There might be a new module for the new power, but they aren't re-balancing the existing ones. The good news they did tell us is that every Power will provide every module as ever increasing rating perks, so you no longer need to module shop, just do stuff for your preferred powers. This will open up so many interesting modules to me, that I've not bothered with to this point.
I don’t think playing in solo should result in NO effects. I think it should be about 1/10th or 1/5th the effects of playing in open. I think some people play in solo because of connection issues and not just avoiding enemies. At least their work shouldn’t be for nothing.
I did say that if it's not open only, then it should be overwhelmingly in favor of being open, so bonuses to open play, or as you mention, lesser results for solo / PG play. I'd like to see the end of folks having the ability to be phantoms and for us to not know who is doing things.

I was hoping to see them announce new modules related to power play, but i haven't heard anything about it.
