@@allansgoldmining I was looking at your set up and thought about, what if you were to put independent wheel hubs and got rid of the axle. This would allow for a bigger recirculating system that would possibly help keep the water cleaner for a longer period of time. I also thought about a rectangular pool that would fit at the back on the ground with dividers that would allow for several stages of filtration. You would only have the 1 item instead of 4 or 5 containers to set up. Just some thoughts that were building off your setup. Not sure if it would really work.
Good question, John ! There's lots of physics involved. The principle is called "Energy Balance Mechanism." The energy waves generated by the twin vibrators at 47 degrees creates a "G" force to produce an elliptical motion. As you probably noticed, the balls of material flowing off the dewatering deck are actually climbing uphill at 2 degrees. Neat stuff, right ? The single vibrator on the upper shaker deck creates a similar action, however, the ellipse comes in a wave rippling down the surface of the deck at 60hz. This causes rocks bounce around for improved cleansing. Watch my video published over a year ago called "Evolution of a Desert Wash Plant" where I explain more of the science. 😃 ua-cam.com/video/3ULji1-5VAo/v-deo.html
Someone may have said this before and you might have even done it in the past, but have you tried reversing the rotation of vibrator on the top deck so that material gets thrown up the slope instead of down the slope? My thoughts behind that idea is thatvit will slow the material down on the deck and the heavier materials will stay up on the deck and get washed more and the gold may even work its way up and over the top edge while everything else will be carried down the slope by the water therefore giving the rocks even more time to be cleaned and getting even more of the ultra fine gold off of them. That might allow the use of an even smaller and lighter vibration motor and lower water flow rates, making your system that much lighter and more efficient.
Yes I have reversed the vibrator motor. Unfortunately, is causes the rocks to stall on the deck. Increasing the angle (slope) to compensate creates another problem.... the deck becomes less ergonomically practical to feed. To me, ergonomics is much more important. The rocks are washed very well as it is currently set up. There would not be much gain in terms of additional gold recovery. Furthermore, notice the vortex created by each sprayer. This causes material to churn and mix, thus effectively stripping gold from clay bound rocks and material. This also causes larger stones to lag, thus generating longer wash time for more effective cleansing. Thank you for watching, and best of luck prospecting. 🤠⛏️⚒️👍
Hello Allan, long time, no hear. I hope you and yours are well and enjoying life. I am sure lots has been happening in the background over the last 7 months. I know that I have been thinking a lot about how I can build some kind of conveyor or auger to move material from the ground up to the shaker deck. Not only could the material be metered out at different speeds to optimize the shaker deck, but would allow for a lot more automation. What I am now thinking is a 4 inch, or 6 inch, heavy duty plastic pipe of 10 feet, with about 12 feet of auger. The electric motor could be at the top end, pulling material up the pipe, from a hopper on the ground. To keep large rocks from jamming in the pipe, I was thinking of a third separate piece to be a heavy duty steel grizzly bars that would be set up over top of the hopper to keep out stones larger than 1.5 inches or so. This hopper could be filled by hand with buckets or shovels, or by machine such as by a mini excavator or tractor bucket. This 3-piece set would be a nice additional option for those wishing to process a lot more material. Plastic pipe with auger, hopper for auger to pull material from, and the grizzly bar set to keep larger stones out of the hopper. If the tall and the short sides of the grizzly could fold underneath the main flat top, it may be heavy, but would not take up much room. The same with the hopper, if the sides could be folded in it also would not take up that much room. The 10 foot plastic pipe should probably remain a single unit, but the auger wants pulled out of the pipe could be detached in the middle so that each piece would be only 6 feet long. By having the auger motor at the top of the pipe, it could easily draw power from the power panel. The speed controller could also be placed on the electrical panel. Just some thoughts I have been having of what I would want on my gold rattler. I wish you well, looking forward to the next video and gold rattler update.
