This scene hits home. People think just cause people grow up together or been friends 10+ years that everything will b gravy and things don't change. Nah, things change, and sometimes old friends need to part ways.
Damon Adams He’s not saying anything is wrong with having friends you knew for a long time ago. He’s saying that people you been friends with for a long time can change up on you and turn their back on you no matter how long y’all been friends and that’s something anybody can relate to.
The moment Bishop said, "I ain't tryin to tell you shit, I tell ya momma you ain't shit", Q should've came to his senses and realized that Bishop was bound to kill him
So it's not a movie now? We giving real life advice? 😆 Q shoulda went on dj'n.. and then... bought a ice cream truck.. and.... He'd a been spinning records all through the neighborhood. Rahim coulda drove the truck... And he'd a never got shot!
Tupac was such a gifted actor. It's really a shame he was so young when he was killed because he had so much talent and wisdom and character. He was a young hothead and that is what likely got him killed, but if he were still alive he probably would've gone on to do great things (even greater than he already did). RIP Tupac.
Well pac was raised in the poverty stricken areas of Baltimore, so I can understand why the wealth got to his head. Nevertheless, he was a true visionary with a prophetic wisdom that many artists rarely possess these days.
TUPAC SHAKUR COULD HAVE BEEN AN OSCAR WINNING ACTOR IF HE WANTED TO. SO TALENTED, SO MUCH POTENTIAL, SO MUCH OF A VISIONARY....CEILING WAS HIGH. COULD HAVE DONE WHATEVER HE WANTED.
Pac was an excellent actor, but where's the praise for Omar? His facial expressions and dialogue throughout the movie really defined Q throughout the whole movie. Khalil was great as Raheem even in his short amount of time on-screen; he was charismatic and cool. Jermaine made me want to hang out with Steel, as he seemed loyal; a gentle giant, you could say.
"Fuck that! We used to be like brothers!" This line sadly foreshadows what was to come later on in the movie. The writing was on the wall. Something bad was gonna happen to the four of them and it was only a matter of time. Q and Bishop getting into an altercation like this was just a sign of what was to come.
It almost always is. Yes, friends will have disagreements from time to time, but once things get heated to the point where people come to blows, it’s the beginning of the end.
Yes sir he made you think they really grew up together. Did you see his body language at the end when he gave Q a five??? Man if he wasn't on some bullshit
I know pac killed it but damn nobody not gonna say nun about omar epps acting I mean he came along way to.. I wish they both would of done something again if pac was alive but im glad they did they 1st movie together... classic
Omar epps is the truth, I fucks with damm near all his movies. from "juice" to "first time felon" to "in too deep" etc. I know he played in tons more movies that I done watched but those are the ones that comes to my head off top
I think the reason Tupac did such an amazing job in the movies he was in was because the plots were centered around similar situations he ACTUALLY lived through. So it was easy for him to pull of the parts easily because he'd been though shit like that before.
If you really look at the shit.... Blizzard & that movie was the changing point for bishop. Yes he was always a nut but once he seen that movie he was the only one who felt that. Fuck getting locked up, I rather die real as a gangster(madman) was his point. Then steel clowned him bout that spanish nigga then cut to Blizzard. A nigga who was just on some gangster shit now dead. Ideology battles clashed once bishop realized that a pistol is the only thing standing in his way from true power. Fuck listening to Raheem cause he think he run shit. Q aint shit cause he think he better and Steele will always be my bitch. Thats how that nigga looked viewed them. Q and Pac are both example of the black man struggle of wanting to leave or stay in the hood. Q had his DJ going and wanted to make it big with that. Also had a woman on his side that supported him. Q is the example of the black man wanting to getting out of hood and make a life for himself. He see beyond the hood environment and that's not how he want to live anymore. Pac only see what goes on in the hood and think that's the way to live. Theirs nothing in between. He doesn't see outside of the hood but only what goes on inside the hood. Either live like that or die from Pac perspective. Both are fine examples of young black men growing up in these neighborhoods. Then you have the two friends! Raheem whose a father at the age of 17 and not taking care of child. Rather run the streets wit his friends. That's why the scene when his baby mother getting in the car wit another dude hurt him. He's not a acting like an man taking of his responsibility. Just a deadeat dad. That's why when Pac drop an idea on him how to get easy money Raheem was wit it if it meant providing for his child. Easy money come with a cost though sadly he didn't find that out till his death. Finally Steel, the friend who doesn't speak up as much only when he's back into an corner. Weak to peer pressure. Him speaking up could had saved Raheem life and kept him from getting shot. Good movie if you look at with broader view of the black man life in the hood.

RIP Tupac, you are forever missed. Love this scene, shouts out to Omar Epps, Kain and Huggie for doing an incredible job with the acting in this movie.
1:20 - 1:28 The finger pointing bishop did towards Q’s chest with that pint up frustration he has inside himself, is one the realest scenes in movie history. I felt every bit of it.
I got to be real honest, 2pac character was a psychopath in this movie, but he made a very solid point. You got to get the ground beneath your feet, and the wind behind your back, and go out in a blaze if you have too, if not your nothing, your better off dead. I've seen violence where I am from, and I've been in some serious gun fights throughout my life, and I really think the whole experience made a real man out of me. This is why a lot of people respect, 2pac because he is too real!!!
I stayed replaying this movie over n over as a kid. That wasn't non-sense he was speaking, Bishop was conscious and simply was dropping knowledge to these fools about the everyday struggle that blacks have to endure, oppression, fear, running and death. His friends were cowards, too submissive for him. After that scene Bishop changed lol.
He comes from a family of soldiers, some of his family members were members of the black panther party. Even though this is a movie I understood where bishop was coming from.
