Give Kiernan a god damn franchise you cowards 😭😭
PERIODD.
She is FULLY MOTHER a true scream queen ✨️✨️✨️✨️
She already has Sabrina/Riverdale and Mad Men.
She so beautiful
I love that the crystal her mom gives Jaime from a “psychic”. Is from Jaime herself lol. Jaime told young Pam that she was psychic and that was her psychic crystal. Also mom’s vintage jacket is actually Jaime’s jacket from the past that her mom kept lol great reaction guys!
I don't think there was a past Jamie in the original timeline, I'm guessing Jamie just got the idea of calling herself psychic from her mom
@@unclekarl5219No.. you don't get it. It's a loophole, that's their point.
@@STATEofDREAMlNG I’d like to think of it as a “Stitch” instead of loophole. Kind of like a physical representation of her bond between her mother and her. At the start of the movie you get the vibe she doesn’t like her mother and yet she is surrounded by physical representations of her mother and her mother in her youth like the poster of the band she listens to (who’s her mothers ex if I remember correctly) and the jacket that her mother was surprised she was wearing. Then when her mother is killed she’s the one who’s hit hardest with grief.
I'm totally obsessed, y'all!!! 🤩
I'm here to tell you the 80's idgaf attitude of the adults is 10000% accurate! I was 17 in 1987 😂😂😂
So you're 54 now ma'am. You must have gained a lot maturity and experience
"How is he alive" ". . . Have you seen Scream ?🙃"
Saw this at Fantastic Fest a couple of weeks ago and it was a BLAST with an audience. I'm so happy it's out now and people are reacting to it! One of my favorite bits is how the notebook at the end works as the classic "where are they now" segment at the end of basically every movie in the 80s.
I love that prime releases comedy horror like every year , last one I remember was freaky and it was SO GOOD
You guys should watch Final Girls (2015) , it's an underrated similar time travel horror movie. Btw, get Wes to watch all the Back to the Future movies asap! The first movie is literally a perfectly plotted movie. I used to use it to teach creative writing.
Love that movie 🙌🙌🙌
That one is much better
BTTF is literally perfect to demonstrate setups and payoffs in writing stories
Never heard of this movie. Never saw a trailer or anything. Saw a clip on tiktok and decided to look it up. Literally the day after it came out and I FELL IN LOVE!! The scene in the haunted house with the rape alarm ABSOLUTELY SENT ME THROUGH THE ROOF!!!😂
I initially assumed Blake Hughes might've been the killer, but that's probably because his adult actor played Betty's controlling/sketchy killer father in Riverdale 😭 So that could've been too obvious. But it also immediately made me suspicious how the podcaster guy in his teen years just stood by and watched the killer stalk after Marisa 🤔 I tried not to dismiss anybody possibly being the killer, but young Doug definitely did throw me off-guard!
I'm glad they avoided the "introverted loner who draws macabre art is going to be the killer" trope though! That felt like it'd be too easy of a choice
Bit of a pity - Doug seemed like a fairly sweet guy....apart from the killing.....
Petty Pumpkins are icons. This movie was such a blast, it's going to be a horror classic in no time. Can't wait to see what you have instore for us next. 🎃❤
ive always wanted the white leather fringe jacket even when i was a kid and watched ferris bueller
I just watched this last night and now I’m obsessed ! I love everything 80s, I love slashers and this was amazing and had me cracking up multiple times
I like that the movie used the Doctor Who version of time travel. Wibbley-wobbley
This movie was so damn fun, loved it!
Same And it's So Damn satisfying ☺️
I loved it and recommended this to my gen X 80's teen mom. She was a fan of Happy Death Day 2 and the Final Girls so I think she will like this one a lot. Was a total surprise glad I went in blind. Fun movie
This is an instant classic for me. What a fun ride it was.
I have never heard of this movie and im so happy you introduced this to me. This was so good
44:16 For your information Collette is the name of a famous 1900s French novelist who wrote not only 'Gigi' but also the 'Claudine' books - though her husband Willie took credit for them all at first.
When did she finally get credited??
I watched this tonight and then immediately hopped on UA-cam to watch your reaction. This is an instant classic. LOVE, LOVE, LOVE. Great reaction as always!
This movie will become a classic 🤩
Idk it’s giving me happy death day vibes to where it’s entertaining enough to rewatch multiple times but it’s too comedic to be a classic
Happy Death Day yeah, but not this one. It was very 'try hard'.
