Think of it as making his rounds and bread crumbs. Pulling away is the action of creating distance due to something. This is something I’m going through now. This guy has had a huge crush on my for months and now I finally excepted my feeling for him. Awe, I totally know what you are going through because something very very similar happened to me. And I totally agree with you, women and men are considered commodities here. But a lot of women (not all) due to our natural softness are easier to manipulate. In my case he showed some signs of narcissism in the beginning but I wasn't fully aware of what the mental disorder really entailed, I was only semi aware of certain things because of my own narcissistic parents. (They say you fall in love with your family match) The guy is sick, and has a lot of growth and work ahead of him. I still wish him a long happy life, it's just not with me in it. When you come here sweetie, protect your heart, but still stay open minded to love, it's still here it just takes a lot of sifting through the bad to get to the good. All people have both sides to them, good and bad, it's just a matter of where their scale tips, and what you're willing to accept. That's my advice. My guy of 9 months has been investing since day 1 in me… first meeting me in person, fixing things around my house, grilling and cooking meals for me, grocery shopping with me and paying for the groceries, gave my son birthday money, paid for a bill of mine and gave me $200 to not go to work one day and spend the day with him. He also bought me a Christmas gift and I bought him a gift too. We have both met each other’s families and spent Thanksgiving and Christmas together. We attended several of his relative’s functions together and recently went on a 3 day trip to New Orleans with his relatives which he paid for. He has told me I’m the one and we both discussed marriage from jump. We have discussed our plans for marriage and where we would like to move. The reason I’m here watching this video is him not ignoring me but we have gone two weeks without communicating. It’s happened before and it was a simple misunderstanding where we both didn’t receive some of the other’s text messages. Oh by the way we live in the same state but an hour 1/2 away. Honestly the reason why many guys who really like a girl a lot will ignore her after she expresses she's interested in him back will get insecure and think that he's not good enough or in her league.

And I totally agree with you, women and men are considered commodities here. But a lot of women (not all) due to our natural softness are easier to manipulate. That also comes from a lack of proper teaching. We are in an emotional dark age, I think that's relatively a global thing in general... Honestly there is a ton of narcissistic thought patterns in the US I'm sure in many other places but it's a rampant mental disease here... This kind of thing in psychology is labeled as a "narcissistic discard" or in short a selfish discard. (Not all selfish people are narcissist though) it's difficult to discern the differences between someone who is just being weak or has weak points or actually has an underlying mental-emotional disorder like narcissism. In my case he showed some signs of narcissism in the beginning but I wasn't fully aware of what the mental disorder really entailed, I was only semi aware of certain things because of my own narcissistic parents. (They say you fall in love with your family match) The guy is sick, and has a lot of growth and work ahead of him. I still wish him a long happy life, it's just not with me in it. When you come here sweetie, protect your heart, but still stay open minded to love, it's still here it just takes a lot of sifting through the bad to get to the good. All people have both sides to them, good and bad, it's just a matter of where their scale tips, and what you're willing to accept. That's my advice. You have to hold yourself to a higher level of standards and whoever sees you for you and is willing and able to love and support you and your dreams is worth keeping around... Just don't fault people for having cracks in them, because those cracks are formed over time, by other cracked individuals... People dont just come that way. Hurt people, hurt other people.

My guy of 9 months has been investing since day 1 in me… first meeting me in person, fixing things around my house, grilling and cooking meals for me, grocery shopping with me and paying for the groceries, gave my son birthday money, paid for a bill of mine and gave me $200 to not go to work one day and spend the day with him. He also bought me a Christmas gift and I bought him a gift too. We have both met each other’s families and spent Thanksgiving and Christmas together. We attended several of his relative’s functions together and recently went on a 3 day trip to New Orleans with his relatives which he paid for. He has told me I’m the one and we both discussed marriage from jump. We have discussed our plans for marriage and where we would like to move. The reason I’m here watching this video is him not ignoring me but we have gone two weeks without communicating. It’s happened before and it was a simple misunderstanding where we both didn’t receive some of the other’s text messages. Oh by the way we live in the same state but an hour 1/2 away. I’m stubborn and so is he we both tend to throw up in each other face about not receiving messages from the other or phone calls so we both retreat into our shells. Not good I know but I love him and I know he loves me. Is this worth fixing or is he playing me?

The guy I was seeing I think was not ignoring me, but no communication. There was no line of communication where I knew that we were still seeing each other. I felt like I didn't exist. He came over the once, spent time with me once, never came back over. 2 months later. He was still messaging me everyday, never seeing me. Getting jealous of any guys showing me attention.
