you mention building the pergola after permits clear- do you not have footing inspections on built projects like this? Just curious how that works. Here the biggest thing is footing inspection then there isnt another inspection until the finish framing inspection.

Varies by region. I've seen as low as 18 recently and as high as 40 or 50
