This is as close to my dream house as I have ever seen. I actually recently came across a set of plans that I intend to purchase for when my husband and I can build our dream home and they are SO close to this, the only real difference is by the garage there are stairs to a bonus room.
I love the sight lines of this house. Only issue I have is the master’s closet. It should have built-ins in combination with the hanging rails and an island dresser. Sell me a half-million+ house. Outside of that the house is amazing, views are insane, and the walk-through shower is the must have. Just love ❤️
Haha, in my head I always make changes to the plan. I'd add a second access from the far side of the master into the bath, shorten the shower and add another long window and place the tub so I can look out at the views and glass wall between the tub and shower. Also would add a basement with walkout so I could access the "pool" easily. Very nice floor plan. Love the separate wings.
Would love to see the bathroom tiles/flooring the ceiling details and slower pans of the rooms love how u follow the floor plan rather than skipping all over
I’ve come across a couple of your videos now and I’m definitely subscribing! I currently have a couple properties over here in Houston (rental houses). At the moment trying to save up some money to get my next property in Austin sometime at the end of this year before Google, Facebook, and Apple finish development which will cause the real estate market to explode over there! (This is obviously not the neighbor I’m looking at for rental houses but just wanted to thank you so much for the amazing videos that have helped me immensely!)
Just discovered this channel and what a treat it is! Amazing host, amazing houses and amazing video making skills. If we ever decide to move to Austin area... You'll be the first person I call :)
Thank you for all of your informative videos! Can you please do more videos on Saratoga Hills and hill country neighborhoods in general? And modern farmhouse tours, please!
Definitely need to see this subdivision in person. I had the opportunity to see Belterra 3 years ago when we considered possibly retiring in Texas. I like the size of lots here much better. I will definitely be calling you when we fly out again . How does this community compare to Belvedere?
Thank you for the home tour I've watched quite a few of your videos, in this one it seems like you should have taken your time in some areas that you didn't.
Hey Jalisa SPEAKS, you are so right. I was trying to keep the video a bit shorter by moving faster through the house. Thank you for the feedback, it's extremely valuable to me.
I was really surprised, this home is SO thoughtfully designed and staged, but they still went with the downsized 4 inch faucets in the secondary bathrooms... Maybe im the only person who would notice those things, but that would be the only thing I would change. Beautiful finishes otherwise!
Great house and I truly wish I could afford one but one question. Where’s the upstairs? I see windows outside and the ceilings don’t look high enough to encompass them... I’m missing something aren’t I?
This house is half greatness, half trailer. Let's start with the trailer. You know those trailers in Texas with the add ons to the front rooms? You enter through the front added on room, then get to the dark original trailer living room. That is my impression of the Great Room. Its more of restaurant with an open kitchen and bar, then a architectural statement. That Chandelier doesn't help. The private dinning room/butler's pantry/kitchen/2nd dinning room/outdoor dinning room suite seems an awful lot of space dedicated to eating. The private diner seems a relic of tract housing of the 90s, and the butler's pantry that is more of a glorified hallway between the kitchen is a lot of badly planned space. Throw in all that service space going on on the other side of the wall... blah. And that library? Is that where they keep the horse stables? That door is an odd placement for a house of that formality. But in the trailer park. The Master Bedroom also seems to have been both "thrown in" for free, after the afterthought the revelation of the bedroom wing IS accessorized with its own private parlor! This is the design Diane Von Furstenberg was looking for! Disappointing it doesn't get out of this wing. What this amazing design is lacking is the proper placement of the house's laundry nearest where all the laundry is made in the bedroom wing. You could excuse the architect for wanting to give the Master chamber and the living room and the deck the views. But, if you're going to make the high ceiling great room dark with zero windows save for a pair of sliders, why not just put the master bedroom and parlor in the wasted airspace above the living room, and sink the floor to accommodate the re-imagined space? A nice staircase in the same bedroom corner leading up to this 2nd floor suite hidden from the street scape by the roof lines could have separated the house. For a home perched on a ridge, the used very little of the ridge in the architecture. Nice bedroom wing.
I heard new homes in Austin there is a possibility that scorpions can be seen. This is because scorpions get displaced due to new construction and can get into homes. How true is that? I want to move to Austin but this scorpion thought scares me to the core. Can someone please throw some light about scorpions getting in homes?
Great question, we actually don't really have basements in Austin. There's so much limestone under the homes, that breaking it out for a basement would be really expensive.
Start with the Living room and Kitchen. Don't start with the bathroom etc. People watching this video want to feel the "wow" feeling you get from first walking into the home. We didn't get that with this video. Just a sugggestion.
My jaw dropped the minute he walked into the bathroom and stayed that way all the through the master his and her closets!! Gorgeous 😍🙌🏽
Ive toured million dollar homes with over sized bathrooms and only 1 showerhead. This one has 3 and is stunning.
I absolutely love this home design, floor plan and decor. I’m definitely taking tips to improve our current home
The design of the kids wing having their own hangout space is smart. Inside of a open loft space.
The architect and/or design did a good jib

