Update April, 24, 2022: The tripod still works fine, but I tried the monopod feature and it fell apart after 1 use lol. It's the part at the bottom where you can hook something heavy underneath the tripod to keep it stable. That part is glued in place, and came off easily. It's very cheaply made.

Hello Buck Daizylifter. Nice too meet you too. Where do you think is that new SONY ZVE-10 ? I heard gerald has it already but SONY is delaying it's release because it's reptilian technology with ACTIVE STAB in its heart !!
Warning: Coupon is either invalid, expired or reached its usage limit!
@@flyingping You have to use the code at the bottom at the K&F site, KFCA10
Yknow the best thing about casey is he fought sickness and depression and won. And now he's just ultra chill and happy.
Chill, happy and funny as hell.
Is winning. Ongoing battle. Not a correction, more collaboration. ✊
Pony of hope push the blur out of him and dump it to GH6 instead
@@ThinkingOften sickness? I noticed he’s a lot thinner than his older videos. I was off UA-cam for a while can someone tell me what happened to him and if he’s fine now?

uhhuh 😂 comedy gold
I know right, I feel out
Back on the farm we had a three legged dog. We called him tripod. Strapped a Kodak Brownie onto him. Photos were a tad blurry. Printed to B&W. Abstract impressionistic. Ended up in an art exhibit in Uzbekistan. Sadly tripod went to bipod then monopod. A grave stone marks his final resting spot. On the cairn are the words “Stumped in the End”.
Grandpa just released the secret script which was meant to be for old yeller part 2😂
Now that’s funny Dan!🤣🤣
@@maxheadroom7687 not as funny as your name, hi I'm Shark Baldtooth here, nice to meet you :)
he has a girlfriend AND tripod.
toldya - this dude is so cool!
Why did my girlfriend make me chose? Especially when she knew I needed my tripod so now I’m single
Bro, your killing it! And inches from 100k! Keep up the great work!
I have been looking to try a new tripod. I just ordered one. Thank you for the 10% discount code! It is nice to be able to support you by using your affiliate link.
Love your videos!!
Have to say I love your style! Great comedy mixed with great info! Thank you!
The mostest rechnical review ever.
Camera Conspiracy is almost at the 100K bois! We are gonna celebrate when he gets there 👍👍
Casey - You should be able to unthread the weight hook from the center column. Then loosen the center column friction. You can then pull the center column through and add it to the monopod leg. Then you'll find it to be a more useable monopod.
I’m watching this, because i like your personality a lot :), your reviews are great, keep the good work man, best of luck.
I have a Neewer brand tripod arriving today for review. Both Neewer and K&F make some really good stuff. I have a variable ND filter from K&F that I just love, no X ever from stop to stop.
Cheers man 🍻.
All I want is the perfect tripod! Have several. Always ended up using a cheap charity shop JC Penny one when I go out, I feel less concerned when it gets placed into dirt, bounces around in the back of a car. Vanguard is a nice brand too, but they tend to be heavy,
I have K&F tripod and back pack camera bag. I have found both to be of high quality and great value . Sure , there are higher quality options out there , but these are more than good enough and I would need to pay three times as much for a significantly better product.
I need one for backpacking. Very timely thanks 👍🏼
You're supposed to remove the middle pole to attach to the foam grip leg when using the monopod feature. This is usually the case for most tripods that have this function.
100k lets go my friend 💪💪
The worst tripod I ever owned was a $400+ Manfotto that lasted less than 1 year. The best one I still use for 8+ years now. A Dolica carbon fiber. $99 from Costco.
you being funny, yea?
@@Andybaby No, serious. I've put the Dolica through the worst and its never failed me. The Manfrotto in the same conditions had every possible area seize up making it useless in about 8 months.
Its been an expensive paper weight for 10 years.
Everyones experience with brands is different, my Manfrotto is still going strong after 20 years, and I literally use it every single day.
I have one too....head is lousy..but easily fixable...basic body of the tripod/carbon fibre is great
I have the Peak Design tripod (carbon) which I got during the kickstarter for around C$600. Honestly, it's not perfect, but I love using it in comparison to travel tripods like the K&F one here. The main reason is it deploys more easily and quickly in comparison to conventional tripods which require the legs to be inverted in the stowed configuration. Full marks to PD for thinking outside of the box.
aye .... the K&F takes ages to deploy.
Bro the "why didn't I just measure it" bit absolutely sent me 🤣😭😂 quality stuff!
waiting for that 600mm vlog
Legit lol'd a few times, quality stuff. I cant speak for how strong this tripod is, but CF is a lot stronger than most people realize. It can still break though.
“I switched to a lav mic.. so I didn’t have a mic in the shot..” then I saw the mic behind your head. 😂😂 Great content man
The 50mm vlog was sick
That thing is for cell phones and the flat earth where there is no breeze
All earth is flat ; )
Just my regular dose of quality content. Like
Nice job keeping the mike out of the shot; I'm thoroughly convinced not to buy this tripod but......I've clicked on the notification bell just in case you review a real tripod. Fun video !
