I am more than impressed. You are the first I have seen to include the floor plan of the house. It is so much easier to follow when you had a peak at the floor plan, plus you made it so easy and left no room for confusion. The house is amazing. Thank you for sharing it with us.
I'm glad you Describe things. Anything. Some don't know lots about Modern Housing, so that's great. Great Island in the Kitchen with No sink! At the age of 12, I'd cook for 12+ people, and sometimes 3 times a day! Sinks might get in the way. I think of food ingredients on an Island. Thanks.
Please do different houses in this neighborhood, this house ticks of %85 of my needs, I seen multiple houses in that neighborhood that were stunning, all L shaped too 😍
With that slope, i feel they would have made better use of the space by building a semi-basement/crawlspace instead of just cementing it in .. extra storage space 😁 - Nice house though. Thanks for the videos.
Absolutely loved this place. A little to small for my liking but the interior design was spot on. My wife & I are expats use to living in Condos. We never realize how high properties taxes can be. We are planning on moving back to the states and interesting in Austin, Tx. Great channel!
Is a beautiful home Not a fan of exposed Wood and stuff, beautiful kitchen but weird color, the master is ok i don't like the too much of a dark tile for a room, but the house itself is unique!!💯, I loveeeee your channel one story homes are my fave!!😍😍😍
The slope of that lot would have allowed you to dig down a bit to create a walk out basement. More square footage for just a little more than that foundation cost.
I really like the house overall. The one BIG thing that I do not like, is that the kitchen sink is so far away on the second island, away from the stove and cooking area. I know you could put a pot filler on the stove, but it’s Still so far away. What I would rather see is a larger single island in the middle with a sink on it so that it’s more accessible to the cooking and prepping area. That also gives you a larger dining area. And I agree, I would prefer to see less shelves in the utility room and have space for a freezer or I guess if the garage is big enough you could put a freezer in there.
I Love Love Love this home 🤩 absolutely gorgeous now this is my dream home for sure. Thanks for sharing this wonderful beautiful home with us.😍Austin here I come🙏🏿🙏🏿How much is this home as is?
@@mohammadafaneh3481 I'm all over, but usually I go to Electronica & Dance and then click genres below that. From there I choose a style, usually "house" or Deep House"
Although the kitchen is indeed very beautiful, for a real cook, the sink, stove, and refrigerator are way too far from each other to be efficient. You’ll spend all your time walking back and forth. The stove needs a pot filler and the 2nd island needs a sink close to the stove.
Taking cost out are walkout basements not available or designed in Austin when you have a lot on a slope? Follow up question being from out of state how does this neighborhood compare to Saratoga Hills and Belvedere in the same price point of 1 mil.?
The only problem with this house is that the guest quarters are too nice, your visitors will never want to leave and if they do after a prolonged stay, they'll want to visit again. A place like this in CA would easily be double in price. What a nice house.
enough to level the construction front to back I think. I personally would prefer a finished basement with glass doors to the backyard and lifting the whole structure to allow for half windows at the front and full windows at the back facing the yard and then providing a full basement which doubles the square footage of the house. Lots of wonderful examples in NE states and Canada as well.
Esther Vargas You did; it was in the beginning part of the video with all that green belt, right where the stairs come down from the house. It’s pretty spacious!
the house is so big, how would I talk to the other people in the house without having to get up and walk there? And you can't even hear the neighbors through the walls?
Gorgeous home! Great walk through as well. I get sea sick watching some people bring their phone cameras through a house. Your walkthroughs are great. I do have a question. I live on the East coast and am wondering why every home I see toured in Texas has textured interior walls. They remind me of those dated popcorn ceilings. Do builders not use typical drywall in Texas?
Hi Lynn E, they use typical drywall here, however they texture it with an "orange peel" texture after it's taped and floated. I don't really like it either. I can't say for sure why it's common practice here, but I can tell you that many builders don't mind it because it helps hide imperfections in framing and drywall. Higher-end builders are pulling away from it a bit... let's hope that trend continues.
@@WhereToLiveInAustin Thanks for taking the time to answer! I see these stunning homes and that had puzzled me. I did some digging (I'm just curious, not fixated 🙃) and one person suggested that with the droughts they can result in a lot of shifting (therefore cracking). And, it's just easier for contractors to repair already aesthetically imperfect walls as well as it being more affordable for the homeowner. Maybe that's it. Never lived in such a climate. Again, great videos and I really enjoy your tours and information.
Hi Ray, how can i contact you to help buy the perfect home for me and my family , we are entending to move until august next year, 2021. we are going to visit Austin in January, we want, at first to live on the suburb areas, with lots of privacy, private swimmingpool, only one step behind the riverdale home that we love the tour you gave
That neighborhood is a crime against humanity. Glorified Trailer park is my first impression. Why is there a preponderance of concrete used as front yard landscaping? That house for a flat lot would be beautiful. But that isn't a flat lot. Such a waste of land use just to keep it one floor. I've come to the determination that no one in Austin has any Architectural taste.
The BEST KITCHEN EVER ! MAGNIFICENT AND BEAUTIFUL!

