Feb.21,2023 ,,when i was 4 yrs old in 1963 collecting dandelion greens was almost a food staple and appreciated. 2-3 slices bacon fried crispy and then add couple Tbsp ACV. Pour hot bacon grease crumbles with cider on greens,,i put it on dandy flowers before too!! dandy and eggs,,old leaves are bitter so eat more bacon✌🏼

IMPORTANT PLANT ID CORRECTION FOR 6:15: I put a wrong translation in the subtitle, of course this is garlic mustard aka alliaria petiolata (and not glechoma hederacea or ground-ivy). Both plants are edible though, the latter is used for teas rather than as a spice.. Thanks to FOXSCOUT-Survival for pointing that out, just shows yet again how easily things can get mixed up in the translation alone.
Eine kleine Anmerkung: Ich glaube du hattest einen Namensdreher die Pflanze die du Gundermann nennst ist eigentlich Knoblauchsrauke. Gundermann hat pinke bis lila Blüten. Aber alles in allem ein super Video !
