    Can it burn halftones perfectly as uv exposure unit?

      I haven’t done many half tones / but I don’t see why not as long as you burn it long enough

      I’ve worked a lot with halftones on an exposure unit. Typically you want to expose it less than you would normally. We’ve found that regular exposure time makes the dots blow out way too easily.

    Thak you for sharing! Question: after each exposure you remove the screen then put it in a box, why is that? TIA

      I didn’t want to expose it anymore with natural light until I washed it out - thanks for watching

      @@areseses1773 more of a propane weed torch … but that flame goes out 2 feet full blast …. But that’ll burn out those screens in 1 second LOL …

    what is the distance between the bulb and the glass?

      I mounted the light right in the middle of a 10-12” cabinet so with the housing on the light about 4-5 “

      You could use plexiglass I guess … glass is clear and you need something clear to transfer the light through

      Hight of that would be 12” since I used an old upper cabinet and laid it on its back