This house is gorgeous warm and livable. Everything I would love in a dream house!!
LOVE the Lakeway area. Can't miss on a nice house out there.
The kitchen living room area is perfect! Great home overall
That kitchen was fantastic!
That entrance is everything!
This home is warm and inviting, something so many of the modern homes is missing, IMO.

Good point
They typically don’t have basements in TX due to flooding etc
NW Hills is built on solid rock so it would be very expensive to build out a basement. Not many foundation issues though!
Definitely a waste of space.

oooo I really like how the study leads to the garage, that's my type of space right there, but the bathroom and closet arrangements are a bit awkward.
Love This House Its Beautiful Beautiful!!!
Love your videos!
You can do a Ninja Warrior course between that sink and the stove. Looks like the designer never cooks :-)
Really nice homes
I have a Sitterle home. They had the best finish-out in my opinion. They’re from San Antonio.

I love the exterior 🖤
Beautiful hill country homes I’d like to see the developers build homes father apart from each other
Nice home, great area and great schools. Close to Austin. You can't get the home for that price in California.

This house checks off everything on my list. Guess i need 800k to get what i want 🤷♂️
I realize you typically do the much higher end neighborhoods/locations but I’m curious about your thought on Santa Rita ranch in liberty hill.
NixFamilyVlogs, absolutely! I need to do a few areas to the north anyways. I'll work on that.
Or the 70s on Rancho sienna, looked great

Beautiful house not a lot put in to closets!!
so so nice. ❤❤❤👍👍👍👍🥰👍
Love this home, are they still available for purchase???
Very nice, love the floor plan and backyard. With all these upgrades how much would this property go for? I am assuming $769k is the base price.
Nice dear friend
magnificence💗
Sloped lot in Georgia...walk out basement. 😍
Sloped lot in Texas...extra foundation. 😢
Johnathan Williams not usually.
Nice house; needs a pool; but the garage needs to stay a Garage. Cant see a decent idea without a Garage look
It’s great not to big not to small just wish it had a home theater aka media room instead of having to decide to use the in-law suite for that .
House is gorgeous. Please slow down the movement of your camera. It makes me dizzy
Did the master suite have his and her bathrooms?

everything looks like a mansion in Austin. this is the same price as a 1 or 2 bedroom condo in San Jose

I want the kitchen
So nice but wow Austin house pricing is getting up there
vaneer stone or real stone?
Pressed concrete.
800,000. And no media or game room wow
Is this model home actually available?
I still don't get why they'd waste a perfect opportunity to use all that space under for a Walk out Basement...
because the dirt in Texas doesn't support basements, it's very good expensive to build one.
Because Austin is in Texas.
The land here is different.
Tax rate 2.8%? You mean property tax?

HOA... nope.
There's just no privacy when you live like this, that is the biggest problem.

Lost me in the master and master bath and master closets not impressed with the layout or size.
That kid's closet is small. Also it seems like a waste of space with all that foundation.
Iron your shirt