Oh my gosh, are you guys sleeping at all? So much content; we're so spoiled!🎃
Quickly becoming some of my favorite reactors! Watching you lovely 🎃 while drinking a few 🎃 beers!!!
I can't believe how much fun I had with this movie!!!
You guys are my favorite part of Halloween this year ❤ thanks for all the great videos so far. Killin it.
They’re working on next year’s Christmas! 😭 Too real
What a nice surprise for a Saturday night. This movie looks great.
You two are Slaying the glasses 🤓💕
I just finished watching this 5 min before you dropped lol. This was so fun. "OMG would you please just watch Back to the Future."
waterbeds had temperature control on them. My mom used to have one. It was always warm.
Summer of 84(2018)🍿you guys should definitely check that one out!
i found a new Halloween fav to watch looks like. idk what year id go back too probably a year where i can visit some of my loved ones that passed away but also when they were healthy and happy
Kiernan should be in scream 7
Watched this a few days ago and loved it!!
Watching a past ghostface get the ghostface treatment is funny😂😂
Omg that cat jumper! I have the exact same one 😹
I just saw this movie today! I loved it. It reminded me of Happy Death Day 😂
Happy Death Day's characters are way more fun and emotive
@@XanArt21why are you being such a movie hater in multiple comments
Fun fact...water beds have heaters in them that you can adjust so it's totally comfortable sleeping on. I'm an 80s baby and had one myself lol.
I’m 10 min into this video and I’m hitting subscribe. I’ve only seen people tearing this movie apart and I thought it was a great combo of horror, comedy, thriller and sci-fi. I thought it took itself JUST seriously enough to keep the movie paced but I felt like it was all very engaging and I wanted to watch it again immediately after finishing it. It was perfect for a weenie like me that can’t handle too scary a movie but likes the concepts and tropes.
Love what you have to say about totally killer! It really is a fun little horror flick that some people took a little too seriously. Glad to know you liked it! 🖤
my new fav movie!!! ty for introducing this to me
Whenever you two upload a reaction to something I haven’t seen yet, I run to see it then immediately watch your reaction haha love y’all ❤️
Same!!
Just got a copy of this to watch earlier this afternoon, plan on watching it as soon as I finish you guys video👍🤣
I already love this movie.
I genuinely love it!!!! 😊
I, just watched this. Starting the new Pet Cemetery now
My favorite movie
The jacket IS iconic. It's exactly like the jacket in Can't Buy Me Love
I'd definitely go back to 1999 so I can have a heart to heart with my younger self.
INWAS SO EXCITED FOR YOU GUYS TO DO THIS
I caught the five nights at Freddy's easter egg in this movie it literally showed the release date for the movie because it's blumhouse lol
This was a fun film and great reaction lol. Mama Kiernan Shipka is just fabulous. If you guys haven't yet seen Kiernan in Lifetimes adaptation of 'Flowers In The Attic' with Heather Graham and Ellyn Burstyn it is wild and high camp craziness. I implore you to check it out.
I just seen it. I previously heard it was a rip off of "Final Girls", however, it's got the same goal, save your mom, but the rest is completely different. And I like this, but "Final Girls" is still a more superior film.
I’m so glad y’all watched this. I don’t have this channel. And I love this actress.
Great reaction ❤❤❤
Thanks guys, i saw your video pop up last night and ran to watch the movie. Such a fun fun movie.
Waterbeds had heaters. The water was always warm.
That was cute. I don't have Prime, so I watched with you.
"She's so 2023 coded." LMAO
Never heard of this one. Also, ngl, I like Chey’s drip 😅
Thus was such a fun ride!
This movie gave me so much joy💜🎸
You guys look so Fall ready!! Do miss seeing Big Kitty. Loved this movie and your reaction. Have a great day!!!
That movie looked really good. Thanks, guys
Omg this movie is so cool thank you for introducing me to it I am so going to watch this movie next 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻🎃🔪😂🩸 thank you petty pumpkins you guys rock !
For a horror comedy watch “Tucker and Dale vs Evil”
More movies like this would make me so happy. It was just so fun!
you guys put me on to a new movie lol i had no idea about it i had to rush and go watch it before i watched the reaction 😭😭💕
i loved this movie, glad you guys are watching
Watched it Last Night, And I freaking Loved It So Much 👍
Great joint here!!!
