All the best for the exciting times that lie ahead, you obviously have passion for photography and you show that in the way you deliver your material. Thanks for taking us on your Journey with you! Shaun, Bristol Uk.
Thank you for bringing into perspective a part of the world that I will likely never see, and hope your move treats you to sights, images, and experiences that you haven't either.
The Hasselblad didn't let you down. Good luck with the move, be safe and i will look forward to your next video from your new location.
Marvelous, Paul! Thanks for bringing us along on your journey.
Congrats on the new Hasselblad! I've owned a complete 500C/M outfit for 30 years and love it. It will be the one camera that's with me 'till the end. All the best to you and your wife with the move. I can't imagine leaving such a beautiful coastline, but I am looking forward to all the new adventures you share with us.
All the best for your relocation. Looking forward to see great content once again when you are settled in the new place.
All the best for the move and excited for you for the next few months. Focus on what you got - I like that 👍🏽
Yep, the very best of luck with your move. Fortune smiles and I am certain it will work out just fine. Very excited about the future, speaking as a subscriber!
seen videos from new place! great. The sea always entrancing. One can get enough waves and noise! All the Best.
Good luck with the move Paul, sure everything is going to work out for you. Really looking forward to seeing the new videos .
Good luck with the move. And agree focus on what you got
Totally agree, I second that. 👍🏻
Cheers Richard
All the best with your move. Looking forward to you taking us in your new adventure. Those coastal photos were beautiful. Excellent choice of camera, I have had one on my wish list for a long time.
Good luck and what a nice way to celebrate the landscape that treated you with such a vibrant aesthetic.
Thanks man
Best of luck in your new home Paul, looking forward to seeing the next chapter in your life, keep up the great work.
Very best wishes on the move Paul, there are some fabulous hidden places around Taupo and the Central NI, so I will look forward to seeing your exploration of the area in your photographs
Good luck in all you do. I love the coast, but that thermal region looks so exciting and awe-inspiring. The colour and the light is amazing.
I’ve got an old Mamiya TLR with an 80mm lens, I remember what nice pictures it takes if you are patient with setup. MF film is so satisfyingly nice to shoot with. Love the way you make these videos, always a nice break from the noise of UA-cam. Very nice little getaways, happy trails and good luck with the move.
The move will be awesome. All the best!
Good luck in your new adventure Paul! I look forward to seeing what you do in the new location 👍
Best of luck! I look forward to seeing scenes from your new surroundings.
All the best for your move. I moved around quite a bit too in the past. I observed that every new location changed my style in photography since I adapted to my new environment which offered different focus of what to shoot. First you don't realize it but when you look back after a few years you will see the difference.
Very best of luck with your move. Looking forward to your photographs from around your new home. Lake Taupo and the surrounding area is beautiful. Will make it back there one of these days. Cheers.
Thanks Chris
I received the ”Stolen Moments” by mail from NZ today including the prints and am very excited. Absolutely great work and my aha is that this is why I need to think print when I work with photography and not only publish to my own screen! So nice to see a finished tangible product! Thank you /Klaus
Thanks Klaus always nice to hear glad you enjoyed, go print and take care
Good luck with the move, Paul. Looking forward to watch your new video!
What a lovely video, thank you Sir. Good luck 👍
Superb video! Fingers crossed for your move and love your 500 C/M!
You'll do well anyplace you land, you're a world class photographer. I'll be watching from the 50th state of America. Aloha and safe travels always.
Thanks Anthony
Your vids are nourishment for the soul. The music adds to it . Absolutely lovely
Good luck with the move Paul and looking forward to your new videos. Great pictures! 👍
All the best with the move. I’m sure you’ll continue to create magic in the Taupo area. Keep up the great work. Your channel going from strength to strength.

Best wishes and the very best of luck with the re-location. Plus a new toy in the Hasselblad to celebrate! Very tasty camera indeed! Take care and be well.
New chapter Paul. Good luck champion.
Will definately miss seeing the local scenery of the west coast and Waikato river but excited to see the new landscapes you discover. All the best for the move

Good luck with the move Paul. A change can do you good.
Good luck... I look forward to discovering a new landscape through your photography...
Great step getting the 500CM. One of only two cameras I'll never move on (and I've shifted a few). Best of luck with the move. Cheers 👍
Good luck on your move Paul. What an adventure!
Good luck. I wish you success and continued growth. I am confident your humble approach will continue to carry your adventure to it's full potential and great success. Thanks for sharing
Thanks Tony
Good luck with the move. Exciting times!
Thanks Craig, hope you are doing well
Good luck Paul!
Good luck with your move, hope it works out well for you!
That is a gorgeous camera you've scored there. I have the original 500C and I just love that thing to bits. I've also found that you really can use that camera for everything. It's even surprisingly good for street photography! I'm sure you'll have plenty of fun with that one.
Save travel & good luck, Paul! May the Hasselblad be with you!
Thanks Michael
Good luck with the move mate! Looking forward to seeing what you get to shoot in your new home. Must drag my Hasselblad out as well sometime!
Beautiful shots. All the best mate!
Stellar to see a serious photographer use the old 500 CM. I've got one myself, and the photos I take with it are still a lot better than what I get from the Fuji XT2.
I whish the four of you a lot of beautiful moments in your new place. Thanks for all the beautiful moments you gave us on your coastline. Good luck with the move and I look forward to your first vlog in the new place. See you soon ! Grtz from Belgium
Grazie
Best of luck with the move, looking forward to seeing where the channel is going.
Cheers Chris
I am still playing catch up binge watching your films, I can feel the emotion in your voice and I can witness the attachment you have to the location. I have watched your videos backwards so have seen the here and now before the how we got there. Very moving Paul, and a very relaxing watch.
Thank you really appreciate it!
Great shots and atmosphere in your photos. Go on and always good light!
Good man. Fortune favours the brave my friend. An exciting time indeed.
Thanks James
Hope the move works out well, Paul. As always, enjoyed your thoughtful commentary.
Nice work mate congrats on the move so much closer to volcanic heart such a diverse landscape volcanos rivers waterfalls lakes dams thermal pools everything it one of my fave places to shoot in the country. That blads and 150mm is gonna come in handy. 📷❤️✊️
Great video again. Best wishes on your move
Good luck with the new venture Paul, and congratulations on the Hasselblad! Like the way you composed today’s images, such as more sky than land, and having the grasses in focus instead of the background. Also the first shot of the single stem of grass. I look forward to watching your next videos.
Thank YOU
Thanks for the vid. Your so lucky over there in NZ for many reasons. My Hassy arrives this week , cant wait. Ill head to the beach inspired by your photography. Cheers mate.
Thats awesome! Hope you enjoy the Hasselblad
Hello Paul, best to you mate - it's a bold thing, moving from such a lovely place...see you down the line.
Best with your move Paul!
Fantastic video my friend!! Thank you!!
For a minute I thought you were coming to our scenic South Island....only 1.5 million people here 😊
I waited for 50 years to get my HB and although it's only the 500C model I won't be parting with it.
Great video. Congrats on the move.
Truly beautiful
A really helpful reflection and some great photographs, thanks.

