Are you sure it’s 80 Nm torque setting for 17mm calliper bolts. 80 foot pounds would be roughly about 123 NM what the manual specified. If so the bolts are loose by 43 NM.

This information is individual for each car, it should be replaced strictly according to the manufacturer's recommendations according to the service book of your car.

i have a question, do you need to put some grease at the back of the brake shims?

      Thank you for your comment!
For preventive purposes, the described actions can be done with the back of the brake shims.
However, the most important thing is that the grease will be in the moving parts where the pads get in contact with the caliper.
      Best regards, Autodoc!

Hi, what is the blue paste which you use on the side of the brake pad? Thanks

This is an anti-creak lubricant, for more accurate information on what is recommended to use, see the technical documentation for the repair of your car directly.

Wow! Can't believe you leveraged the brake pads with the blade against the disk directly rather than against the old pad WRONG WRONG WRONG - so much risk of damage to the rotor!

      The pads are installed correctly.
