This is yet another video that I had to change out the audio track, it seems the royalty free music I had been using for over a year now, is no longer royalty free. :(
I've contacted the creator and he is aware of this problem and did not intentionally copyright music that he had until now offered as fair use for all to use freely, But I keep getting strikes against my channel for these older videos and I'm not sure how many more videos will have to be removed :(
So I apologize in advance for re-uploading another video that you already saw, but hey it's a great recipe so you may want to watch it again!!

I hate to admit it but Trader Joes Chocolate Covered Espresso Beans are unfortunately not vegan. :-(
Like most shiny candies, they're covered in confectioner's glaze, which is beetle juice (secretions from the lac beetle). That glaze can't be made vegan - but some candies like Skittles use other glazes like carnauba wax to get shiny.
I hope you can consider adding a note above and on the recipe blog. Being vegan is hard; all we can do is try keep learning and improving.

Where do you buy lactic acit? The vegan cream cheese of tofitty in my country is not tasty. I hope I could find something good. Or it's just me who need to get used to the flavour (but it's not nice😅).

Hello ! I have a question... when I make vegan cake, it ALWAYS turns out "gooey" and sticky (beside being delicious haha). How can I avoid that ? I'm looking for your experts techincs ! Also, where did you find these vegan wafer cookies ? they look good but I can't find them where I live.

This is completely “off subject” but I’ve been searching everywhere without success and I’m hoping you can help me. I use candy melts for many different things, and the ones I typically buy now contain a new label and a new warning that it “may contain traces of peanuts” because it was processed in a factory that also processes peanuts. I am a peanut free baker because my niece has an allergy and I cannot make anything knowing it could harm her- whether it’s for her or not. So now I need to order candy melts. I’ve been looking for peanut free candy melts and haven’t had luck. Merkens doesn’t post any information on this and hasn’t responded to my contact attempts. Do you have any suggestions? Thank you so much in advance!

Hmm, I don't have any additional information than what you've already found out, however I do know that many companies will add this disclaimer to their packaging as an insurance safety and of course if the facility they are using does process peanuts even though the machinery may never come in contact... they still have to protect themselves. I feel like almost EVERYTHING nowadays has the allergy warnings on the labels as an added safety for companies to protect themselves
