Hi I have a question. I record music, full covers with a DAW and I want nice sounding speakers I can listen to them with. I currently have a Logitech z313. Now I'm an amateur and not perfect at judging sounds but I heard someone say this system is bad with highs. What do you think? Would it ruin my sound?
Got a Samsung G7 Odyssey monitor so want a set of speakers for gaming - had seen these in Currys but that audio test has made my mind up - very much appreciated 👍
I got the speakers today but cannot connect them between an Xbox Series x and the above mentioned monitor - connected speakers to monitor by 3.5mm jack but no sound? Can you please advise?
Hello, I bought these speakers today, a courier will probably deliver them to me tomorrow. I wonder if I would not burn anything after connecting these satellites to the logitech z2300 set in which one of the speakers broke down?
I've never used the z533 personally but I've heard that it sounds very similar to the z407. I went with the z407 purely for the wireless controls and connection
I believe the z337 might sound a little nicer. And have stronger bass. But the z407 is slightly wireless and looks nicer in my opinion. Also unsure of the price difference. Tbh I think you would be very happy whichever way you went. Flip a coin?
Yes. You know the spinny thing that controls the volume? You have to press the button on the bottom next to the Bluetooth one. The light on it will turn purple and they should work
@@HammoTechReviews Yeah, I was simply being daft and the volume on both the speakers and the monitor that I connected them, was too low... Anyways thanks a lot for your quick responses.
Could you answer me, i see you have the exact same desk as me and mounted a monitor stand on it. How did you do that? i wanted one for a very long time but the desk is too thick for it to mount for me

so can u technically connect this speaker to your phone, then switch to 3.5mm headphone jack when you need pc noise? (if the jack was already plugged in the first place)
Do you hear higher pitched sounds and details from these speakers? Also, if you have the time, try listening to September by Earth Wind and Fire and look out for the bongo man in the right speaker. Let me know if you hear him! Great review man, appreciate it!
I think you said "2.1 surround sound speakers", but those are not surround sound speakers. They are basic stereo speakers. Also, they are 80 Watts **peaks**, but if I remember correctly, they're Watts RMS - which is a somewhat better measurement to give an idea of how loud they can get.
hello I am from Russia, tell me - if I have a 7.1 sound card on my pc, I use the speakers as a 5.1 system, and I have wired headphones connected, I plan to buy a Logitech Z407, but something bothers me how - in the daytime I can afford to listen to music slightly above average, and at night I put on wired headphones that are connected, at night I cut off my speakers. So, how should I be with these speakers ?! After all, the sound cannot be turned down, and so that there is no unnecessary noise, I will have to pull the wire out of the socket so that there is no one to wake up at night? Or is there a driver that allows you to turn off the speakers at night when you work in order to sit with headphones?
anyone knows if this is 110-240 volts?.. coz our country uses 220 v while in ships where i work it's 110.. i want to be able to use it at work and at home
@@HammoTechReviews I'm planning to buy this one. I wish these speakers came with a full power-off option. With my previous speaker, Logitech Z533, I had to manually pull out the socket every night because of the background noise.
@@HammoTechReviews oh. so the only thing wireless about it is that it can connect to pc without a cable. and i assume it allows you to connect it to the pc with a cable if you want?
If you click and hold on the wireless circle thing it will make a noise and then it will control bass. Click and hold when you’re done to turn it back to volume
I bought this speaker because of your review video. Thanks mate!
The best review I have watched so far for this speaker! Thanks!
LOL!!!!!!!!!!

looking to pick up speakers for my sim rig. Are you still happy with this set? Does it do well when you're racing?
yes theyre brilliant, longest ive ever kept a set of speakers. highly recommend
Thanks for the great review! It helps a lot! Greetings from the Philippines!
Does the volume dial control windows volume or just device volume? Like if you had a headset on, would you be able to control volume with the dial?
No it's just the device volume

How good is the bass on them. I’m looking to buy some but I’m looking for some good bassy sub and speakers
The bass is very good. I actually have the bass slightly turned down cause I feel like it ruins the music if the whole room and desk is shaking
Great test bro, between these z407 and the z607 which do you recommend more? i need basses
Sorry for the late reply. Never got a notification of your comment.
I would say the z607 is best for bass
Hey nice review but I’m currently stuck between the z407 and the z533 speakers but I’m not sure which one is a better choice.
I've never used the z533 personally but I've heard that it sounds very similar to the z407. I went with the z407 purely for the wireless controls and connection
Yeah that’s one of the major reason I’m considering on buying the z407. Thx
logitech z407 vs logitech z533 which one will be better?
I'm torn between getting the Z337 and the Z407. Which ones do you think I should get?

@@HammoTechReviews I think im going for the Z407 just for that extra bit of wirelessness.
Thanks broski

Question does this have an AUX plug in or cord so I can use this with my sound card? Thanks 💜
It does have an aux in yes
Thanks. Though did you get how to turn it off?
You don't
Hey Thanks for the review. How is the bass though?
I think I did touch on this in the video... it’s very good for the price point. Your whole room will shake :)

It’s screwed into the desk. Not a clamp. I’ll try find an Amazon link for you

Do you have a rug on the floor or is the whole floor woolen?
Whole floor woolen
Its priced as $129 on my shops would that be worth buying for these speakers?
I'd say they're still good value yeah
so can u technically connect this speaker to your phone, then switch to 3.5mm headphone jack when you need pc noise? (if the jack was already plugged in the first place)
Should be able to
Dude can i get ur thoughts on these vs Klipsch 41m ,,, im just gonna plug it to my com for movies/games/songs
They're triple the price so probably a lot better. Never used them personally though.

I think they’re really good overall speakers. One of the very few I still use to this day.
I will try listen when I have time 👍👍🏽

I stand corrected.

There is a bluetooth controller which allows you to mute and turn down the audio

You're probably best off with a portable speaker with a battery then because I don't think many speakers will be able to operate off of 110v
@@HammoTechReviews ok tnx
Can you easily reduce the bass level if it's just too much :) ?
Yes there is a seperate controller for base
Does it turn off or goes into standby mode after a period of inactivity?
Standby
There is no off setting. They are always on
i dont get is why this is the only video of a sound test of these speakers
I guess they’re not that popular
Awesome review, thanks. Any chimes/noise when using it through the headphone jack or USB input?
Only when you get to full volume.

You can push down on the wireless volume slider thing. And that mutes them. So it has the same effect as turning it off
@@HammoTechReviews Even doing that there was still some noise coming from the subwoofer. A high-pitched sound.

what about the bass ? Is it good for music ??
The bass is incredible yes. The whole room shakes. That's all I use it for 🤣

Se puede conectar a una Focuswrite Scarlett 2i2 gen 3? Quería utilizarlo como altavoces de guitarra con guitar rig.
can everything be wireless? like, can i have the sub and the speakers all connected with no wires whatsoever?
No. The speaker need to be connected to the sub. And the sub obviously needs mains power. But everything else is wireless

I have stopped. Got a tripod now 😁