Hi Frank. Always appreciate your thoughts. The auger idea sounds interesting. Keep me posted on the progress. I've looked into auger flights of that size a couple years ago. Some prices were horribly expensive, however, there was a couple reasonable ones... Just haven't had the time to pursue the project. I've been in the process of setting up production for the Gold Rattler. Have two built and a third in progress. Will be posting a video soon on what's going on. I traveled to Texas last month to watch the eclipse, and spent a week touring the state. Everything is big in Texas !! Also was involved this Discovery Channel's Mine Rescue. Was cool to hang out with Freddy and Juan ! Can't say much about it until it airs next year. Keep in touch !
I don't know why more people don't use suspended or spring loaded hoppers and grizzly screens. The vibration of rocks being dropped down helps clear the hopper and screen via extra vibration. I use a steeply angled grizzly that is spring loaded via the use of bungee cords. It clears extremely well, saving me the time of multiple hand sweeps to clear material. Nicely done on your newest version, looks great!
Thanks for you feedback Dan. Yeah, I agree 100% ! And there are also good 12 volt vibrators out there too. Thanks for watching, and best of luck prospecting! 🤠⛏️⚒️👍
@@byrontalbot7694 as long as you don't let Dan Hurd use it ! 😂😂😂 Just kidding ! I love Dan's videos. I have a future design called the River Rattler just for that purpose. The sand filter process will be modified to meet clean water regulatory standards. 👍
Possibly reorient the motor and reroute the motor cable to avoid having a loose cable? Even better if the reorientation cause the pay to be thrown back UP the deck.
I assume you are referring to the upper shaker deck ? On the production model I have the cable hanging a bit higher. Don't want it too tight because it could damage due to lack of flexibility. Reorientating the motor causes the material to stall. No good ! Best to keep the deck at 6 degrees and use the vortex action of the sprayers to do the cleaning. The studs hold the larger stones a few more seconds for more thorough wash. I think the plant is engineered for peak efficiency. 👍
looks like you have a winner Allan! i'm not convinced about the mat's ability to hold gold but the other engineering looks good!i really like the spray bar/action!
Hi Brent. Appreciate your comments. The mat works flawlessly. Recovers 100% of visible gold. Please check out my original Gold Rattler video posted May 2022. In that video, I test its performance and efficiency. The mat is called the Pickle Puss, developed by Shawn Dilley of CA. He conducted side by side comparisons with Hog, Dream, Hungarian, and a few other riffle designs. The Pickle Puss out performed then all. 👍
Great improvements! The way the water splashes up you do wonder if the frequency could go way down then consider amplitude of the vibration. Could a the vibrator take a reostat to adjust speed? Plenty to experiment with. Wonderful unit as it but always fun to tinker.
Hi Chris. Got the water splash under control now. Just had to change the vibrator weights to a different configuration to reduce the excitation force and extend the amplitude. Thanks for your comments. Much appreciated ! 👍👍👍
How do we buy this plant? Do you sell it? If so, please post a link and how much will it be if you don’t make it or are you trying to develop this out understand if this is for the public or just for UA-cam please let me know. Thank you. It looks like a good unit.
Thanks for showing me the Maverick pans. I thought they looked great so just bought 2 and had them shipped over to Scotland. What I liked was that they look like they'll fit in a rucksack far easier than round pans will...or won't as the case may be. I'm away out looking for Scottish gold on Sunday so wish me luck. Cheers
Thank you for the great compliments Sir !! Much appreciated, and glad you enjoyed the video. 👍 Now, it's time to start the production process. Best of luck to you prospecting. 🤠 ⛏️⚒️👍
Good job on the upgrade. One thing when those holes get worn out, you will have to replace the whole assembly with all of them holes in it??? Should have a pop in section there for when the holes wear out they WILL.. and have it slide from underneath on rails with a gasket, so no bolts on top just flush.
This is made of stainless steel and be more durable. However, you are correct regarding operation hours. One could easily cut out that section and bolt on another punch plate. Perhaps by that time it will easier to replace the deck. Thanks for your comments. Best of luck to you ! 🤠 ⛏️⚒️👍
Awesome wash plant, one of the best I've seen in a long time. Is this just a project you built for yourself or is this a machine you plan on putting into mass production?
