I love the view out back. It makes you feel like you’re on top of the world. It’s so modern and urban which I absolutely love. I don’t know what it is with people wanting the view of water, or bodies of water. A view of the ocean does nothing for me. A clear view of the gorgeous clouds (or stars) that’s above the urban lights is peaceful and calming to me, I prefer that. This home is nearly perfect. The floor plan is beautiful. Wish this was in Georgia.

This house was beautiful. This dude was moving way too fast tho, couldn't get to see the finishes and details all that well. And I really wanted to see the feature wall in the master bedroom it looked so cool.
Really beautiful home and a tasteful floorpan. Rather than bunching all the bedrooms together, it's like everyone has their own on suite space. I gotta tell you though even with that spectacular view, I would not enjoy watching what appears to be a freeway all day. Always enjoy watching your videos.
I thought this was a toll brothers home 🤔🙂 wow amazing! That view! I love that each bedroom had its own bathroom. I would love a home like this but it’s too big to maintain. Plus I’m single and no plans to have a husband or kids… even though I don’t need it to have this house. I could definitely find purpose for each room. Guest would never want to leave 😂😂😂
I like your videos -- amazing homes. I notice builders are making the fireplaces small. I really like seeing the flames/fire effects so, I think if I was in the market, I would have to ask for bigger fireplaces.

Awesome house but be aware that Texas has some of the highest property taxes in the country (but no income tax). So take that into account when shopping for a house. At around $1 million for this house, you owe the government $18,200 per year in property tax. Even so, I think it is better than taxing your income. High property tax discourages flipping, which would artificially pumps up housing prices beyond affordability for locals. Texas has it right!
Only thing I would do is flip flop the master with the game Room up stairs and turn that into the master retreat and office and put the game Room downstairs
