Wow! This is the best Bokeh background I have ever seen!!!! I wish the camera was zoomed in a little closer so I could see what you're doing a little better. But I am so grateful you shared this tutorial with us. Thank you so much, you're amazing!!!!
This is stunning tried it before by myself was a disaster now I can see how it is done and will deffinately try it again. Thanks for sharing. Carry on the great work.
I absolutely love the background! I will be trying this one! I didn't know you had a Esty page, so I just had to look. I got one of your pictures, I can't wait to try and color it the way you have. Thanks for sharing! 😉 💖!
You seem heavy handed looks as if your colouring with oil pastels, I would have to do many many layers to get the look you have done. Looks great thanks for sharing. .
Jane Bevan I normally layer and is soft handed but for this background and time wise I did with medium and heavy pressure the advanced bokeh is a light handed tutorial that will be comming soon so glad you like it
Thank you for the tutorial. I've tried a few times by myself and couldn't get it right. I still need practice, but at least I know how to do it right now.
Great tutorial 😍. I have a drawing that I need to finish by drawing a blurry background and I'm thinking of using your sample. Just a quick question, are you using prismacolor premier and from what I see you are using hard pressure at all times right? Thx
Hi thank you so much and thank you for watching and yes I use prismacolor and I apply hard pressure in the middile of the sircle then mediun to light outwards
@@ColourMyDreamsbyMonjaGates Do you start off with hard pressure on the circles or firstly light/medium ? Sorry for all the questions but I am scared to ruin my drawing lol.
Lou Martins hi you are welcome to ask anytime first I apply medium pressure just to map out where you would like what colour sircles to go after you colour your background colour then take the sircle colour and apply hard pressure then medium a little wider than the hard presure then light slightly over the dark of the background or if you want to add more sircles on your dark background then apply hard pressure on one spot then lighten the pressure gradually as you widen the sircle
Wonderful colouring ❤ love this idea
I love this! Wish i had found it a long time ago Monja!! Lol