Hi Allan, I just subscribed. I like the water removal set up you have made. I think the upper deck improvements are OK but there is mud coming off with the rocks so you are loosing gold. You would be better with a trommel as it cleans better in my opinion. Nome is the coolest place to go if you get a chance. I attended the GPAA site and it was an amazing experience.
Hi Bill. Thanks for the Subscribe ! The rocks are whistle clean coming off the deck. These are altered metamorphic rock. They appear dirty, even though they are clean. Guess it's hard to tell in the video. Please check out my channel for my early trommel videos. Also check out my Nome videos. Was there last August. Best of luck to you prospecting ! 🤠⚒️⛏️👍
Allan stainless is soft and with the hole cut in the main plate of the deck the rocks will wear this area out. In the old way you could just replace the plate as needed and change hole sizes if you wished. So just be prepared for those holes to ware out in time.
No problem. Just cut out that section and bolt on a punch plate. Stainless is much more durable than you think. It's not that soft. Ever try bending or drilling it ? More durable than carbon steel or aluminum. By the time these holes deform, it will be time to replace the deck, which will be at least a couple thousand hours. Thanks for watching ! 👍
Worked with all the time. Cutting it is not like working with sheet steel. You can cut it with saw blades or a nibbler. A grinder with abrasive wheel will just overheat the blade and tear it up because it is soft and folds over more than sparks away. Drilling is super easy, must be backed and drill sharp go at a low speed cutting the metal not spinning and causing the drill bits to heat up and dull. @@allansgoldmining
@@richardoconnor7162yep, I agree. Interesting properties on this metal for sure. I generally use a nibbler, but still have smooth out the edges. That's why I'm going to have a CNC sheet metal shop do most of the fabricating. More profesional results then what I have in the garage. High pressure, slowest speed possible for drilling. 👍
Yes, water jet cutting and punched out holes, electro polishing are real hard to do at home with out a lot of investment , We used make a bunch of decorations like 6 foot musky in stainless for fishing camps but the world changed. I still have designs in mind but not the funds to bring to market@@allansgoldmining
Another thought, while I’m at it. Maybe Minelab Will produce a special production of the GOLD MONSTER 1000, and Call it the GOLD RATTLER 1000. To accompany each unit to check all of the tailings to make sure no gold was missed as it passes through the shaker table. Just a thought…
Yep, a special accessory to the wash plant for sure. LOL ! Actually, the Gold Rattler name and logo is now an international trademark. They will need a license from me. LOL !
Happy New Year to you as well. I'm sticking with the current system for production reasons. However, I'm investigating a lamella classifier as an alternative to the pressurized sand filter.
Nice machine! Thanks for sharing and also great to see the yellow stuff in the pan at the end. I especially like the water recirculation and filtration steps - should work well down here in Oz in those dryed-out creeks Cheers 🎉
Well, that was fun. This is the first time I've seen your channel and I really like it. I really like the machine that you have set up. Unfortunately up where I live in New Hampshire things like that in the state parks or national parks are illegal. I loved that pan that you used to get the gold to see where it was and what you had for I have never seen something like that. Okay, thank you
Thank you for watching ! I know a guy who mines gold in the NE and does good. He generally gets permission to operate on private land. Move out west ! Lots of open land and much lower cost of living. 👍👍👍
Hello Allen, just missed you in Nome I was there the week before. Would have been great to meet you up there. I have been watching you work on this Rattler for a while now. I have two claims in AZ that I could use your invention. Do we have a ballpark of cost or when I can get one? Gene
Hey Gene, we probably passed by each other at the airport. LOL ! Did you have a good time up there ? I hope to start production mid 2024. Haven't settled on an exact price, but with inflation, appears to be about $5k. This will include most everything except generator, water tank, sand, electrical cord and hose. Thanks for following me on the channel, and good luck prospecting !
Allan, I am always impressed by your commitment to this project and that you are sharing this information with us. I still believe that you can create a small conveyor to feed this unit making it easier on your back and likely even faster overall. If this was done then you could also cover the lower end of the shaker deck and lose zero water from splashing out the sides. something to look forward to I guess 😃 Thanks for this channel. (I built your original trommel and it worked as expected.)
