I am starting from scratch. I know absolutely nothing other than adobe illustrator. I really appreciate all the information you put out, and I will be binge watching all your videos.
Appreciate your videos brother - I am printing my first shirt Monday the 20th of February and I also have the Baselayer emulsion and have the Ryonet 250 (2 station - 6 screen/color). I am stoked about starting this new journey of screen printing.
im just starting out to help my husband with his business shirts and friends who always need shirts!!!! thank you so much for all your videos that have Benn a huge help!!!
I usually use the same exposure unit, and the same emulsion! But because I been using the expose calculator that give me a time of 45 second for right exposure!! You probably underexposed but still work! I recommend get one expose calculator to make sure
I bought the dryer cabinet from ryonet. I can have screens dried in 30 minutes. Its has a heater unit and some fans in it you might can add some 12 volts computer style fans and small heater to yours.
Well done! Been struggling with screen blowout😩 I used the same Galaxy emulsion now on to the base layer…. I have been doing 1 min exposure and blowing out with led table so I’m going to jump on the 20 second train and see what happens…. Thanks so much for making a video that is DIRECT and clear to understand… Keep up the good work man…🥰
Bro I need some help I keep adding the emulsion let it dry overnight in my garage the blinds are closed it doesn’t burn or wash off nothing i don’t get it now I got a whole square I did about 6 screens different drying is it the emulsion ?
Hey bro, great video! Question: do you have another video that explains how you made the stencil at the 7:02 mark? Is it just regular black vinyl? I think that's the only part I'm stumped on. Any help would be much appreciated man
keep grow son i always bless you with my full of hearth , i really proud of u in very young age you make it and u always infinity success my full bless
I just started and man its a process. I was wondering if u can explain to me how can i make my lines super straight cause the emulsion takss forever to come out. Unless the emulsion is old. And where can i order that emulsion u using now.
Hey nice video quick question as an in home new screen printer what type of lighting should be used when applying the emulsion and screen printing itself? I am using a halogen light.
You mention several times the exposure "seconds" I don't have the light kit like you have but two light light lamps on scissor extensions. What happens if I expose for more time? I've seen other video's in which the person put the screen outside in the sun. Thanks Jdub
Had a bad day today, i used to expose directly under sunlight and my exposing time was 250seconds. Didn't able to get clear screen like as urs, Did 3time today Failed in all attempts
Thanks for the info. I own some nice brand new M&R equipment but have never used it. It was going to be a new company but I had too much other stuff going on. Equipment is just sitting doing nothing. I think I want to try to get going. My biggest concern is I really don't know how to do the exposure or ever run my exposed unit.. Thanks for the video. I'm going to order a couple new screens and emulsion etc and try to do it. Wish me luck 🤞😳
You have the whole set up already.. I understand you had a lot going on but it is never too late. You will never know how to expose a screen if you never try, the hard part is trying. You got this!
I have some...I think 10 old screens all 156. Some have minor pin holes in them. They are 20*24" aluminum. Is this a good size ? I want to buy a few new ones
i keep trying everything with this new emulsion I got. Its ecotex PWR. Its just not working for me. I'm curious some people say when washing screens you need to be in light safe room. Is that correct? I'm thinking I may use your brand also. I'm about ready to send this one back. lol
love you channel and videos. i run the same exposure unit with cryocoat, what were your times for 200 mesh and up? i'm almost out and was gonna order the baseline what you think about it?
For cryocoat 200 mesh and up I would range between 20-21 seconds. For this new emulsion I can get away with just 18 seconds, it has been working well for me so far. Appreciate the love!
Hi there just bought a kit for my son I need to buy emulsion just don't know what's best for beginners can u help me out on that. What she he know that u wished u new. Thanks a bunch. Ruby
Can you expose the freshly coated screen to any light?n in your video there is light on, is this just for the video purpose? Should it be red light or black light until full exposure

what is a good emulsion bucket size to buy ,and how many screens can u get with the size?

Really good bro
Glad you liked it bro!
Good lookin out!
Great job 👏🏻
Thank you!
do i need to buy a lightbox to use this emulsion or can i use a regular uv light
did you have to add anything in the emulsion and if so does it come with it
When you’re costing your screens do you use the sharper edge on the scoop coater or the rounded edge.
Great question! I use the sharp edge. The rounded edge will give you a thicker coat but I like the sharp edge.
Sharp edge for high mesh only 180 and up
👍🏽
Thank you for passing on the wisdom …keep pushing 😊
Will do thank you for showing love!😊

Wasup bro, I love your videos… Is that base layer emulsion good for water base inks.?
I’m pretty sure they have a baselayr for water based inks. I’d give them a call, they will be happy to help you
Thanks for the video. Good info. I've never heard of the second pass (dry) after putting emulsion. Habe you had any issues ? .