He wasn't speaking about fighting for civil rights, he was talking about killing people because he feels that he has control over their lives. Don't forget he did kill an innocent man, and he also admitted to Q that he was crazy, and didn't care about innocent human lives, because he did threaten the lives of his own friends.
Nah, Bishop was the real fool. A fool with delusions of grandeur who wanted respect out of fear. That got especially amped when Raheem allowed him to have the gun for the robbery. Even if Bishop was dropping knowledge he ended and ruined the lives of several people that weren't even a part of the problem. You don't fight white supremacy that way. I'd say Q was the one that was woke.
🤔The reason why Q was upset is because deep down he knew Bishop was right. At some point in life running will no longer be an option and you got to become a soldier. Bishop was telling the truth they just didn't want to hear it.
Pac was a phenomenal actor mainly because of one thing he was as authentic as they came when Pac did that monologue you believe every fuckin word he saying just look at his eyes he meant every word, man could have won an award by now he was overall fantastic artist
"naah we used to be like brothers"......(Raheem) "aaaiight, we gon squash it". that moment of dialogue i feel changed everything. The situation was settled and power was slowly shifting.
“Gotta get the ground beneath yo feet patna! Get the wind behind yo bac and go out wit a blaze if you got to…otherwise you ain’t shit. Might as well be dead ya dead self.” Coldest shit I ever heard.

02:10 my reaction when my supervisor offers me overtime even though everyone else is home because of the Coronavirus
Bishop sounded like Raheem when he said I'm serious
Juice > menace II society
BrooklYN I like both
That’s a tough one lol. NY hood vs LA hood. 2 classics
Christian juice was too short
I used to watch juice almost every night in high school. I saw menace II society as a kid and the end scene had me scared shitless
Just no!!
1:58 had me Rollin..😅
RIP Tupac, you are forever missed. Love this scene, shouts out to Omar Epps, Kain and Huggie for doing an incredible job with the acting in this movie.
Raheem was fine as hell .
you sound like them girls in the 90s lol , Raheem fever
Kilal Kane still is . you can follow him on instagram
lanaeewavyy Lol
And he was 27 when they filmed this movie.
I know girl I know omg Like every time I watch the news I just stare at Raheem
It’s ironic Raheem was the leader/father of the group but wasn’t ready to be a father to his kid
1:20 - 1:28 The finger pointing bishop did towards Q’s chest with that pint up frustration he has inside himself, is one the realest scenes in movie history. I felt every bit of it.
2Pac had that passion for greatness
"Don't turn yo fuckin back on me" 😂😂😭😭😭😭
"YOU DAMN RIGHT!! YOU GOTTA BE READY TO THROW DOWN, STAND UP, AND DIE FOR THAT SHIT Like blizzard did if you want some juice". Indeed. Love this movie
"Blizzard? Blizzard is not sticking up to nothing, now". "That's because we were not there to back him up".
*Looking Out The Window*
“We ain’t shit” 😂😂
Tupac was good actor, he was crazy in this movie.
I love this movie I'm watching the DVD again for 20th time, 2pac and Omar epps are amazing actors.
Damn Raheem was fucking fine😩👏💥
He was
Fr
***** that's kinda fucked up I mean seriously
Right
Breanna West I know right hes so fine
"FUCK CHILL, check yaself Q!"
and it was all bad after that line....
"YOU MY F!CKIN PROBLEM" Bishop was a walking ticking time bomb. Raheem had all the juice. Blew that smoke in his face. And Steele's acting 💯🎯
1:06 the best quote in the movie 💯💯
His voice commanded your attention
2pac Felt this his heart that’s why he did a good job in the movie. We need juice to overcome oppression.
This scene was so powerful, you knew he was coming for blood!!!!!!
Pac's speech at 1:22 was used in the intro to his "1 in 21: A Tupac Shakur Story" album
+oscar Ayala What is your problem?
GANG GANG
oscar Ayala yo racist ass just want some attention
Word!!
Great rapper great actor great artist . R.I.P to the GOAT 2pac
Lol, i know about Tupac and his family background. There was a deeper message than just the obvious, but yes what you stated is part of it.
Nubian Goddess oh girl you are misguided.. suicide kings don't run the table. I am speaking from a place ppl get shot everyday.
🤔The reason why Q was upset is because deep down he knew Bishop was right. At some point in life running will no longer be an option and you got to become a soldier. Bishop was telling the truth they just didn't want to hear it.
"I feel like I'm on a goddamn track team" 😂😂
Haha
I'll tell ya mama you ain't shit.I used cry laughing at that part...
Pac was a phenomenal actor mainly because of one thing he was as authentic as they came when Pac did that monologue you believe every fuckin word he saying just look at his eyes he meant every word, man could have won an award by now he was overall fantastic artist
“Feed y’all. Watch TV!” This is my favorite hood movie. I know ALL the lines!
"Fuck that money man! Look at that shit! I gotta tell my mother and father-"
Tupac said that line with so much vigor and passion ...it was poetry in motion...R.I.P...Awwhh Steel was waiting for his apology@
Tupac could get angry very convincing in movies tho. He did it in poetic justice, gridlock and bullet. Tupac shakur in 2021 💯✊✊✊
"naah we used to be like brothers"......(Raheem) "aaaiight, we gon squash it". that moment of dialogue i feel changed everything. The situation was settled and power was slowly shifting.
Bless those who are like Q.
I feel bad for that vase
Lol!
That vase ain’t standing up to nothing now
That's because we were not being careful
“Gotta get the ground beneath yo feet patna! Get the wind behind yo bac and go out wit a blaze if you got to…otherwise you ain’t shit. Might as well be dead ya dead self.” Coldest shit I ever heard.
Someone finally said it. Real rap 💯
You gotta be ready to throw down, stand up, and die for that shii like blizzard did, “if you want some juice”😂
