mischiefpwns - I'd be surprised if it were him, since constitutionally he probably has the most power out of anyone to actually kick Trump out of office; if him and a majority of the Cabinet get together, they can invoke the 25th Amendment.

mischiefpwns - But by doing this, all he's done is make Trump more paranoid and wary. The 25th Amendment isn't like impeachment or an election where you need to get the word out and build pressure. Its best shot of succeeding against an unwilling President is to be done under utmost secrecy.

very unhappy with the direction the titles of TYT's vids are taking... yesterday I wasted 45 mins waiting for a discussion on Kaepernick which was in the title but never materialized in the video... today its a title that says the WH is imploding which may make sense from a marketing standpoint but consisted almost entirely of opinion rather than news

im starting to agree with what Cenk's said about trump not finishing a full term. If you'd asked me even a couple of months ago I would have disagreed, but seeing how fast things are coming apart from week to week lately has started to feel like i'm watching a game of Jenga nearing it's end. Would it be possible that this op ed could have been released in order to lay the ground work for considering trump mentally unfit, and so have an excuse not to face any mueller findings?
Well if the 25th amendment comes into play for trump being mentally unfit, that would mean his appointee to the supreme court is also null. That means Kavanaugh would not be able to be on the supreme court. I doubt who ever wrote this had the intent that you mention as they would not want that to happen to Kavanaugh.
I see what your saying, would this affect Trumps other judge? But setting Kavanaugh separate from this, dont you think that maybe loosing a judge and facing the 25th would be a better option then facing mueller and thats why they are laying the ground work. Kavanaugh could be colateral to save himself maybe.
