I enjoy your comparisons. I'm in the Harbinger line and like to see how the new gear compares. Was looking into the Icoa line as a future purchase since I've had some issues with a defective 2415 and other moldy products sent to me from Musicians Friend.
I owned both of these and sold the EVs. The Harbingers sound so much clearer. The ZLX sounded extremely middy and muddy compared. I’m surprised you said they sounded the same

Just purchased this harbinger 3412 from guitar center absolute fantastic as a flat response full range speaker for my line 6 pod go The only prob is they still haven't launched the app for the Android yet it was due at the end of October and still is not out I'm hoping that happens soon because that was one of the features and reasons I bought the harbinger. If you have any information about when they'll actually launch it that would be great. Great content by the way I'm subbed appreciate you very informative you know your stuff bro.

I'm in the market for a new setup. I cannot decide if I want a set of ev12s (zlx12bt) with a set of 12 subs(elx200-12sp) (roughly $1300ish per set) or if I want to buy a couple evolve50's ($1800 each but much more mobile.). I've heard that the evolve 50's don't throw as far as traditional speakers on a pole. How true is this? Can you make a video comparing the two? to answer the use case question, I am a mobile dj running high school prom sized parties. 250-500 depending on the school size. Thanks and Cheers!
If your doing School Dances 250 to 500 you need big power 2x EV EKX-12P or ELX200-12P with 4 matching Subwoofers. Make sure to charge the School for that level of service, You might want to take all your Money and buy your Two Tops and Rent your Subwoofers as needed for Now.

I have a question, that I cant seem to decide on. I currently have 2 x 15's and 2 x 12's tops. I will use the 15's or 12's depending on the situation and room size, etc. when it comes to buying subs. If I have enough money to invest in one large or 2 smaller subs for now, would you buy 1 x18" sub or 2 x 12" subs? knowing that I would use it with the 12's or 15's. I would normally just say 1 x 18", but the 12's are smaller and easier to move around, plus I know there are several people who prefer "stereo subs." so I keep going back and forth on which way I should go. what's your thoughts?
I had 2 12's and ended up returning them once I heard the 18 sub, the 2 12's just didn't have that bass feel I like. I now have 2 18" subs and 2 15 tops couldn't be happier
Slightly off topic question, sorry: Do you see any reason why I wouldnt be able to use my Harbinger LV12 mixer board with a Bose L1 Pro 8 tower system? Im using my board with a Bose S1 Pro and it seems fine but I may upgrade to a bose tower.
I have no problem saying yes. No problem using any of the Harbinger mixers with any Bose speaker as long as the mixer has all the features you're looking for.

I have the V2315.. sounds good with my electric-acoustic guitar and microphone, I use with my laptop too like karaoke, and this work good, you maybe will need a mixer only if you want effects in the voice.. I thing this new model is better … (I hope you can understand me because mi English level it’s very low 😓)

Any ev zlx is 100 percent better speaker, 🪫 harbinger I DONT RECOMMED IT ,THERE Is a lot of BRAND OUT THERE that just want your money and the sound is just horrible at high frequency ,,, LIKE I SAID SAVE SOME MONEY AND GET A BETTER SPEAKER BRAND EXAMPLE
QSC k series I prefer k12 than k12.2 also - Ev still strong even zlx to elx ETX FOR ME IS THE BEST SPEAKER OUT THERE 2 way and compare to fullframe system of course full frame is 3 times more expensive …also recommend
High end jbl prx not bad but too pro with EQ finally
Just get a good speaker if you plan to work more pro.. at the end is your job ! get something good 👍 you will be satisfied and it’s priceless at the long run