I have a zomei that seems to be this exact tripod. Price was about the same too. If it's a rebrand type thing I can confirm just a very light, small tripod and I've had no problems using my a7r3 and sigma 14mm 1.8 on it.
I am glad I am not the only one that use a tripod as a boom.
This is some great content. Your content is getting better, is that possible? Probably not, but it is.
I like the ultra cheap latch style tripods, which reminds me, need another
The Benro Aero S2 is the travel tripod to get. It has a fluid video head with a handle for smooth pans, rubber feet and spikes, turns into a mono pod, has a leveling head, its not flimsy, and has a hook in the center if you want to hang some weight on the bottom of the center column, and it has latches instead of twist locks. They make an S4 and S6 if you want a bigger one, but the S2 is the travel tripod. About $180 US $15,000 Canadian.
lmao 15k canadain
@@birdnest17 That part had me rolling, but how fucking true is that shit. As a Canadian, i know that feel.
Been looking for a nice tripod, one of my issues are always the heads. I prefer a ball head with a locking plate, instead of the flash/light tripod style plates where you slide it in and tighten a screw. Do you know if these Aero tripods from Benro have anything like that? I noticed the aero 2 is also more of a video tripod with an extension arm.
7:38 People just don't realise what a huge portion of the photography market is midget's daughters.
OMG I couldn't stop laughing. You're so funny. This video and your discovery of the tripod but still trying to be professional is basically gold content.
love your music on bandcamp!
I was going to say I had the same tripod but mine is a 3 Legged Thing Punks Brian. K&F strait gaffeled there design. I like the design though especially the twist to extended the legs much faster once you get used to it.
Dame you are good story teller.
That's an innovative vlogging setup you've just now invented.
Entertaining as always! K&F are advertising their new M1 Mutate, very similar to the Peak Design, but I can't find any good reviews.
subbed I like your humor.
Can i use my peak design plate on there? Or do i strictly have to use the one for that specific tripod?
You should just be able to tighten the bottom section and have all the joints lock, without having to tighten each one individually.
Another great video! Glad I hit subscribe before you hit 100k! Congrats! Might have to buy a Panny Pony or Tonéh shirt to help celebrate!
Buck Daisylifter... that's hilarious!
@2:58, Kasey gave up on the metric system 😁
You missed the middle section screws onto the leg giving you another 18 inches or so in monopod mode the middle section also reverses for low shots
Kasey "...can't imagine you have a bigger setup"
Would you like to meet my Russian MTO 1100mm lens 🤣
Is there a hook underneath you can attach your camera bag to so as to make it more stable and weighted?
Yes.
how much does it weigh in the monopod mode?
so much bounce. need a 20 second timer to get rid of all that vibration
Twist Locks are like the gherkins in your burger. You never wanted them and you never asked for them, but every tripod now has them.
Camera Conspiracies following the same standars of Gerald Undone:
"Why couldn just measure it? Why do I have to guess?"
Hi there ! Can we used the Peak Design v3 plate on the ball head ?
im liking this american portrait style shot
That's my tripod, so light and travel friendly on my bag
You FOOL! LOL I LOVE IT! SO FUNNY, WHEN YOU HELD THE POD WAIST LEV TOO FUNNY
Bought one!!!!!!!!!!!! (You are a supreme influencer)
Is the head interchangeable?
On my K&F BA225, the top section that holds the ball head completely snapped off! - I had to use one of those adhesives that you mix to glue it back on as superglue wouldn't hold it, knock on wood it's been holding well since - at the price though for a carbon fibre tripod I guess I can't complain too much , easy enough fix :)
To quote a title of one of your past videos
"Nobody cares about your boring tripod"
but we do come for the dad jokes
Would love to know if this has Acra swiss compatible, being I've spent 20 minutes and can't find that it is, im guessing its not :(.
Also, completely lost my shit with the vlogging at 50mm was not expecting that
I much prefer tripods with four section legs instead of five. Just a tad longer but more usable with heavier gear. Check the Innorel RT40C in carbon. Around 200 CDN $, a weight limit of 12 kilos, and a nice panning head.
The Laowa 9mm is coming!!
The whole video is shot on it :)
@@cameraconspiracies Yes yes! I supposed it was! Please kill that lens, don't make me spend 500 USD! Thanks for being a source of inspiration in many aspects of life (you inspired me to move forward in many things). Forever grateful. You deserve your success and more. Keep it up. Your bosses will receive a blow shortly, maybe you will be able to speak freely in the future. I'm so happy today after watching some senators from the US finally acknowledging things. Best regards from Argentina!
