Yes. But still confused, I’ve been stretching and practicing for better leaps to be equal on both sides. But it’s still challenging. Also on tryout day if a right grand jete is in a combo, would you recommend doing a left instead, or a bad right?
YESSS‼️the video i have been looking for for the past MONTH😭thank youuu! Every other video just teaches the mechanics🤦🏽♀️... i needed these tips so much😂
Thank you😳I was at tryouts today and I hadn’t done a turning disc before so I was really stressed out but my final thing is on Friday so hopefully these make me better😬😊
@@KayleenBabel one last question haha but what does it feel like when you get both legs up (like is it a flick if that makes sense haha) and do you feel like you are tucking your butt
Gonna try some of these 🙂 Jumps are not my thing, but I think the first moves will be helpful for my goals, and the tips in general, so thanks! Subscribed!
Kayleen Babel Ive been working on how to get a right grand jete. And I already have my left one and it’s Preety good. But how do I get the right one? A I approach to do it, only my right leg goes up and my back left is straight down.
Kelendria Roberts oh i had this same problem! Do controlled back battements to build up strength. And stretch your Arabesque on that side to build flexibility. Also stretch your over-split on that side or do a regular split with your back leg elevated to stretch.
Kelendria Roberts 1) make sure you can do your splits relatively easily 2) practice holding arabesque and doing little pulses up. If you can hold a solid 90 degree arabesque and you’re able to do your splits, you should be able to do pretty good leaps!
Did these tips help ya'll? Let me know! :-)

so helpful! thank you for this!!
Yay I'm happy it helped!!! You're welcome :-)
How do you use a spin disc
So I can do a close to perfect left grande here but not a right one. How do I switch over the movement. By just stretching?
Can you explain further what you mean? I'm not exactly sure what you're asking, but most likely it has to do with strength, not stretching!

Just Angel yes!!! Being able to hold Arabesque is 🔑 :-) it’s back & booty strength + flexibility
You have a pretty body. I subscribe greetings from Colombia
gracias ☺💙
