Peter said he was sick and took sick leave. All he had to do was wait for the attacks from the rest. The caught duo was thrown behind bars, and Electro was no longer in the hospital, but in prison. Otto sent Marco and O'Hearn to retrieve a valuable cargo of Oscorp, which was being transported. The spider was in hell of a lot of pain, but he endured from the last of his strength. Unfortunately, he had only one free hand, which he could do nothing with, so Otto ripped off the mask.

Toomes started firing his wings like a machine gun, but he couldn't even wound Spider-Man. Spider-Man grabbed a couple of feathers and broke Tums' repulsors from behind.
Peter didn't dare talk to Toomes, so he decided to question Max about Otto's plans, but he didn't know them either. After the station's breakdown, they could have disappeared, but Spider-Man got in their way, even though part of the station was still damaged.
Four were left. Peter said he was sick and took sick leave. All he had to do was wait for the attacks from the rest. The caught duo was thrown behind bars, and Electro was no longer in the hospital, but in prison.
Otto sent Marco and O'Hearn to retrieve a valuable cargo of Oscorp, which was being transported. Thank goodness it wasn't explosive, and there were no people around.

None of Shocker's projectiles hit Spider-Man, and getting closer, Spider-Man simply broke Herman's gauntlets against each other. Otto was taking things easy this time. After handing Shocker over to the police, only Octopus remained, and then there were strange sounds coming from inside the Oscorp building. A few people fell out the window, but Spider-Man managed to catch them with his web.

Later, Octavius was dragging himself along the wall of the building, holding Osborn with one tentacle. No fire could be set, there was a risk of hitting Norman.
"Norman Osborne is being held hostage on the roof of the Oscorp building." -- they were on the news.
-- "Are you waiting for a tearful plea? You don't have to.
-- Tell them the truth, Norman.
*Otto held the camera with his tentacle.
-- Tell them!
-- Aah!
-- Your whole world is built on lies! Lies! Tell me what you did.
*Otto dropped Norman and picked him up two seconds later.
-- You stole my company, my ideas! Tell the truth.
-- The truth. Okay. As long as you worked for me, you were worth something. You can't admit that I'm better than you and you're nothing without me. You're a loser, Otto. You always will be.
Otto dropped Norman completely, but Spider caught him in time to get him to the ambulance under police guard.
-- Are you all right?
-- Yeah, yeah. take him down, Spider-Man. He's gone too far.
It's true. And after saying those words to himself, Spidey flew to the roof of the building.
-- Dr. Otto Octavius.
-- Spider-Man?
-- Surrender, it's over.