Best house you’ve toured. Beautiful! And it perfectly suits my style and my lifestyle (get togethers, holidays, etc)
Best part of the home?? For me, the master bathroom. Hands down. Amazing shower. Loved the roominess. Great stuff.
Gorgeous home! I wish I could afford an Ashton Woods Home! It is where I’d like to live my final years. Not even this big! Their homes are just dreamy
Amazing floor plan! This house was staged really well
I love this house, just need a fence and a pool!
All the houses on this channel are so beautiful.
wow this house is beyond beautiful!
This house is splendid. My dream home
Like the home design and decor
I love the layout of this house. Just perfect. Nice size rooms for a flat home. Love it.

This home is beautiful! Wish I could buy it
I love how they integrate trees
Gorgeous house, lovely paint colors, great bathrooms, etc. Thanks for sharing.
I would call that Modern Southern Elegance. Love the shower!! Nice!

What a gorgeous home.
I love the floor plan of this house.
This house design is amazing. I absolutely love it ❣
The houses are pretty close together for being on acre+ lots.
Beth Knight I agree
Thank you for all of your informative videos! Can you please do more videos on Saratoga Hills and hill country neighborhoods in general? And modern farmhouse tours, please!

Amazing house. Me and my family's next house😍
Please consider getting a camera stabilizer, I just got motion sickness watching at the video. keep them coming!
Where do you get your background music for your videos?
Beautiful home! 😍
Love the master bedroom!!
what a good layout
Beautiful
I love this home! I hate the pedestal sink in the 1/2 bath. That would have to go. Otherwise, it’s perfect!
I know! I don't get why they did that
I’m gonna build my dream home same as this floor plan.
Can you let us know the song playing at the beginning of the house tour? It’s so beautiful 😍
I hate the city but I would love to buy this floor plan. Does the building sell the floor plan?

i can't even comprehend a house like that being worth 700k. From the bay area. They make houses like that in LAH in the $9 million-$12 million range
Devon Montgomery-Eder, Yes. This is Texas. Land plus cheaper and the cost to build a home is cheaper.

Thanks jannela evans, I really appreciate the comment!
Nice dear friend

Waooooooo simplemente Perfecta 🧡🌷🧡
What is current market price for this home?
One can only dream.
Great house and I truly wish I could afford one but one question. Where’s the upstairs? I see windows outside and the ceilings don’t look high enough to encompass them... I’m missing something aren’t I?
steve wright maybe an attic
Yooooo I delivered packages at this neighborhood.
What is the name of the hard wood floors used in this house?
Are all the interior walls texture sprayed?
Is this common?
It is common. In more modern homes you will see smooth finishes. But most production builders do something close to an orange peel finish
What kind of camera are you using?
Where’s the toilet in the master bathroom lol am I blind or smth I swear I didn’t c a toilet
I was wondering that, too. There's a door beside the shower.
I want it!!!
Can you do traditions at vizcaya next?
That's a good call, I will try to get that one done in the near future - thanks!
That's just gorgeous💗💗
woooooo motion sickness!!!!
Who is the builder and name of the home at the 25 sec mark?
or I could get a studio in California... the "butler's pantry" is the coat closet..
Hi, love the home, curious to know about the price...So this home starts in the $600k? But has $600k worth of upgrades?
lol.
Joselico gracias 🇺🇸🏦🛠🔥⭐️🦅2020💪

Are these gated communities?
How much$$$
I found my home lol
Kelsey Kel me too
For 1.2m in Texas, i better have a good outdoor space and a pool..formal dining rooms are a waste of space.. otherwise nice house.
Beautiful! As it's elevated, I would assume it's on a Basement. Why not show the basement? Thanks.

my head slowly turned ! you upset me..........
Those first 2 rooms on the front are a waste of space. Never going to be used much. Rooms overall are pretty small. For $1 million I'll pass.
Stunning home, very surprised that it has that awful knockdown wall texture inside. Textured interior walls should have been banned after 1997.
It's kind of weird that you have a master bedroom without a toilet
funsize31 there is a toilet!
The closed door in the bathroom is the water closet, aka, private toilet room.
Those standard shower/tubs with curtains are awful
Those finishes were horrendous for $1.2 ,...............
you are showing too fast slow down.
Not my style. Looks too stiff. Sorry. Lovely neighborhood though.
