3 ways to change your life 👇🏽
1. Get 10min of sunlight in the morning
2. Exercise before 11am
3. Only have coffee after 90min of waking up and before 2pm

Still at points of time we can get the 10 minutes of sunlight in the morning or before they but if it's raining or totally dark have to figure out how to absorb the sunlight through imminent darkness

Why do i have a stomach ache when i don't eat during 8 hours ?

When we are hungry, we have only one thing on our mind that's Food.
When we are full, we are again back to all kinds of things we are/were doing. That's what he meant.

Very subtle SG you speak so much of creation by dodging the Creator. We're not a bump in creation FYI we humans are the crown of creation. Your mountains Himalayas and all are there so humans can live. The beauty in this is to acknowledge the Creator and get more revelation of the creation.
The reality you mentioned is also smoked with your words. You hold the masses in awe for nothing. Only one reality exists and that is God made everything.

I used to think like that. I thought I should not have been born. Universe is free from sufferings but I have to suffer for being created.
But then I listed to the Buddha.
"Being stuck with pain is like being shot with the first arrow. You have the option to remove the arrow and apply medicine. But complaining and crying is like hitting yourself with a 2nd arrow. That 2nd arrow is your own anger hurting you. If you want to keep pain minimal then don't hit yourself with 2nd arrow. Otherwise you may hit yourself with 3rd and 4th arrows too."