Otto's tentacles were nimble, fast, and above all, strong. He started to squeeze the Spider's head with them, but the Spider glued Otto's eyes shut and began to glue the tentacles to each other, striking Otto. It wasn't enough and freeing himself, Otto began to throw the tower on the roof of the building at Spider. There was a risk of it falling on the humans, so Spider intercepted it and pushed it aside. Octopus took advantage of this and pushed the tower through the roof of the building. Both of them collapsed to the top floor.
Doc Ock pinned the spider with two tentacles, and with a third he wanted to rip the mask off his opponent. Peter intercepted the blow, holding the claw with his left hand, but as fast as the spider's instincts were, the spear that came out of Otto's claw went through Peter's palm, thus the words and the web-shooter button. The spider was in hell of a lot of pain, but he endured from the last of his strength. Unfortunately, he had only one free hand, which he could do nothing with, so Otto ripped off the mask.
-- No. No, it can't be. Peter? All this time it was you? All this time it was you?!
* Otto began to choke Peter with his tentacle *
-- Otto, calm down.
-- Peter, you're fighting the wrong wicket. You want to know the truth? Reno and the Sandman were created by our combined efforts. But you defeated them. And then Norman decided to teach me a lesson for not creating them at the same time.
-- And in the end, you got what he wanted. You're too dependent on Norman. I heard what he told you. Turns out he's right.
*Otto threw Peter into a bookshelf.
-- You lied to me. You freed five of the most dangerous supervillains and improved their equipment. You put hundreds of people's lives in danger, and for what? Revenge for getting fired.
-- Parker, as you may have noticed, I freed them, and I could have used them to free them all, making the city a hell of a lot worse than it was a few days ago. Thought you might have noticed.
-- I did. And that's when I realized it was for revenge. But your desire for revenge has clouded your judgment. In your attempt to teach Norman a lesson, you put other people in harm's way. You even forced him to hide his son.
-- If it wasn't for you, this wouldn't have happened.
-- You always like to blame other people for your own misfortunes?
*Otto stomped Spider against the wall again, grabbing him by the neck.
-- Even if it wasn't for me, the police would have done their job. And all five of you would have easily crossed the line to fulfill your goals. You gave the maniacs the freedom to do whatever they wanted. Is that what non-self-loving people do?
-- Have you ever been betrayed, Peter? Have you ever been deprived of the meaning of life? You haven't seen half of what I've seen.
-- Yes, you're right. And I'm sorry for the way you've been treated. But I'm more sorry that what you said about the value of life and the road ahead was a bunch of hollow jingle.
-- And you think it's so easy to live the life of a miserable old man because the cards are stacked against you? I don't have to accept being robbed of something I've invested decades of my life in, Peter. Much less pretend everything's fine and accept it with a smile. I can't lie to myself.
-- Sometimes life throws us situations that we just have to put up with. Not everything can be undone. Revenge wouldn't bring the company back, it would only tarnish your good name.
-- Osborne already did that for me.
-- No. You did it by freeing the criminals.
Otto let go of Peter's neck and he fell to the floor. Otto began to think about what had just happened and came to one conclusion.
-- I'm sorry, Peter. I'm sorry you sided with my greatest enemy.
Otto tried to kill Peter with his spear, but he slid under Otto, pulled by the cobwebs on the floor, and jumped up to rip Otto's chip off. No matter how hard Otto tried, his tentacles didn't have enough strength to move Parker. He was flailing from side to side and Otto's tentacles hit the bricks. They began to fall downward, and Spider, covering his face, tried to catch them with his Web, but Otto prevented him. The splinters rushed toward the little boy, who was stunned by the shock.
-- Away, son! AWAY! Please, God. let me make it!
Captain Stacy was able to save the boy, but all the debris fell on him.
-- Captain Stacy!
The spider was furious. It fought Otto much more fiercely and finally ripped out the chip and the tentacles stopped functioning.
-- Peter! You have to understand me!
*Peter got fat and limped away.
-- Wait, don't leave me! Or the whole world will know who's behind the mask!
*Peter turned slowly toward Otto.
-- Go ahead. But if you do, you'll show that you're no different from Norman. We-- we're so used to pretending to others that we end up pretending to ourselves.
Barely holding back tears, Peter left with the mask. Once downstairs, he ran up to Captain Stacy.
-- Hey, you okay?
-- I've been better.
-- Heh-heh, yeah. but the ambulance is here to help.
-- It's a foregone conclusion, my dear fellow. Ottavius. what's wrong with him?
-- He's fine. We did it!
-- You did it, Spider. It's been a pleasure working with you. please don't ever forget those words I said to you on the roof. don't forget.
-- No, breathe, breathe, don't close your eyes!
Captain Stacy was dead. Otto, like the rest of the Sinister Six, was put behind bars. Two days later, the funeral was held. It was a rainy, gloomy day, just like the event. Peter wore leather gloves on both palms to cover the wound. There were many police officers, students from Midtown High, and George's entire family, including his daughter Gwen.
-- Peter?
-- Gwen?
*They hugged.
-- I'm so sorry for your loss. Your father was a wonderful man. The best of us. He took it upon himself to teach at our school when the gangs were rioting in the streets. And he died a hero, saving a child. He saved his life.

My acquaintances turned into monsters in front of me, and Otto... the man who was like a second father to me, my mentor, turned out to be a resentful unstable psychopath who put innocent people's lives in danger for his revenge! WHY?!
*Peter punched a hole in the wall*

Ramona let a tear fall from happiness, and Peter, in the sunlight, looked through the glass of the diner at Ramona's happy face and went home with a smile on his face.
The spider, like Captain Stacy, had saved the baby. I think George would be proud. And so would Uncle Ben.

And secondly, this is my personal opinion, I really love Christian Bale, I respect him for his contribution, he's a great actor and I grew up on his movies, but I can't imagine him as Norman Osborn. The type is not the same, but again, this is my opinion. He reminds me more of a Hobgoblin in the vein of Ned Leeds or Jason Macendale.
