    Met Steve at the show on Friday. Same personality in person as in your video’s. Seemed like a genuinely nice guy. Great asset for Shock Therapy.

    Not boring! Love them, I would pay for this info. Currently working in the design of a Baja SAE single seater.

    My pro water having the electronic suspension does that a does that help at all with some of this scrub because my suspension is active. For example when I pushed throttle to the floor my back suspension stiffens

    Have you done this same test on the maverick r? Curious to see how much lower the scrub numbers are....

    Give me a solid rear axle with a 4 link like a trophy truck. Eliminates scrub, camber and toe change and gets rid of the CV’s. Less ground clearance, but great for dunes and desert. That would be a badass sxs

    Is there any kind of negative camber adjustable kit in the works?

      Only if you buy aftermarket arms that have that. You can’t go too far tho. You will over angle the cvs at droop

    I'd be surprised if the Speed Utv isn't the best riding car once the production car hits your floor. The suspension shocks and reservoirs are crazy big. We all know bigger is better! ;)
    Also can you do a track change and scrub measurement with the fork lifts on that car please!
    Thanks!

    I honestly think not many people care what the travel is. It might seem like a glaring "stat" to you that companies produce, but i think you would be hard pressed to find somebody who's deciding factor was bone stock ground clearance

    I would have liked to see the positive camber measurements on the front of the Pro R at full droop. I’d guess 3-5 degrees if the rear is showing 1.5 degrees. The front is very noticeable. Plus I’d like to see the bump steer on another Pro R to see how much they can very. Read another person measured close to 2 inches. I can’t imagine they would very that much if your car only had 1/2 inch from the factory.

      The front is 3 deg positive. So far the mode we have seen is 1.5” bump so there is quite a variance.

    How does this suspension design and geometry compare to the Maverick R?

    • @ShockTherapyllc
      @ShockTherapyllc  9 місяців тому

      The Mav R is better in tight turns and faster switch back situations. The pro R is better in rough terrain and big whoops. 1 foot tall and taller. Different styles.

    Polaris “useable travel” came from Can am providing travel that didn’t have any remaining ground clearance and meant bottoming the frame when travel ran out. They’re both marketing travel as much as possible. Not saying either is right. Polaris could have been more clear and gave wheel travel with remaining ground clearance at compression in stock form.

    I'm just seeing this video and I laughed because you must have given Robby an idea to do the comparison of the pro R vs his speed car. Love the mines better than yours.