As it has no rubber feets it is useless on the floor. As it has no intercnangable spikes feets - it is useless on the grass. This useless tripos destroys other useless. Nice video, very interesting. *Best useless tripod!* feets are like tires for your car.

Отличный обзор. Я бы тестил точно так же! 👍
Shit, perfect timing with my new tripod search. Thanks dude!
i would so hang out if we were closer. hahaha. you're freaking hilarious.
Doesn't the monopod screw into the middle pole ?
I have the aluminium version of this and it’s not too bad if you don’t use the bottom section extended. I have heavier tripods that don’t get used so much if I am carrying it more than about a mile.
Im thinking of buying the aluminium version, is it still working after a year? i have read some reviews where it has broken for some people
@@juanselobo I still use it pretty regularly, often without a head, there are cheap manfrotto style plates and clamps that I will screw directly to the legs. Quite often there is little need for any tilt and you can use the centre column if you need to pan. I also use gimbals which can place a camera anywhere. Being well balanced is always best. Carbon fibre is very light and strong, having large diameter legs gives good stability.
@@blackestknights Thanks for the valuable info! I really appreciate it. I'll definitely keep it in mind
It should have a hook on the bottom for a backpack to weigh it down to give it stability.
It does.
So uh, best get on those portable, wireless lav mics reviews?
im interested
Bro wtf you’re almost at 100k subs 🤣
I remember my first video watching you was when you were shitting on other UA-camrs lighting setup 💀
Giveaway coming soon for the 100k subs???
Was the Sony's (or whatever it was) IBIS off? I need to have my eyes calibrated now.
You mean when he held the tripod up? Stabilisation on, but holding a tripod like that is so incredibly janky the jitters are bound to show up.
Can't imagine you'd have a bigger setup...
me "here hold my beer" considers options with DSLR and 600mm lens or Mamiya RB with 500mm lens (or maybe the Speed Graphic) non top 8KG but all are big and bulky.....
I'd be happy with this with my MFT or Fuji rigs though
Bro, you a fool LMAO. Love it.
Just like my Geekoto 79 inch carbon fiber.
once you go peak design travel tripod... you'll never look back
The one thing a tripod must not be is flimsy. Not even a little.
Could you recommend one for a beginner?
The one he just revised?
@@aditya_gupta Benro, Mefoto, and Slik are the value brands. I have a Slik from 1979 that's still working. They also have great customer support.
@@DixonLu thanks
@@aditya_gupta I’d recommend buying a good quality tripod straight up, they last forever. I bought a mid range Manfrotto, been using it for 20 years, still going strong.
That's quite a nice melon collection you have there... (';') as for the tripod, far too frail for me and my needs. Nice presentation though.
They have a 68” size as well, it’s much beefier
"Buck Daisylifter" 😂😂
Can it go upside down? And can you hang your backpack at it to give it stability?
Yes.
What a vid!
Not exactly the same but I have the K&F Concept KF-TCB210 and for under £100, insane value, tiny and light. I like PD stuff but some of it is as ridiculously priced as kit with Peter MacWotsits name scribbled on it.
I'm wondering if there is such thing as a lock for tripod.. I have a manfoto good tripod filming myself street performing on my gh5, the tripod is chained to my music stand, altho I need a lock for the attachment that the camera is husted to tripod so no one can screw it off & run away with it
Basically a only way to open if i have the key in my pocket... then i'd feel secure with my 1000£ camera away from me
All I want is the perfect ca... Tripod.
Looks like a Sirui A-1205 or T-025SK copy.
Chaplin reimagined as a vlogger
I'm looking to the world's lightest light.
0:57 damn :D I wouldn't want to be face slapped with that monstrosity :D focal length magic :D
I'm definitely a latch person. Twisty locks don't work for me.
I can’t believe they still exist ? 😂
Twists are so easy, but for some reason people tend to turn the locks waaay to far. They generally just need a quarter turn to unlock and lock.
@@HesselFolkertsma They defeat me, so I go for the "child lock" option!
@@AmadoWildlifeVideos lol
Same as Zomei 669
I have this tripod and to be honest I wish I hadn't. When it arrived a leg was loose, I tightened it but it still worked loose every time I used it, I contacted K&F, they were pretty useless. A couple of weeks ago the ball head fell off and the little spring loaded weight catch fell off as the nut was not secured. I have now stopped using it as I have lost all confidence in it. Not their best product
There are always downsides to lightweight tripods. A tripod's job is stability, and there's just no substitute for weight in those cases. With that said, I love my Manfrotto BeFree Live because it's stable "enough."
That's what I thought, until a foot broke off. And that was the aluminum model. So now I can only extend it for two segments (the leg with no foot is retracted and I can't get it out) and it's basically useless. I'm never going that lightweight again.
I have your old model K&F , really happy with it, just need to 3d print an L bracket for my camera
The perfect tripod, for your cellphone.
The freaking "Twopod" caught me off guard.
"Bipod" - surely?
