5:44 is absolutely absurd. Because she's a druid her weapon skill is probably low so she misses 3 swings in a row to not reset the leash, and then dodges two swings into two misses so she lives at 1 hp. Absurd.

First clip is heartbreaking he had 22g, his inventory was neat, his professions leveled up he was lvl 34 with a bunch of chill quests & nice exp in 1k needs but his dream was shattered by the absence of light feathers, betrayed, forever gone :(

He did nothing to save himself, excluding the things they did to help the party survive, doesn't charge to mob closest to portal after 1st net, doesn't use intimidating shout, doesn't petri and/or leave group

There are dwarfs on the right side, standing just on the edge so they agro when you go middle. Best choice is to go left.

Honestly, after watching evert episode I can say with confidence that about 80% of dungeon wipes are because people refuse to premark and focus mobs. If you're dying vs 3 mobs at 80% and 2 mobs at 20%, then thst means if you focused well you could either be fighting, or running from 3 mobs instead of 5.
And a majority of the time they don't play with nameplates on so they don't even know the hp of other mobs. Everyone is 1v1ing their own elite making healers job 4x harder and more mana-consuming. And literally every Gnomer-wipe I seen is the exact same = running middle path on the last part, pulling from above and then panic and lose 3-5 players in the process.
Can we all take a moment and honour Hjalti who played his warrior like a chad, saving his group /Salute sir 🙏
He literally had fear up. He could have lived if he used it.
Yeah in that situation u just have to run. if u go back to help, u die. Everyone understands it, thats how HC goes.
Saved his group like a chad? Stand your ground brother. The yeti pulled 1 low lvl pack, and they panic ran off of the warr's call to run and pulled half the room with bad pathing. He feared late, everyone else was in front of him safely running out and he runs back in to his death to get a hamstring on 1 out of like 15.
Have to agree with Knightfall on this one. If you do arena runs and skip packs and accidentally pull a group, you just stop for 20 seconds and take em out. Bad call to run, especially if you have a mage without improved blizzard and don't know about the spell Cone of Cold.
He played it wrong and he could easily survive if his group didnt go out that early

I had killed falconcrest already (you can see in the questie tracker) and intended to kill Otto, the weaker. The hunter then came into the room after I had killed Falconcrest and I said I'd help him take Falconcrest on (he didn't ask, I offered). Turns out he couldnt handle the guy, used feign death and I got what I deserved for helping randoms, he surely survived, all he had to do was hearthstone out after the reset.
Wtf what was he even doing!? Looking at your video he shoots one time then do some melee swings, then some pet healing and just waiting to feign death. He did at most 5% of the total boss damage, basically nothing all in all. Just judging by the movement it looks like he was in panic mode already when he pulled. But I wouldn't mind a fear maybe when the add spawn, or when Otto got out of the ice, or at least try to kite the other mobs out of the room when the respawn came. Doesn't matter, think either way he'd survive with FD and you'd be dead just from the low damage output he did and the scuffed pull + respawn combo. F, go agane, better luck next run, every death is a lesson! Helping is not good especially when you're trapped in a cave or fortress with a hunter or paladin or rogue. They will FD, bubble or vanish and leave you dead.
Isn't helping others like that against the HC rules? Hunter survived like a chad with FD, F for u .
Chatting and making plans, how and who kills what, is against the rules. So no pity for you. And next time run and use everything you havem instead of ständig around chatting and "bubble heart"

I still think it's crazy how people keep taking the middle way in gnomeregan, so much group died here, and they keep going.
So that was my clip, the reason I repeated “the thing happened to us” is because I knew that happens, what I didn’t know though was that there was two sides. We cleared the left side first and thought we were good 😂
You'd think with all the knowledge and resources, we'd be better than when we were only relying on each other. Seems like with 5 people in a group, 1 per at least would speak up with a better idea, but none? Nobody knows? Wtf.
@@comradewarners It's a lack of understanding of what is actually happening for "the thing" to occur. By going down the lower path--specifically, on the right side of the path--you are in line of sight of the monsters on the upper path. By taking the upper path and sticking to the wall, you are out of LoS of the mobs in the lower path so the same doesn't occur.
@@desyncer So in the future do you clear the upper path first? And how do you even get there?
@@comradewarners If you come there from the back entrance, you are already on the upper path but if you come the main way, just stick to the left wall instead of going down into the trench. As long as you stick to the left wall, you will avoid LoS will the lower mobs or the mobs across the gap.

My Guzu inspired pet peeve is seeing warriors die without using fear. I think that warrior gets out if they just feared after the first net. I believe it's one of those mobs that nets it near the exit. Even at the end taking damage from five less mobs lets him escape. Fear and target dummies. Warriors best friends.
I'd put retal and shield wall up on the list of best friends also, and 100% agree with the rest

Bubble, go upstairs and jump down so the mobs have to run down? It's like the most common strategy for dungeon escapes until 60 when it's ghetto hs and petriflask meta. The only thing that's unreal is that people are still running the middle path in Gnomer even after 500 death clips of the exact same thing happening!

They didn't group. Check his channel he has the full video there. He already killed Falconcrest so he offered help to the hunter who just arrived. So the warlock was just trying to be a nice guy. And then the hunter is an average hunter player so not sure what he is even doing. He did more melee hits than shot arrows. I was totally thinking the same as you before I watched the full clip, which is on the channel of Leprosu Gnome. And the hunter FD's, and HS after reset so he's safe.

@@comradewarners People are just mad, don't worry about it. Just enjoy you actually survived and get to 60 instead of wasting energy on people's subjective opinions about you. If they judge your whole character based on an edited short clip where you're in panic mode from the get-go, do you really expect a rational reason for why he feels that way, or is that a person you really want to communicate about anything? He probably just didn't like the fact you repeated yourself a few times, or something small like that. We don't have enough context to see what happened before so I don't think any rational person could say who in that group who mostly deserved to die. So either it's based on gameplay or it's based on your commentary, and I would guess out of those it's the commentary that bugs some people, since gameplay looked fine.
It honestly also bugged me a bit, because by saying "the thing happened to us" you already know this "thing" is known, so makes it even weirder why you would even go middle path. But since I read through the comments I saw you explained you already cleared left side. Next time, just clear left side and stay there. No reason to go right or middle, unless a rare spawn to the right, but he patrols almost all the way down to the end so even then you should only stay left, and then at the bottom you can clear a few packs in mid and on the right side and wait for the patrolling rare.

I haven't played WoW in years so correct me if I'm wrong but doesn't hitting/applying effects to mobs keep them aggroed and prevent them resetting?
I thought this was common knowledge or something but the more I watch these videos I feel like maybe I'm the one who is misremembering.

So many wipes in ZF, even though every little rock formation is basically a reset spot. Still haven't seen a death save in ZF from reset spot, only deaths and wipes.
