I rate Ed highly. No matter how much he blows up and how big he becomes, he still keeps it humble enough to perform on SBTV and keep it real. Lord knows he could easily reach out to massive, mainstream platforms and get big money instead. What a guy.
But the big mainstream platforms would just want the commercial performances. Not that there is anything wrong with his singles but for SBTV this is the sort of song that made him big on here and personally, the type that i want to hear more of.

I live in Suffolk and I think it is quite boring sometimes. However, every time I visit places like London I realise that I am actually quite lucky because everyone is so isolated there, yet we have quite a nice community where we know a lot of people.
I don't live in Suffolk, but in a little German village and I feel very gifted! Living in the countryside is very precious to me; I enjoy the air, the nature and the fact that it's a great place for horseback riding (and other sports too of course )

Lost for words...His raw honesty about the industry came about first in '+' and now he's back at it again in '÷' "I wish love was a currency" this made me tear up. Yes I missed his music whilst he was away, however the lyrics he has come up by a break just shows how much the industry rushing to make albums is a bad idea. You rarely get quality lyrics, passionate, meaningful, relatable in some places, like this. Ed is an artist and he needs time to write his material. Respect Ed, you're my all time favourite artist since 2011 and forevermore.

i live in the same part of england as Ed and i drive down at A14 everyday lol, and he took his driving test in my home town! aha. his song castle on the hill was filmed in a castle i used to go to all the time when i was younger. Ed seriously an inspiration to me because he comes so close to home for me and i just love his work!! stay true to who you are Ed!
