Could we imagine having daggers in your main deck that act like items in Mech. Giving them various on hits and having a spec that searches and equips them.
Ive been wondering if the daggers will even have go again, dagger 1 dagger 2 flick the first, draconic + free buy back sounds like such a one note line that she could end up pigeon holed into if they do Im kinda expecting more effects like blood runs deep that use the daggers as a resource than the expectation to be able to easily swing both every turn
while i love the hero, i can't help but feel a bit sad on how this feels way more like an "what an awesome hero we're revealing, too bad that you'll be having to spend A TON of money on overpriced staples that we'll probably never reprint in a meaningful way" coming from LSS than a proper celebration of the new hero
Since Fang is also dagger based, I'm guessing the token weapon will be a Draconic dagger that's shared between them but is ultimately Fang's signature weapon, and then Cindra's signature weapon that works how you described will be a Rare, kind of like how Heavy Hitters was laid out. I'm also expecting a Hurl reprint, and then maybe a common version of Flick Knives that breaks after one use, which is how Cindra will throw daggers in Limited. As a Boltyn main, I'm so stoked to get another talented Warrior who will hopefully play totally differently 🐉
I think she can use the daggers, then throw the daggers with some other card or Flick Knives and buys them back at the end of turn so she can use her combo the next turn again. Its definately a really good counter to Enigma going forward.
I think the dagger (or daggers, if cindra and fang get different weapons, although i dont see that being likely) are gonna he boring draconic harmonized kadachi, and the flick effects are going to need to come off of cards like blood runs deep or flick knives. Both of these effects flick and dump the card to grave immediately, which circumnavigates the chain. Im betting there will be more flick cards in the set than just these as well, but we will see
How about zephyr needle -> new draconic dagger -> draconic go again -> flick knives the zephyr needle -> hero power re-equip zephyr needle? 2 card 10 assuming new dagger costs 1 and deals 2. However, if new dagger costs 2 and deals 1, you could still zephyr -> new dagger -> draconic go again -> draconic go again -> flick knives -> reequip for a 3 card 13. Basically flick lets you get the dagger in the GY without closing the chain. Thats how I think we will see Cindra played.
Not interested in any heroes of the set super high, yet Fang of the two is the more intruiging to me. For the simple fact that we never got a warrior hero based around dagger attacks.
All I want for Christmas is Adult Blaze but will settle for a playable warrior
Crazy how every set introduces at least 1 hero that I get excited for.
If a dagger has Once per turn action: attack, and it gets destroyed & reequipped, does it get to attack again?
Yes! We've seen this kind of effect on Graven Call. Basically when the dagger returns the game treats it as a new object allowing it to attack again!

I think the new draconic daggers will have a new keyword that allows them to be broken as an instant but we shall see
I see a two cost that can be reduced to zero and the pummel runs deep.
I'm new to the game, but after you explained it I want Cindra.
the daggers have to be draconic for her hero ability

I need that Blaze vid!

hero power can only re-equip draconic daggers sadly
@@jawsomejasper8353 aw man :(
I think, the daggers won't break on their own, they already gave us a flick knives like card
Throw daggers to a mark ‼️
Do you think adult Blaze will be reveal in this set? 👀
@@luckystars7948 No, but I would love for her to show up one day!
Storm of blades!
Too bad the daggers need to be draconic to be equipped again
@@neutro0005 well I would assume she would be getting her own set
