I am a doctor . I have worked in a govt hospital for contract basis. I used to follow many of those techniques you said. Eventhough I don't get direct compliments from patients, my colleague's always says that my patients are very happy for me . They always ask what is the secret behind.
Sincearly saying , By hearing those compliments I got flattered😅. I thought that my character is special.
But after watching your video , I realised that I was not doing anything great but just following those techniques.
When we see a person with adorable character, people usually think that it's something related to genetics , we cannot acquire that or we cannot be that nice.
I think you are doing a Great job so that these misconcepts can be changed . Character is something which can be developed consciously.
Your videos will make many beatiful humans.

This episode brought back a fond memory ❤️ Remembering names is the kindest thing one could do to others! A few years back I remember a student who came upto me and said "ma'am, I have always been an average student eversince childhood.. I was never in the limelight..and therefore no teacher remembered me.. But you always made sure that you took my name in all the conversations we have had so far.. She hugged me tight and said thank you ma'am for making me feel special". My eyes welled up and I thought for a moment, the impact a teacher could create in a student's life! This reminds me of a beautiful quote: "Students work hardest for the teachers they like and respect"!! This is so true. During high school days I had a teacher who used to call me by my father's name. I felt really uncomfortable with that and, i used to not write my full name in answer sheet for her subject just so she could call me by my name.
