The interviewer is such a great listener like her husband & they both ask intriguing questions! All I can say about Charlene’s interview is “Wow! Extraordinary Knowledge & Transparency!” I didn’t intend on watching the entire thing but the subject matter was just too good. I enjoyed learning about the difference between the imposter syndrome and inauthenticity, very enlightening. Thank you for the amazing interview. I’m a new subscriber!

    Loved this!!!! ♡
3-4 years ago i was soooo unhealthy.. smoked, overweight, drank alot.. never exercised.
I started a low-cal diet and lost 12kg then j went n became a fitness instructor so I could re-identify as someone who was fit. As I never had that identity. I now am fit, healthy, dont smoke or drink, and I teach two fitness classes a week, and exercise in some way from yin to hiit everyday. I have abs and great muscles.. Plus I still love burgers. I eat like a champ still. Pretty balanced n blessed.
I believe in imposter syndrome and, anything you want to be... you can pretend til you get your identity to match up... I'm now doing the same thing to integrate other things into my life ♡

Thanks, mom of six, full time corporate, part time trainer, had the same burnout from the same control and do it all in a toxic place. Thanks for sharing 👍 ❤I have gone into sleep, food, and peace of mind, stress is a killer. I had to transfer perspective to get rid of stress, had to get out of toxic situations, had to take time for spiritual eating, meaning eating in a peaceful state instead of on the run, had to sleep at least 8 hrs
