Good Video Daniel 🙌🏽 I lived out here since 2001 and the growth has been insane! I projected back in 2012 that by 2030 propery value will go up 200% and alot of people looked at me like if I was crazy 🤪 my projections are still holding true.. This Community will be the Horse Country of Dade County 2.0 ! we all that purchased here back in the 2010 and beyond will cherish the growth and eventually there will be more arteries to fit our infrastructure. Buy and Hold !!!!!!!
Thanks for watching and sharing your thoughts. Growing pains are always difficult. I can see the view points from both sides of the debate on the growth in the estates.
Great Video ThankYou! Just bought a home in the Estates, can't wait to move there permanently. So far we have spent about a month there and absolutely love Golden Gate Estates.
Thank you for watching! Really all of the estates are great for horses. There are a few areas that I would target over others due to access to areas to ride off property. While I am not a horse person, I do have a number of friends who do have them and could connect you to the best vets and farriers. Feel free to call me at 239-450-5786 to discuss this further!
Thank you for watching! Depending on which beach you go to and where you live in the Estates, it would be on average 30 to 45 minutes. Give me a call at 239-450-5786 to discuss more.
That is a bit complicated for a single reply, however for the most part, Xfinity and Centurylink cover the area fairly well. Satellite providers are also available. My family has had excellent service from Xfinity and I use a lot of internet.
We had none neither did anyone on our block or the blocks 'higher' than us. It was a nightmare. We moved out and so did our neighbors. We both lasted a shade under 2 years.
Speaking as someone who has owned 2 houses in GGE all I can say is be prepared for a fire. A huge fire. 6 months to the day we bought our whole neighborhood and the surrounding 1500 acres burned for 9 days. Google 14th Ave fire Naples. It was horrific. It happens every year it's just a matter of where in GGE. And there are no fire hydrants in GGE so putting out fires is a massive undertaking. We rebuilt and sold and moved to GGE off Collier but honestly the damage is done, that fire ruined everything and gave me severe PTSD. I wish it upon no one. Oh and traffic, GGBlvd is a nightmare. But honestly people need to be warned that it burns back there, our realtor said nothing, had she said something we would have never bought. Our fault for only researching hurricanes and flooding.
Thanks for watching. There are certainly areas of GGE that have a higher risk of wildfires. Sorry to hear you had a loss in that fire, it was extremely bad.
I would have never have thought of this, what does one look for when it comes to possible fire? Is there a type of landscape that is more likely to burn?

Thanks for watching and welcome to the neighborhood!
Thank you for the video. Is there a part of the estates more geared for horses? Are veterinarians nearby?

Without viewing this video yet, I can add, it depends. Can be great, or not depending on where in GGE, for starters. Now I'll check out the vid 😁
Thank you for commenting and hope you enjoy the video!
I do spend my life driving NOW because of all of the people who moved out here. I just assume have it the way it was.
Thanks for watching. Hopefully, the Vanderbilt Beach Extension will help with some of the issues.
How is the high speed internet out there?
