We ALL clicked bc of Elisabeth Shue! I thgt this was going to be a movie about Jonas and Shue in a May-December romance. Where she is constantly telling him how it will never work between the two of them and he stays persistent in pursuing her. I did not expect for this film to be about Shue being the mom of adult children and she passes away. I am not going to watch this movie! Anyone who has experienced loss knows that is not a feeling worth revisiting. Regardless if it's real or not.
Normally I'm not a fan of movies like this but I love the fact she takes rolls where she is this amazing Mom. I did not like her character in Greyhound as she played a 2020's modern woman during WW II. How do I know? Because my grandmothers, step grandmother, and my grandmother In-Law were all women born around 1920. They dreamed about being mothers and wives. My mother's father got drafted, got married the next day and knocked my grandmother up. Then he left for the Pacific theater and came back a few years later to my mother who was a toddler.
It's not really that hard use moisturizer sunscreen limit sun exposure and be aware of your physical and mental health don't smoke and you will age slowly every Millennial and gen Z are knows that
Yeah I noticed the song in this trailer was a version from Modern English "I melt with you!" It was a massive theme song in 1983 movie called "Valley Girls" starring Nicolas Cage and Deborah Foreman.
Looks good, but I kept feeling bad for that guy in the beginning lol. He's stuck in the middle seat, trying to sleep, and these 2 strangers decide to have a conversation over him.
@tiararoxeanne1318 LMAO, I am under 40 and always loved these over blockbusters even when I was a kid. My siblings would push to watch the latest action flick and I just wanted to watch the obscure movies about moving on after the death of a loved one or anything else involving human emotions, growth or maturing.
@@tiararoxeanne1318 for me it's not about being over 40 (I'm under 40 as well haha), but having a child is what changed it for me. Although I've always likes this kind of movies anyway, so maybe it's just a personality thing, plus simple personal preference.
Director of this movie is a Coppola. He's Jason Schwartzman's brother and the son of Talia Shire(sister of Francis Ford Coppola and played Adrienne in the Rocky movies) He's also the lead singer of the band Rooney where he goes by the name Robert Carmine.
@2:32 the insensitivity of funeral homes-just, accurate-maybe find a job where losing someone’s loved one isn’t a joke because you see it everyday and now you’re desensitized to it.
Within 4 years I had to help bury my mom, my only grandchild (not quite 2) and my dad. I have seen enough of funeral homes to last forever. Same with hospitals.
looks good but hollywood seriously has to stop add the slow version of well known pop song into trailers. I'm not saying its bad just that it becomes distracting when it's so over used.
I'm only 2/3rds through watching the trailer and the stuping Picture in Picture pop ups cover 90 percent of the screen. Seriously how am i supposed to get the emotional arc of the trailer's message/sell before you're cramming something else or more of it into my eyeballs' THROAT? Be better youtube. Oh, and Elisabeth Shue rules! :)
I clicked because of Elisabeth Shue. Thats it.
Me too! We GenXers will always have a special place in our hearts for her. And she looks amazing!

So glad to see Elisabeth Shue back on the big screen!

Elizabeth Shue aged beautifully ❤

Fell in love with her after Leaving Las Vegas.
yesss ❤
She needs to stop using Botox though, her left eye is nearly closed. This is not good
@@Rogermarch She had me at 'Adventures in Babysitting' LOL.
Just more Elizabeth Shue please. This world would be a better place for it.
Well said!!!!
❤❤❤❤❤❤
Elizabeth shue one of the best person and actress that maintain and sustain herself in a healthy manner much respect to her …
I have notice that a lot of trailers over the last few yrs always have older songs. I love it.
Yeah I noticed the song in this trailer was a version from Modern English "I melt with you!" It was a massive theme song in 1983 movie called "Valley Girls" starring Nicolas Cage and Deborah Foreman.
Fun fact: Elisabeth Shue was nominated for the Oscar for Best Actress for her performance in Leaving Las Vegas.
Even funner fact is her brother Andrew Shue lost his wife Amy Robach to the loser unfunny TJ Holmes.
Looks good, but I kept feeling bad for that guy in the beginning lol. He's stuck in the middle seat, trying to sleep, and these 2 strangers decide to have a conversation over him.
Same!
This looks like trash that should go straight to Hallmark.
nightmare fuel.
And an annoying one rife with tiresome pop culture references.
That’s where you offer the middle seat to the Jonas dude and snuggle up against the window.
I'm here just for Elizabeth Shue!! Still gorgeous!
It's so weird seeing Elizabeth Shue looking older; I'm 62 and always think of her when she was younger.
I feel that way about every actor.
I saw one trailer just listing Nick and wouldn't even click but seeing this one mention Elizabeth I'm all in
Was so excited to see Elizabeth Shue! She would be the only reason to watch this, she is absolutely gorgeous! This is aging at it’s best!!
Great to see David Arquette in another movie.
Clicked because Elizabeth Shue and got a bonus David Arquette :)
I don't know why I like this type of movie. It always feel like it is more relatable, thus having more meaning.
It's because of your age. No offense. Movies with family or death theme are more relatable to people over 40.

@@sidoniemanyfoba1654 Oops, my bad🤭. It sounds like you're an introspective person since a young age. Good for you then.

