@@ConflictNerd even if your software inc HQ looks nothing like this, I can’t wait to see what you come up with! These 2 are some of my favorite games to watch you play. Along with airport ceo, prison architect, empire of sin, banished, manor lords, and transport fever 2. Top tier content. Also would love to see you play a game called big ambitions, unless it doesn’t look like a game you would enjoy which I understand. Great stuff conflict, been a fan since 2019. I could watch you play these games over and over again for the rest of my life lol. Thank you for making content.
Couple of things 1. The lack of uneducated labor and a massive high density demand means your city is starving for low rent housing 2. I’d like to see a pedestrian bridge as an extension of the boulevard across the river from the new commercial waterfront to the Nerdosoft HQ
I saw the title "Building a Software Company HQ", clicked the link and thought "Wow! Software Inc. have really improved the graphics 🤣 Looking through the comments I guess I wasn't the only one lol
Areas like this are typically built with massive amounts of parking due to the USA's high minimum parking requirements. The switch-on factory, for instance, should have parking that covers almost as much land as the building. This will really help "plant" the buildings as you like to do. Awesome episode mate!
Maybe you should have a new bridge connecting the new business park to the other side of the river? Possibly this will encourage more people to use the new regional road.
I love this! Especially because I followed your channel years ago specifically for Cities and only the last few days started watching Software Inc. and immediately was obsessed. 😅
Had an idea about the renaming of La Brian to Labrian (Lab-ree-an) The town was originally named La Brian, a mining village with many uneducated citizens. Wealthy businessman saw an opportunity to develop the town to increase its economic output. As educated people began moving in, it attracted newspaper companies to the town. The first newspaper printed in La Brian misspelled the town's name from a printing error, calling it Labrian. The new settlers began to use this name, which grew in prominence as they opened schools and spread their new pronunciation. Also the postal service service could be tied into the original printing company. Other misspellings of La Brian (or come up with a better one) Larian (La ree an) Larion(La rye on) Lobrian (Low Brian) Labria (La bree a / Laa bree a)
Idk if it's in the game but it would be cool to have in the front of the nerdrosoft building a flower patch with the colors of the logo. Also if possible some signage for the company
Cities 2 is now a software inc distribution simulator. I want to see Nerdrosoft trains. The real microsoft has its own huge private bus fleet to shuttle people around its campuses and as a commuter thing to bring in workers to the campus, since you are out of busses you could set up a new private Nerdrosoft Shuttle system in Blackwater focused around bringing people to headquarters. Then make a simulation game in software inc called Nerdrosoft Shuttle. It is collabs all the way down
Find a funny long is not landing on a Friday and a Saturday each time your city skyline come out is evil before I have my food or after I have my food the last two videos I got 2 minutes in and instantly my food arrived but keep up the good content😊
Is it odd that THIS is the video that convinced me to finally buy Software Inc? I was like.... down to watch an entire build going down.... and just dropped when it was CS2
To solve your labour problem you need more low-income housing as it will provide you with more poorly educated people, that will also help you with high density demand.
not enough workers still strikes me as the most unrealistic thing in CS2. in my city, there's never enough work, and always too many ppl wanting the job. as for remote bus stops, as someone living in one of the cioties, with the most popular public transport system, that is like, almost flawless, you want a busline, exclusivly for remote, and one for workers and customers in that new IT/commercial cluster you've built. except if you want that everybody in your place has a car. the city where i live, many ppl don't own a car, cause it's simply not really useful to own one, cause getting where you have to is just cheaper with tram and bus. if you want to take a gander at our tram and bus system, the city is called basel, in switzerland. pretty sure there's even tonns of videos on youtube where you can "ride" the tram yourself. atleast there were some in the past. we even have an exclusive bus from our main trainstation, which is kinda in the heart of the city, to the airport with only a few stops. also, i think it's high time for a new way to get from that IT/commercial cluster via road, over the river, without having to take the highway, to boost its attractivity a bit.
Seems like we need some Low Rent Housing... I guess that means we're staying in Blackwater for the next episode!
This is right in line with the software inc series and I thought this was software inc and that you were building a custom building
That'll be the next video on the channel - on Friday! I might base the HQ in Software Inc on this one... 🤔
@@ConflictNerd can’t wait to see what you come up with
Me too 🤣😆🤣
@@ConflictNerd that would honestly be really cool! to see like a side-by-side comparison of the Software Inc one next to this one!

I came here to write exactly these two things and now I don't have to 👍

The Nerdrosoft crossover we all needed!
The fact that Nerdrosoft is in Columbia County feels reminiscent of Microsoft (the rip off of Nerdrosoft 🤣) being based in Redmond, Washington
There is also a Redmond in Oregon in Dechutes county, should name a road Dechutes Drive
Nerdrosoft Headquarters would be the landmark of Columbia County

Also, you need low rent housing, which will take care of that dark green line. Please do not bulldoze. 😬
the cross over of this series and the software inc series is an amazing idea.

The headquarters looks like cozy buildings from 1980s and 1990s
That's what I love about it! Modern buildings are cool and all, but there's something about that 80s and 90s US Office style that I love!
Where do you build headquarters for Nerdrosoft?
ConflictNerd: My city
Now you should build it in software ink.
Incredible crossover
Main Street near the Nerdrosoft Headquarters has to be after one of the games like "Kingdoom Avenue" instead of Primrose St
Bro combine Software Inc story and CS2 story into the epic story💀
the fabled crossover episode...
man i thought this was software inc
My bad! I've updated the title to include "Cities: Skylines 2" so it's a bit more clear. :)
I entered the video thinking this was a Software Inc episode haha, but I can enjoy some CS2 as well. Great content as always ❤
Nice job putting software Inc in your new series
Somewhere you should reference the software inc awards you have received so far
Find a funny long is not landing on a Friday and a Saturday each time your city skyline come out is evil before I have my food or after I have my food the last two videos I got 2 minutes in and instantly my food arrived but keep up the good content😊
Cheeky little unintentional Twenty One Pilots reference there with Mulberry Street 👀
With that massive high density demand I think You should build one or two low income housing estates in those towns...
lmao i clicked thinking this was Software inc :)
you need to do this building in software inc looks amazing
Is it odd that THIS is the video that convinced me to finally buy Software Inc? I was like.... down to watch an entire build going down.... and just dropped when it was CS2
I think LeBrian could be changed to O'Hare. I think it rolls off the tounge a little better.
Lore confirmed: Nerdrosoft headquarters located in Colombia county.
I got so confused when I heard you say “welcome back to cities skyline 2”
I think you need high density buildings for uneducated people since I would assume rent is cheaper
I think rotating the parking garage by nerdrosoft building would frame it better
lmao thought this was a software inc video; was really confused
Well since my lapatop still can't run Cities2 this the best cope i can get, Much appreciated Dylan ^-^
LOL I thought this was for Software Inc.
Please base the software inc headquarters on this one, that would be amazing!
I didn't know Nerdrosoft is in the city of Dema.
That joke is for all the twenty pilots fans out there. Just me? Oh, ok I'll see myself out....

Where’s the 8 lane highway with a 1000 parking spots under it and a Walmart?
I thought this was another software inc video 😂
is the household issue becasue you havent zoned under the customer placed buildings?
NOOOO I THOUGHT THIS WAS SOFTWARE INC, I AM DEVASTATED
Adjust your taxes and people will flock to your town.
I only found this channel yesterday, and this is a completely different voice from the last video?
Love it ❤

Why not lower the taxes on low and med density only?

Letss goo another video
