COOKING A DELICIOUS CHEESECAKE

  • I'll tell you how easy it is to make a delicious cheesecake at home, with a delicious taste: almond dough, incredibly soft cream cheese filling, and a delicate layer of caramel on top. All these layers are harmoniously combined with each other.
    TART
    200 g flour
    80 g powdered sugar
    50 g ground almonds
    120 g butter
    1 egg
    FILLING
    200 g cream cheese (mascarpone)
    60 g powdered sugar
    10 g corn starch
    2 eggs
    100 ml cream 33%
    10 ml lemon juice
    CARAMEL
    80 ml cream 33%
    10 g of honey
    10 ml of warm water
    2 g gelatin
    45 g sugar
    1. Sift flour, powdered sugar and add ground almonds. Mix the dry ingredients until smooth. Add one egg. Mix it up.
    2. Spread about half on the food film. Cover with a film and roll out. With the second part, we do the same. Put it in the freezer for 20 minutes.
    3. Prepare the baking dish: cover the bottom with baking paper.
    4. Roll out the frozen dough layers. From one part, cut out a circle with a diameter of the baking dish. From the second part, we cut out the sides in the form of rectangles.
    5. We collect tart. Cover the bottom and sides with silicone paper. We put inside special stones for baking or a bag of salt for weighting.
    6. Bake in a preheated oven to 190 degrees for 15 minutes. Then we pull out the stones and silicone paper. And bake for another 15 minutes. Then grease the dough form with egg and bake for three minutes.
    7. Mix cream cheese and powdered sugar. Add a tablespoon of cornstarch. Mix it up. One by one, we mix two eggs. Add the heavy cream and lemon juice.
    8. Pour into the prepared form. Bake using a water bath in the oven at 190 degrees for 10 minutes. Then reduce the power to 130 degrees and bake for 30 minutes. Let it cool in the oven, then on the table.
    9. Melt the sugar in a saucepan and add a thin stream of warm cream mixed with honey. Mix thoroughly. Allow to cool slightly and add the gelatin.
    10. Pour into the cheesecake carefully, and make a mirror caramel surface. We put it in the refrigerator overnight.
    11. You can decorate the cheesecake with fresh berries and pour jam.

    Не люблю сладкое и тем более чизкейк и ему подобные. но смотреть видео приятно.

    Корзинка и так сильно запеченная, а ещё и с начинкой печь. Интересно, а нельзя вместе запечь, как я пеку корзинку с творожной начинкой и с фруктами!))