Loved that shot with the people bottom left! recon that'd print amazing! good luck with the move :-)

Great video, thanks. Inherited a Hasselblad kit from my father who was a commercial photographer. Love using it. Kind of brings my Dad back in my memory with every shot! (Loud mirror flap and all!) Keep up the good work.
Thanks James
Moving to our part of the country, like the sound of that. Lots of beautiful spots :)
Good on you for daring to live for what you love. I will certainly follow your journey here on YT. Best wishes
Thanks Thomas
Good luck Paul
Love your videos, Paul! Best of luck on your move!
Thanks Mac, likewise
Great video Paul! Yeah we should focus on what gear we have
Thank you very much, Very Inspiring,I have the same camera, and same lens!! Good Luck in your new Location!!
Paul, good luck with the move. I’m sure the Hassy will bring you as much enjoyment as the Leica’s have. I look forward to seeing how your work and passion continues to develop in your new location.
Thanks Nick
Thanks for sharing your thoughts. It’s difficult in getting trapped in worrying about which camera I’m using and caring what others might think.
In using a Hasselblad, it’s added an enjoyment in that it’s simple, despite its size.
Thanks John
Onwards and upwards, Paul. I hope you enjoy many happy years in your new home. :)
Me too
Best of luck with the move Paul. I am looking forward to watching more of your excellent videos from your new location. Kind regards from England.
Cheers
Good luck in the move and a toast to a whole new of type of inspiration.
Cheers
Good luck from Somerset in the UK!
All the best with the move mate! Relocating is stressful so look after yourself.
Yes its been hard work, but I'm just settling in nicely now.
Good luck on your move! I moved 10 yrs ago from Central Canada (Ontario) to Vancouver Island on the West coast some 4400km. Have since opened two studios'. Lot's of apprehension at first, but best move I could have made. Good luck, seize the moment!!
Thanks Tim
Good Luck with your movement. Have fun with new episode in Your life!
Wildo thank you
Nothing wrong with a portrait lens for landscape photography, it can capture scenes you might miss otherwise. Whilst not a portrait lens I spent a year in NZ with just a 50mm and none of my landscapes suffered for it. Best of luck with the move, I’ll miss that beautiful coast, but excited to see what you’ll get from your new location, it’s a hell of a gateway to some amazing scenery!
New camera, new location, I wish you the best. Follow your dreams and never look back.
Thanks John
Best Wishes for the move. Look forward, not backwards! And get an 80mm for the Hassy!
Love your work, your philosophy, your gifts! Best wishes in your new locale ...been there and it is stunning. You will forge a new partnership with the landscape. Best, Rick in Canada
Thanks Rick
Good luck with the move, as you say you can still visit the West Coast as you visited your knew place. The new area looks stunning, A certain Mr Kenna uses the Hassey C/M, his landscapes aren’t too shoddy. You are a man with immense talent and that comes through with whatever you’re shooting with. I remember that camera you got in that bulk purchase of gear, you went out not sure what issues it had or much at all about it. Again you came back with great images.
Another great video Paul, I always appreciate your openness and honesty.
Thanks Mark
Love the square format. At one time I shot a Yashica twin lens with 120 film.A great experience.
there is magic hiding inside that little hasselblad box; I've seen it
Good luck for the move and best wishes for the future. And regarding the 500C/M, I have it too and I really like it, you'll have fun with it :-)
That takes courage to make such a change at once Paul stepping into the unknown. I grew up on the west coast of the Far North and miss it a lot but central north island will be what you make it. Might catch ya when your settled in
Thanks Joe
Beautiful work man! I’ve been shooting tons of landscapes recently on film on my channel and I almost bought a hasselblad but I opted to get a more quirky 6x6 camera to get into medium format ( Pentacon Six TL) you got yourself a sub!
All the best Paul .. will try & catch up before you leave ... also looking forward to your new content & keeping in touch mate !
Hey mate, too late my friend left last week. Make sure you keep in touch you good bastard
Great video. Lovely camera good luck on your move .
Hi Paul, your channel was recommended to me and I can see why ,awesome videos and images, makes me want to dig out the old Nikon and try some film photography. Thanks for sharing.
Thanks for watching John, really appreciate it.
Lovely photos Paul. Thanks and all the best in the Taupo Tauranga area.
Thank you
new to your channel, just discovered it tonight. i love the way you use contrast ... so good
