I know everyone is super excited about the Player Housing... but man i completely lost it when i saw the new D.R.I.V.E. Mechanic!! You already know by next expansion all ground mounts will finally have dynamic riding! Super excited for this!
Imagine the dynamic riding in m+ zooming from boss to boss if its an outside dungeon and how well you can drift could helping with timing keys lol. Imagine watching the MDI and watching teams drifting whille gathering adds for massive pulls
i would LOVE a ground mount zone, there are so many mounts i love that i dont get to use. i hope we wont be pinned down to only 1 but if it is then riding on a trike is a good way to do it
Hopefully they don't introduce housing, and then deprecate (forget about it and render it obsolete) later on like Garrisons. WoW has a problem of not maintaining old content and usually scrapping it when the next expansion comes.

Blizzard putting effort into giving players safe non-combat spaces is the most dismissive move by them for any player that merely asks for them to make content balanced, specs balanced, and efforts to move the game away from requiring players to download an addon that tells them what buttons to press (Hekeli or whatever it's called). People are quitting.
My only concern with the new ground mounting system is the actual controlling of the mount, like if it's close to even an arcade style racing game then it would actually require a gamepad, driving around with mouse and keyboard is really clunky

Because it will give players another option of something to do. Looting new furniture, crafting new furniture and decorations. Doing raids and Dungeons to try and loot new things for your house. It's no different than transmog farming. It's just cosmetics and has no functionality, but people enjoy it.

Unfortunately for me, all the new features were extremely boring. 1 - In my opinion Housing is the most useless and wasteful thing a game can have. 2 - The narrative of the expansion is getting lost, it doesn't offer any sense of danger and it feels disconnected. 3 - The change and focus on the new mount mechanics seems to be a complication of something that should be super simple. But this is all just my opinion and I hope I'm wrong, but I'm extremely frustrated with the near future of WOW.