Elisabeth Shue is a top 5 all-time beauty along with Salma Hayek, Linda Carter, Jewel, and Britney Spears…
Elisabeth Shue, wow, looking great.
Elisabeth Shue was my first crush.
Director of this movie is a Coppola. He's Jason Schwartzman's brother and the son of Talia Shire(sister of Francis Ford Coppola and played Adrienne in the Rocky movies) He's also the lead singer of the band Rooney where he goes by the name Robert Carmine.
So glad Matt Walsh is getting more serious roles. I've been watching him since the UCB show
Not teenage me thinking Elizabeth Shue hasn’t aged a day since I adored her back in the Cocktail/Karate Kid/Back to the Future days… 😍😍😍
don't forget adventures in babysitting!
This trailer gave me 90's vibes. Miss those days. 😢
It looks like Elisabeth Shue has a small part in the movie. That is unfortunate. It would be nice to see more of her.
What a cast! Definitely watching this.
When you came to see the trailer for someone you went to high school with and you realize she's the dead mom ...
thats so cool
I fell for Elisabeth Shue when I watched Leaving las Vegas for the first time in 2022.
@2:32 the insensitivity of funeral homes-just, accurate-maybe find a job where losing someone’s loved one isn’t a joke because you see it everyday and now you’re desensitized to it.
God thid reminds me so much of my experience when my mother died.
Same...
Looks pretty good
ES i'm down for absolutely anything she is in and always will be. movie looks good
I don't know if I'll be able to watch this one. Way too close to home. Looks great though!
I LOVE ELIZABETH SHUE!!!
Brittany Snow looks so different as a brunette
I kept thinking I know this actress from somewhere. Couldn't quite put my finger on it until you commented🙏🏿
I came for Elizabeth Shue, but sadly I could never sit through a film like this.
Does anyone know which version I melt with you is played in the trailer?
Did you try Shazaming it?
Here for Nick Jonas. Hair looks great by the way :)
damn the little kid really looks like nick
Right?! Great casting.
I've had a crush on her my whole life.
This looks really good!
Brittany Snow ❤
I don't want to watch film where my beloved Elizabeth Shue is a Mom who's going to die. Hard pass.
Wooh! David Arquette!
Brittany Snow could be in every movie & I wouldn’t be upset about it.
Within 4 years I had to help bury my mom, my only grandchild (not quite 2) and my dad. I have seen enough of funeral homes to last forever. Same with hospitals.
Does someone know the name of the song?
MORE ELIZABETH SHUE!
Alexandria is beautiful 😍
Перевести на русский язык и как называется фильм и смотреть фильм на канале премьер❤
Daniel really dropped the ball.
Elisabeth Shue is still gorgeous at 61. But also never count Belinda Carlisle & she's still gorgeous at 66.
NICK JONAS FOR THE OSCAR
looks good but hollywood seriously has to stop add the slow version of well known pop song into trailers. I'm not saying its bad just that it becomes distracting when it's so over used.
This would be a good movie without that obnoxious "I"m not like other girls" girl at the beginning
She my girl
I tuned in for Elisabeth Shue but 30 seconds of Nick Jonas and I gave up waiting and watching.
What was that ?
Just because it makes you cry, doesn’t mean it’s a good movie.
I don't know why there's few movies with Elisabeth Shoe and so many with Scarlett Johansson but there's injustice in the world...for sure.
This looks interesting
Matt Walsh 🤘
❤❤❤🎉🎉🎉🎉
Elisabeth Shue from the movie Hallowman
Leaving Las Vegas with Nicolas Cage. Very intense.
Saw her in Adventures in Babysitting, The Karate Kid (original), Back to the Future 2 & 3 and the Saint. She’s terrific!
Sacred Heart: We Can Console The Heart of Christ by Sensus Fidelium.
I will always think of her as Chris Parker from the original "Adventures in Babysitting"
Jordan - Cocktail ❤. But her best was leaving Las Vegas - should have got the Oscar.
what's the song?
Modern English - I melt with you
very good
Pass.

Matt Walsh!!!!
Garden State 2024?
Or Elizabethtown.
Sacred Heart: We Can Console The Heart of Christ by Sensus Fidelium.
This was my exact same reaction. Wonder which song is supposed to change his life?
LOL, I was thinking the same thing. This looks like garbage.
❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
Manchester by the Sea 2 looks pretty cool
I watched the stupid ad for donations to Harris campaign so it would cost the campaign
Will Nick Jonas be performing any Guitar Solos.. because if he is, I’ll watch this Drec!
Variety said that?
This looks awful, people meeting in the most unrealistic way possible and a really lame love story.
What a shame to have robbed the plot of the wonderful movie "The Statisticsl probability of love at first sight"
Very Cleveland type of story
I'm just bummed that Elisabeth Shue is playing a mom who is older
Nick Jonas a compelling actor......................................yeah okay. When was that?
لماذا لاتضهر تعليقاتي
This one did! :)
I don't think so.
🫶🏻🫶🏻🫶🏻🫶🏻
Wow, I've never seen anything like this before...said no one ever 🙄
hard pass
I agree
snorefest
So it's Garden State.
So she dumped Daniel LaRusso for NIck Jonas's Father.
Elizabeth shue was a better actress when she was younger
Bad casting. There is no chemistry between main characters.
Boring.
Why do movies with all this potential have to be so stupid? Is that what sells movies? Too many dumb jokes. Pass.
This looks like a Hallmark movie forcibly want to be an independent film 🤡
Brittany snow CAN'T ACT
Shame on those both religious & funeral thugs who take advantage to get as much out of death as they can.
Another "diversity" film, HARD PASS.