Hi Allan, I really like your new rock washer. Who'd a thunk you like to clean rocks. Must have a good cleaned rock market to handle your expenses. Probable more money with X rays. Matt
What you're saying is " Don't quit my day job ?" LOL!! Yeah, gold mining is hard work for sure ! Them old-timer were tough and rugged people. Gonna view the eclipse next April ? Good hearing from you !! 🤠⚒️⛏️👍
Hope to start selling by mid 2024. Hard to predict price due to economic conditions, however, most likely be near $5k. This includes most everything except generator, water tank, sand, hose, power extension cord.
Thanks for the kind compliments. Glad you like it ! Actually, the angle on the dewatering deck is set at -2 degrees. So, the material is climbing uphill to get out. Isn't that amazing ? 😮 It's the invisible physics that makes it happen. 👍
Thanks Bro ! I took 6 months of my life to figure it out. Coal and oil industry have massive machines like this, however, there is no data on how make one. As if they keep it a secret ! Scaling it down was challenging, too. There are plenty of videos of the Big Boys in action, which help me decipher some secrets. Lol !
I'm honestly trying to make one kind of like it on a smaller scale for the end of my trommell & Gold cube setup. I recirculate and am constantly fighting vegetation, clay and silt. I'm hoping to increase my runtime on the water. Your channel is a great source of info and ideas! Thank you!
@JudoGuyinMT I agree ! The more you can filter the muck and vegetation the more you extend the life of your water. Best of luck to you prospecting. 🤠👍⛏️⚒️👍👍👍
Good to hear you're getting ready to go into production. Looking forward to seeing the rattler hitting the market. Are you going to be attending any events at the loud mine in Georgia or other GPAA / Lost Dutchman events in the southeast?
Hey Chris, thanks for your great compliments ! Eventually, I will make it out that direction. By then I'll have a different version called the River Rattler, designed to meet clean water standards for stream mining. Thanks so much for following my channel ! Good luck prospecting ! 🤠⛏️⚒️👍
Love the setup not into desert mining. But if could transfer some vibration into a sluice with miners moss and expanded think catch alot of super fine gold. Work great as a high banker.
Hi Randy. Thanks for watching. 👍 Eventually, I will be producing a River Rattler that will meet clean water act regulations for high banking. Stay tuned !
@@randysmith3171 yeah, some of that clay back there it really tough ! I watch Jason up in WI, flour gold wizard. He's got that nasty gray clay. I think it's too gooey for the Rattler. The clay out here is more like powder, so it's much easier to wash because it's not bound so tight. 👍
@@allansgoldmining i think underestimating what you made. You done a great job on it. I been wanting something like this. When comes out i will be buying. Only one thing i seen i would change. Which for me is great. I cant leave good enough alone. You can try if curious Angle the spray bar where spraying back up table 30 to 45 degrees. Should create enough boiling action to flip rocks and help bust clay. Giving more wash time. Looked like straight down on video.
@@randysmith3171Ah ha ! Great minds think alike. Yeah, I've thought about angling the spray 30 degrees upwards too ! One day I might tinker with that. Would be hard to cut a new PVC pipe. Best of luck prospecting ! 👍👍👍
What are the dimensions [LxWxH] of your final creation?, minus the trailer. I want to place it inside the bed of my trunk on a retractable/100% extendable platform.
The outside dimensions are 45" x 30" x 34". Hope you send me pictures or video when you get it mounted. Sounds interesting. How are you going to transport water, or do you have a source nearby ?
@@jamesweaver1109 You might want to double that. It takes 60 gallons to fill all the tubs, and approximately 40 gallons to wash a cubic yard, depending on material type. 150 gallons will last me a weekend.
