I Will Go, But Don’t Be Selective ! PYJ Fires Bullet At War Crime Court

Senator Prince Johnson has termed the establishment of War and Economic crimes in Liberia as an illegal battle among members of the house of representative that has no constitutional backing.
In his Easter Sunday sermon dated March 31, 2024 at his Christ Chapel of Faith Ministry in Paynesville, the Nimba county senator argued that the debate on the establishment of war and economic crime court in Liberia was a recommendation which is not a law under the constitution of Liberia.
He reminded his congregation that the Supreme Court of the Republic Liberia under the leadership of the late Johnny Louise ruled against the prosecutory portion that was contained in the True and Reconciliation commission TRC report on grounds that said request was bias, selective and also violated the rights of those defendants.
He used his congregation to caution Liberians and actors requesting the implementation of war and economic crime court to be balance and include everyone that participated in the Liberian war instead of pointing fingers at few individuals including he Senator Johnson.
Why it is true that the Liberian civil war was fought not by an individual, many believe that senator Prince Johnson of Nimba County played a major role in the conflict that destroyed many lives and properties.

I don’t think he should be the only Liberian on trial by the War Crimes Court. If that happened it will be partiality in our justice system. There are other players while target one person.
