What they actually captured is only part of PF, but the most stressful part of it: crossfires. Hopefully the speeches intersped between them won't be as chaotic.
Learn how to weigh, work on crossfire question planning make sure to collapse arguments down, flow your arguments, check judges paradigm, make and use blocks, if someone is taking too long in cross cut them off by saying “thank you that’s answers my question” be respectful but also petty, look a judge