I've looked into radial flow settlers, but not Lamella classifieds. Do you know much about them ? We'll have look into it. The radial settler works well on large operations, but not sure if I can scale it down to our level and make it practical ? 🤔
@@allansgoldmining there’s some good UA-cam tutorials on them, just going to drop the Wikipedia page here. en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lamella_clarifier They are compact and good post-treatment for your sand filters. Gravity feed, very efficient. I’ve been experimenting with a radial flow settler design. Commonly used in aquaculture for removing waste solids, they are usually made from a 55-gal drum. Could probably get away with a 5-gal bucket size depending on the flow rate. Would be an idea fit ahead of the lamella clarifier removing most solids 400+ mesh
@@MerchantMarineGuythank you very much for the info. We'll definitely look into it. Any improvements to extend the water purity would certainly be a good bonus for sure ! Good luck with your process. 👍👍👍
Great stuff Alan. I was thinking at first, why not just use a good trommel. But I think after seeing your whole rig, it is because of the heavy clay material. Anyway, nice innovation and design.
Thank you ! Appreciate your comments ! Yeah, trommels tend to take up too much room, high maintenance, and alignment is critical to it's operation. A stacked trommel system (main trommel, sluice, and dewatering trommel) would be twice as tall, making it impractical for standard use by hobby prospectors. If you watch some of my original videos, beginning 7 years ago, you can see how I've gradually evolved from a trommel system to a shaker deck platform. Thus, giving birth to the Gold Rattler. Best of luck to you prospecting !
Do you use drip-dry in your water so the minerals that are washed away drop out of the water more easily so you can have a cleaner water to wash your rocks again with the same water
Nice idea, but not effective in this process because the water recirculation is 1.5 minutes. Not enough time to settle. Large ponds are required, which is not practical for hobby prospectors. This is why sand filters are best approach in this scenario. Appreciate your comments. Thanks for watching. 👍
I hope to being production mid 2024. Ballpark price will be about $5k if inflation costs can settle down. This will include almost everything except the tank, generator, sand, hose, electric cord. Stay tuned !
Great questions. On average, it takes about 40 gallons to process a cubic yard. Because I'm running gooey clay material, I change water twice a day. Stream gravel about once per day. It really depends on material type. Thanks for watching !! 🤠⛏️⚒️👍
Hope to start production mid 2024. I don't have an exact price due to inflation, however, it's looking to be about $5k, which includes almost everything except the water tank, generator, sand, hose, and electric cord. Please watch my original Gold Rattler video from May 2022 for more details. Thanks for watching ! 👍
Three minor points. Your springs hang inwards so are dampening your range of movements. In Australia several mines have rectangular slots eg 10mm x 20mm for angular gold. Top section against the flow, bottom with. Third, if you can get your vibratory spin to work upwards again the feed flow, slower feed greater clean.
The angle of the springs are 15 degrees. The angle is for stability purposes, not enough to compromise excitation of vibrating deck. Slots are okay but tend to jam more often, thus reducing classification efficiency. I prefer to lower the deck angle rather than reverse the vibratory ellipse. Remember, the rocks have to travel over the 5/16" holes at the end. Reversing the vibrator motor would cause the rocks to stall. It is better to leave the direction alone but angling the sprayers upwards instead. Thanks for watching, mate ! 👍🤠⛏️⚒️
@allansgoldmining yeah, we are in two whole different places were the conditions are very different 😊 I did mine in aluminium but I think as you say that stainless steal is better. Keep up the good work👍
What is alum ? Are you referring to aluminum sulfate ? There is no need for different riffles. The Pick Puss mat captures all visible gold. I've done extensive testing. Watch my original Gold Rattler video from May 2022. I prove the efficiency of the sluice mat. Thanks for watching. 👍
I don't have one. However, it is designed for that purpose. I've been looking at a model for $2500. I need two. One as a feeder, the other as a stacker. 👍
This is a lot late, but the reason that the motor has almost no movement is tgat it is sitting in a vibration null point. A move of an inch would help that. It is similar to the tacoma-narrows bridge. The supports were unintentionally placed at the null points, which allowed the winds to generate a vibratory harmonic which ripped it apart. Watchvtge documentary. It is a great waychbof engineering oops 😁👍
Thanks for your comments. I did a lot of experimenting with motor positioning and results were pretty much the same. The new modification works perfectly.
