Joe= Great video of you and your Cub! I learned in a Cessna 140 when i was in high school and got my PVT, and it was the most fun I’ve had flying!!! R. Williams
Joe, very nice video and your experience also as very deep coming out what you felt. Keep flying Many happy landings! What a machine...We in India miss these opportunity to fly this machine.
The POH recommends flying solo from the back seat. With two aboard it doesn't matter. The W&B calculations many times will show soloing from the front seat to be within CG limits, and I have known some who fly solo from the front because they like the feel of the airplane with less moment of inertia about the CG. Typically, though, once you become accustomed to flying from the back, it feels more comfortable flying there all the time.
Thank you Joe , your flying videos have inspired me .
Thanks AOPA, Thanks Joe ... This is what it's all about!

I’m not an early riser when given a choice, but there is something very special about a dawn flight.
Hey, Joe! You know I follow you every day (mostly). Looking forward to meeting you one day!
Great video Joe-you’re doing the Lord’s work for low and slow! Thanks!

Flying that early, 5am do you get to see the morning 'Dew' on the grass?

Was the Cub designed to be flown from the back seat or do most people choose to fly from the back seat because it flies better that way?
I believe it has to do with weight and balance.

Great video great guy. A radio and ADSB don’t spoil the experience though. They make it last longer. For me and other pilots around me.
I Love the story ❤. Like the name of the airport you fly out of. Thanks for the video. 😊
its an awesome field. I learned at the W & know Joe personally :)
@@RAV_2000 I attended a "AOPA Rusty Pilot's" course at Flying W. Nice field.
