What a bomb of energy and humor she is.
I love that Alex kept reiterating that within every circumstance is a choice. Although there are some choices that are harder than others we still make a choice.
I loved this interview. Alex was very relaxed and her confidence was so was visible that I feel energized from viewing this. Also alot of what she spoke on (self-love, confidence, fear, the subconscious) was spot on. I fully intend on keeping these in mind as I move into the next stage of my life.