We'll start manufacturing in mid 2024. Because of inflation, I haven't settled on exact price, but probably near $5k. This includes almost everything except generator, water tank, sand, hose, extension cord.
Watch my other video "Gold Rattler Wash Plant Production Begins." I explain all the details and pricing. Also, visit the website: www.goldrattler.com where I have tutorial videos and more product information. Thank you very much for watching ! 🤠⛏️⚒️👍
Annular eclipse (ring of fire) is okay, but nothing like being on the centerline of a total solar eclipse. I observed the 2017 eclipse in Casper, WY. I'll be observing the total eclipse April 8, 2024 in south Texas. 👍
I think you need a little more pitch in that at least another four or 5 inches higher in the front so those rocks will truly roll off of there. You shouldn’t have to help them off of there.
I don't have to help them off. Rocks exit well on their own. Increasing the incline will cause rocks to exit too fast, and not receive adequate wash time. This shaker deck is specifically designed so that larger rocks and clay clots transit slowler for more efficient wash. Finer pebbles move faster and are directed onto the sluice.
cool machine

You would only have the 1 item instead of 4 or 5 containers to set up. Just some thoughts that were building off your setup. Not sure if it would really work.
Alan could explain why the vibrators are mounted at a 45 deg on the dewatering section and horizontal on the upper shaker deck?
Very much enjoy watching your videos!
Awesome!! Thank you for watching. Hope they are inspirational. 👍
Nice.😊
Thanks 😊
Hey Allan, Reese here Gold Seeker. That is pretty darn slick. I like your rattler. It seems to work very efficiently. 👍
Hi Reese. Good seeing you out there. Glad you liked the video. Hope to get out there soon. Thanks for watching !
Like the video and your new design.
Thank you Sir. Glad you enjoyed it ! Best of luck to you prospecting ! 🤠⚒️⛏️👍
Would like to try this machine on the Fraser River in B.C.
And I really enjoyed your Alaska videos.
@@byrontalbot7694 as long as you don't let Dan Hurd use it ! 😂😂😂 Just kidding ! I love Dan's videos. I have a future design called the River Rattler just for that purpose. The sand filter process will be modified to meet clean water regulatory standards. 👍
So when are you going to have that ready for sale
It's a long process unfortunately. More than expected. Probably mid 2024. Keep in touch.
Really cool machine I like that! Really cool setup!
Thanks ! Glad you like it !
looks like you have a winner Allan! i'm not convinced about the mat's ability to hold gold but the other engineering looks good!i really like the spray bar/action!
Thanks for the kind compliments ! Yes, I will eventually get around to that. A friend has small conveyors at his claim i might use.
Благодарю вас за интересную информацию
Love your improvements, really looking great
Thank Joe ! I feel this is the final version for production. 👍
Nice Plant Good Job Can't Wate To Get Back Out There 👍👍👍
Best of luck to you !! 🤠⛏️⚒️👍
Thank you for the kind compliments. Yes, I just started production last month. Here is the website. www.goldrattler.com
Cheers
Good luck to you prospecting !! 🤠⛏️⚒️👍 I think you will like the Maverick pan. 👍
Very good equipment. I haven't seen that yet. In the end, the principle of gravity applies.
Well done, sir 🇩🇪⚒👍🤠
Results are great for a half yard of mat.
Thanks for watching !
hey allan it was 1980 feb. that eclipse i was telling you about. Im pretty sure it was one of those years been such a long time ago.
You're probably correct. 👍
i talked from club meet hinckley the persons

Awesome wash plant, one of the best I've seen in a long time. Is this just a project you built for yourself or is this a machine you plan on putting into mass production?
I plan on building the first two commercial plants next week ! Hope to be in full production by summer. Thanks for the kind compliments ! 🤠⛏️⚒️👍
@@allansgoldmining any idea as the final retail price.
Yes, we finally priced the other at $5495. It includes everything except generator, water tank, electric cord, hose, and sand. 👍
Good job mate
Thank you Sir !
LOL !
Happy New Year 🎉 Allen! Are you currently working on a new water filtration system?
