Nice job.. Dont stress yourself too much... Take it easy, think and learn by the tricks you use. You should be enjoying this, not hurrying like you have a gun pointed at you. If you worry the video is gonna be too long, just fast forward..

Yes Ladies and Gentlemen he said "Bendy"
Just messing with you, fumble around all you need to you got the job done and that's all that maters.
Them AV rubbers can and are a pain in the Ass on those smaller saws.

I could not get my hose in the tank I found it easier to remove the side recoil cover (place a wine cork to deflect the handle to the side ) remove the flywheel use impact gun while holding with gloved hand (standard direction on the thread), pull tank straight out, insert hose using light grease.
Be careful of not losing the TINY vent plug on tank top, reassemble and get out and cut some wood!

Ron Brown Sr. Cheers, that is another way to do it, I was just trying to remove as little as possible so I only had to remember how part of it went back together

Why is it the smaller saws are more of a PITA to work on?

Why did we take the handle apart? You had the carbie loose and the airbox out but the oil tube is on the bottom. Did I miss something?

Mark Sims the oil tube is under the handle and that is the easiest way to access it

it was one way of detaching the metal link rod. others show it done without taking handle apart, just rotating the rod. eg donyboy
