Thanks for the question. There was really no real reason for not showing the reading except there wasn’t B roll for that and the actual reading wasn’t as important as the process.
All of the Bluetooth protocols we use do not require pairing to the device so you just open the app and start using. Pairing is automatic. If this doesn’t work, try opening and closing the app and turning the Bluetooth on the device on and off. If you are still having issues, contact us directly at (855) 822-3771. P.S. We will have a tutorial video on the app coming soon.