Happy New Year to you as well. I'm sticking with the current system for production reasons. However, I'm investigating a lamella classifier as an alternative to the pressurized sand filter.
When/where can I pick up my very own Gold Rattler?
Email me at: info@goldrattler.com and I can place you on the list. Sales are in Henderson, NV
Nice machine! Thanks for sharing and also great to see the yellow stuff in the pan at the end. I especially like the water recirculation and filtration steps - should work well down here in Oz in those dryed-out creeks Cheers 🎉
You betcha. Should work great there ! That's what it's intended for. Thanks for wonderful comments. Best of luck prospecting ! 🤠⛏️⚒️👍
Had a great time in Nome! Ok I will be looking for a video when you start selling. Will you be at the Gold show in Quartzsite?@@allansgoldmining
Nice job on the upgrades
Thanks 👍
Allan, I am always impressed by your commitment to this project and that you are sharing this information with us.
I still believe that you can create a small conveyor to feed this unit making it easier on your back and likely even faster overall.
If this was done then you could also cover the lower end of the shaker deck and lose zero water from splashing out the sides.
something to look forward to I guess 😃 Thanks for this channel. (I built your original trommel and it worked as expected.)
Actually he's working on that.
I agree. It's in future plans. 👍
That's an awesome set up how much are you selling it for
Hope to start selling by mid 2024. Hard to predict price due to economic conditions, however, most likely be near $5k. This includes most everything except generator, water tank, sand, hose, power extension cord.
Thanks
I love this design, very efficient! I'm intrigued with the dewatering deck. What angle do you set that at? It doesn't look very steep.
Thanks for the kind compliments. Glad you like it ! Actually, the angle on the dewatering deck is set at -2 degrees. So, the material is climbing uphill to get out. Isn't that amazing ? 😮 It's the invisible physics that makes it happen. 👍
@@allansgoldmining I would've never guessed that! Apparently it's all about placement and orientation of the vibrating motor(s). Amazing, great job!

@@allansgoldmining id be more than happy to be a tester. dirt around here is like a clay dirt gotta wet before running or its just clay balls.

Angle the spray bar where spraying back up table 30 to 45 degrees. Should create enough boiling action to flip rocks and help bust clay. Giving more wash time. Looked like straight down on video.

I have a 75 gallon tank currently
@@allansgoldmining Allan
When is the weight of your creation? Minus the trailer
@@jamesweaver1109 You might want to double that. It takes 60 gallons to fill all the tubs, and approximately 40 gallons to wash a cubic yard, depending on material type. 150 gallons will last me a weekend.
@@jamesweaver1109 I'm guessing 130 lbs. Not sure, because I have only weighed it attached to a trailer.
What is the final cost of this?
Don't know yet. Probably around $5k due to inflation of materials. Hope to start production mid 2024. 👍
Hi Allen, have you looked into lamella clarifiers? Or radial flow settlers?
I've looked into radial flow settlers, but not Lamella classifieds. Do you know much about them ? We'll have look into it. The radial settler works well on large operations, but not sure if I can scale it down to our level and make it practical ? 🤔
@@allansgoldmining there’s some good UA-cam tutorials on them, just going to drop the Wikipedia page here. en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lamella_clarifier
They are compact and good post-treatment for your sand filters.
Excellent Great, how much does it cost to make this product.
Is it possible to make and sell this wonderful product?
I hope to being production mid 2024. Ballpark price will be about $5k if inflation costs can settle down. This will include almost everything except the tank, generator, sand, hose, electric cord. Stay tuned !

Interesting machine well done. What is the average water consumption per hour and how long does your original water last per yard
Great questions. On average, it takes about 40 gallons to process a cubic yard. Because I'm running gooey clay material, I change water twice a day. Stream gravel about once per day. It really depends on material type. Thanks for watching !! 🤠⛏️⚒️👍

How much is this unit?
Allan, it looks good.
Nice setup but unfortunately not better then mine, but I like the idea😊
Your rig is nice. However, the over spray won't last long in the desert. 🤔🤠

Why dont u add a conveyor to feed the gold rattler?
Looks really good. Would love to have o e of my own how much
