This is an unreleased cover track from the recording of the Transgression album. I got this song from Raymond Herrera & he gave me permission to share it with other FF fans.

Besides, it's recorded very well, I doubt you have any arguments other than "grunge shit, Nirvana killed metal, nu metal sucks." It's even a pity that it turned out to be a cover, and not an original song.