28:17 legit what I said 🤣
I guess that the Mollys didn't come forward with what they'd done to Trish because:
a) they were too scared to speak up and take accountability
b) they were too stupid and/or too self-obsessed to realise that they were actually responsible for Trish's death
c) their attitude to the whole things was "I'm not going to jail just because I thought of a funny joke, it's not my fault that she was a bad driver'.
I get the feeling it might be a different one for each of the three Molly's. Tiffany seemed the most like option c), Heather I'm not so sure about (maybe option b)), Marissa might be a), b) or both.
I fucking loved this movie, so good
Liana deserved more screen time. I have been a huge fan of her since 2018 when she was in a show called 'light as a feather'. Also Kiernan was so amazing in this. Olivia holt is my girlfriend (in my dreams)
I loved this movie! Great reaction!
Did they explain what happened to adult Doug after he was killed in the past. Did he cease to exist?
love yall!
Seeing Mr. Cooper and Sabrina Spellman in this film just got me thinking that this can easily be connected to The CW's 'Riverdale' & Netflix's 'Chilling Adventures of Sabrina' extended universe.
It's 19 minutes in and I predict the picture taken at the pool party will be in the yearbook and guess who will be in the picture that shouldn't be there when the story has a happy ending.
Ok, l was wrong..
I’m a bit late on this but this was a fun movie. Watched it with a friend. To answer your question at the end, I would travel to 1976.. the explanation is long so if you’re wondering why, just lengthen this comment chain…
This is such a great film, loved it.
I loved it
I freaking LOVED this movie!!!
Loved it!
I dunno, there is not very good chemistry between the characters in this film... well, not like Happy Death Day or The Babysitter. The movie drags a bit, the 80s vibe is... not there really, it is not as gritty, dirty. Yeah you can wear the outfits but everyone just looks overly styled, manufactured 80s (the way they do it in teenage movies these days). VHS 85 really captured that 80s vibe more than this one. The soundtrack is so freaking obvious as well... there is so much cool 'obscure ' 80's music that time has forgotten. I did really like the lead, the mask was cool and there was some good laughs.
I loved this movie it was so fun! The only thing that bugged me was the killers mask/outfit was a little goofy but I still really enjoyed it
i usually don't like slashers but this one was really fun!
i loved this movie so much it’s literally the only horror film i wanna watch rn
You guys should watch The Boogeyman 😭🙏🧡
I just finish this one and love it wish there was more to consume
Watch detention 2011 same story sooo good check it out
You guys should watch Julie and the phantoms
I really hope you guys react to Halloweentown movies ❤
Omg i mean that would be the best i mean its literally Halloween time plus thats a childhood classic ✨️✨️✨️🙌
Maybe I"m confused but do the parents remember what happened or not? They named their son Jamie but they would know it was their daughter that saved them?
She said she's a psychic, but nothing about being their daughter . They probably figured that around the time she started to look similar, or maybe they just forgot about the girl they knew for a week. I'm a little confused, too 😅
Thats fair. I guess I just figured at some point they look at her and realize holy shit thats the girl who showed up out of nowhere and saved our lives from this killer. At least the mom should have remembered lol. @@n.a.02.02
I love you guys! Idk if it's the alcohol or if u guys are awesome if i am sober. I am going to find out one day but, not today.
Yall need to watch ahs 12 RIGHT NEOWWW
20:00 lmao we don't pee out the same hole as the hole guys stick it in we have 3 holes 😂
3 holes?? 👀 😲
Kiernan is cute as fuck 😍. I wanna date her. So fucking pretty. Liana's so fucking stunning too 😍. I would die if they ever looked at me. Goddammit. This movie is so Scream inspired. When Kiernan said 'THERE ARE RULES' I imagined Randy from Scream 1996. I loved Kiernan's Scream reference lmao. She's amazing. Did none of you notice in the last scene the mom was wearing the daughter's JACKET? O.O. Surprised you didn't notice that. Chris is still alive in present time because his young self was never killed, just his older self. Great freaking movie. We NEED Kiernan in more horror movies.
1987 is a solid year for me....one of my fave years of the 80s.....but to be honest I would spend more time in 2012 with my mom before her passing.....and would go to 2016 to end my niece's bf who went on to shoot her in 2022...she survived...but is still dealing with the physical nd mental injuries sustained.
Amazing
I will tell you guys. The 80s were a VERY different time. LOL!
was kind of paying attention kind of not and all i hear is "Fuck you Chris" and I'm like "what did I do?"
Will you guys be reacting to American Horror Stories season 3 huluween?
