You have so many videos of your painting there is a wealth of things to choose from. However I like to learn new things and you are so cheerful and bright I just have to tune in.
Lindsay, you are a trip. I also have at problem at drive thru. They make up names for items so that if your not a steady customer, you can get some real surprises. Love your videos. I've learned many things. This is one of my favorites. Thanks as always😄

Lindsey, just watched your video on the Iris watercolor painting. I laughed out loud at the McDonalds story. I can't imagine someone only going to McDonalds twice a year and not knowing they have coffee drinks. Lol. You crack me up every time I watch one of your videos. It's impossible to be in a bad mood after watching one. Please keep up the good work and by the way, I would even tune in to watch you make moon pies. Now that sounds like a funny story waiting to happen.

As someone who once dyed her niece's hair purple I'm not sure I'm the best authority on the wisdom of treating a bunch of kids to a fancy coffee drink but as far as pure entertainment goes you can't beat it! Maybe next weekend you could let them take turns driving? I love your videos! :)

I love this painting! If you need some other colors of iris's I have a lot of pictures of the different colors of iris's I grow. I have blues, purples, purple and green, yellowish brown, I also have pictures of wildflowers and different colored mushrooms from when we go camping in the mountains. I try to take pictures of all my flowers and the ones I see in the mountains. Thank you for sharing.

Now Lindsay, that almost sounds like a challenge. Yes, yes, use all the colors in one painting! Maybe it's like I am not used to thinking about color theory and such since I am mostly a card maker and also mostly use prismacolor pencils. I also am not used to color mixing. But of course you said that, it sounded like a challenge. It probably would have to be rather abstract. I don't think you could get away with using all the colors in a floral. Scenic maybe. What do you think? Can it be done? Well, I guess, of course it can, but should it? LOL

Hi Lindsay, I'm starting my Holiday gift planning, and my best friend sells her water colors at outdoor markets. She has trouble with fading. What brand of watercolor have you found to have the best light fastness and would you consider doing a video comparing water color options in terms of light fastness?
I'm not Lindsay, but I think I can help you anyway. Since watercolors are often applied very thinly, they tend not to be very lightfast, especially purples. Even artist grade paint isn't always lightfast, but most brands have the ratings on their website. A lot of cheap brands don't even make lightfastness ratings public, in that case they're probably not gonna hold up well. Hope I could help you. :)

I got the derwent pencil 36 kit but they don't release the colours like yours did I soaked my paper what am I doing wrong 😢

Mine turned out like total yuck I'll have to try this again and probably again lol.
Because my watercolor pencils were light, I took out my watercolor paints & went over it, it turned out pretty good, I'm glad I didn't toss it. :-)
