygod

Dan brown has short chapters and a pretty good font size as well. But I still haven’t finished it yet. I personally find reading e-books easier, because you can’t physically see the thickness and that honestly helps a lot!

when your body becomes dehydrated, sometimes you can lose some electrolytes, so it probably helped because not only were you drinking water but some of the electrolytes were replaced

I have been wanting to get back into reading, I just added that book to my wishlist. I really enjoyed Hunted by Elizabeth Heiter. It’s about a female FBI agent chasing down a serial killer. I have heard great things about the author Tana French. I asked my husband for her books for Christmas. She is also a mystery/thriller novelist. I don’t know if any of those come in large print, but I think it’s worth checking out.
I just read about an online platform called Bookshop.org. It’s a centralized online shopping space for independent bookstores around the country. I thought that was a cool idea, so you can support local businesses. I have a friend who used it out in California and she said it was great. I have used ThriftBooks several times and have always been happy with it. That is an online second hand bookstore.

As for recommendations I've been recommended Little Fires Everywhere by Celeste Ng, The Confession by Jessie Burton, Elizabeth Is Missing by Emma Healey and more. I myself haven't been reading at all in the last months but I really enjoyed Everything I Know About Love by Dolly Alderton. Non-fiction but it captures you. The other recs are more exciting of sort 😇🌠x

I do have ADHD and struggle to finish any book lol. May have to try that one if I get a chance. It's a miracle I read all of the Exorcist novel, but I'm glad I did. It was tiny font with small pages so it was a bit much a times

Check out the book "Educated" it sucked me in on the first page! It was one of the first books I have finished in a loooonggg time.
I think you would enjoy the seven husbands of Evelin Hugo or Daisy Jones and the six bought by Taylor Jenkins and my editions have pretty big easy to read font but there are many so maybe look up which one has the better font for u :)
How you play with Squalane and sunscreen together. In my opinion the Squalane ist solving my sunscreen :( no matter If I try it before or after.
What was the font size of that book and how many pages did each chapter have? I am a published author and knowing these things would help make my books more enjoyable for those with ADD, ADHD, as well as those with ASD (like I have). I think my published novel may have been a disservice as the font was 12 (recommended by an online class about how to write and self-publish a book), my editor wanted me to include a lot of detail from what was written in the first draft), and I think my OCD may have played a role in why some chapters were long as well as be a certain length. I do know that vampire romance isn't everyone's cup of tea, but luckily I am writing other books out of that genre ATM

They are on the Logical Harmony approved list so they should be cruelty free.
