I start at 30 inch pounds and work my up by 5 until groups shrink. Then I fine tune from there. Think I have the build in PDC chassis is around 40 ish.
I watched that fourth group over, and maybe it was inconsistent pressure on the stock. The rifle just looked like the recoil was different on a couple of those shots. Maybe I was seeing things too.

Weaver t36. I would go with the Sightron SII fixed 36. The bell on the Sightron is a little larger and the glass is a lot more clear.

It was either that or I was forcing the shot. Also, think that sometimes I push on the thumb rest…
