Surprised by the benchmark temps. Thought they would be a little cooler. Thanks for showing the displacement measurements with different fan configs. Great vid.
I'm about the build my first box in 12yrs. I'm going from a HUUUUUGE monster of an full ATX case and a RTX 550 ti to this case, i7 12700k, MPG z790i, nvme 4.0, DDR5 7200 and a 3060. I feel like a pc nerd but super excited.
Whoa, editing snafu. While your commentary is correct, the illustration is off at the 4:20 mark. Shows it fits a 360mm gpu without the front fan, and a 331mm gpu w/ the front fan. Almost had my hopes up that this would fit the new RX7900xtx with a 280 aio. Great review though. Man I wish this case was just a few mm longer.
I'm seriously considering This case, and it's hard to ignore the Torrent Nano as well. They're both perfect cases for what I want/need for my 6900XT Reference card coming in a couple of days to finally replace my trusty 1060 6GB. It's really hard to decide between these two after spending hours researching for the perfect case. The Cooler Master NR200P was another solid choice, and to be fair is the better bang for your buck along with a lot of flexibility with your build/appearance. The fact that it comes with a Vertical GPU mount, AND Riser cable is just splendid...BUT I don't like the cramped looks inside the case. The Power supply is in a weird (But forward thinking) spot. Vertical GPU mounting means that's all you kind of see inside your case. Fractal has intrigued me with so many variations of sizes of their cases. I love their quality and unique design language. Right now The Meshify, and Most definitely the Torrent front grills are looking so so good to my eye. I'm leaning on these over the NR200P because although Cooler Masters offering is undoubtedly great, and smaller form factor. The Fractal team just has me more interested. Fractal Torrent Nano vs Fractal Meshify Nano are what I'm up against with the Meshify 2 mini being a backup plan. Torrent Nano - Amazing Design Language, very unique look. That big fan is pretty sweet. A tad bit roomier it seems. Honestly from a style point of view it's the favorite. Meshify 2 Nano - Love it's simplicity. and design. That little scoop on the bottom of the case that redirects the air a little higher towards the GPU is cool ! DECISIONS DECISIONS
@@bbrrrick3929 I ended up going for the Meshify 2 Mini as it was the right size. The Meshify 2 Nano was preferred but just too tight, and I couldn't fit my GPU Vertically like I wanted to and other Clearance issues. The Meshify 2 Compact was too tall so the sweet spot was the Meshify 2 mini. I do prefer smaller cases for my Desk, but the sacrifice was worth it as the Meshify Mini 2 is a breeze to work in, and allowed more customization with my parts. Highly recommend, and it's a great price too.
@@bbrrrick3929 I'm excited for you!!! Yeah, My 6900xt breathes just nicely in my Meshify Mini 2 thanks to the 6 fans, and plenty of airflow! Let me know how it does!
Just bought the case apparently on sale. Moving from an open chassis to this. I already had the torrent nano for spouse's PC, and did not want to be twinkies. It checks "my needs", and I am tired of case hunting. I will paint the interior before assembly though.
I had to reconfigure my bookshelf to fit the Torrent nano and replace my old nano S. If I had know this case was coming I'd have considered it because it's slightly less tall. To your point about the cabel cut out for the CPU 8-pin connector: That is done exceptionally well on the Torrent nano with a giant cutout directly towards the PSU (which sits on top in the Torrent nano) and the Torrent nano is generally extremely convenient to build in. So I will keep it for a long time.
1:30 on their site it says 396mm long , 205mm wide & 361mm height 4:19 also on their site it says that the max GPU length is 331mm & 306mm with front fan)
You’ve used the same case and cooler I want to use in my next build, but I am unsure about the ram clearance, Ive seen you used corsair vengeance sticks, but I would like to reuse the sticks from my old build, which are slightly higher. How is the ram clearance with this cooler?
Normally I feel like I would be bugged by the fact yet another company has homogenised their lineup, bit at the same time I like it that Fractal had made size variations of their models for those that like a specific model but don't want to buy the large/mid-sized case. Then again I am biased as I love Fractal and own two of their cases.
Thanks! I'm debating getting something like this case that can fit on my desk or just buying a new desk since I also want to switch to an ultrawide monitor. I really like the look of compact cases without a bunch of empty space in them.
if footprint / minimalism is a goal, I'd also recommend looking at these cases (around $100 USD or less): Phanteks Evolve Shift 2 Air SSUPD Meshlicious Cooler Master NR200P NZXT H1v2 - - - If you're looking for something even smaller and dont mind the idea of your components being hidden behind ventilated panels as opposed to glass or translucent fine mesh... Silverstone SG13 Fractal Node 202
Is there a version of this case with a solid side panel (as in no glass/window), but keeping the front mesh intact? (I know there's the Fractal Design Define 7 Nano, but that has a solid front panel). Not bad overall.
Am I the only one who cant find the White version with Dark TG as an option? I can see two versions of the black one - one with clear sidepanel and one with dark one.

With only the case you had my curiosity, but now with the full build you have my attention!
I really like your reviews. Pretty cool, nice background music and lots of information. Thank you.

Answered all my questions about the case thank you.
Great content! Love the "energy" you give off haha. Liked and subscribed! Keep up the good work!

I liked the recommendations for graphics cards, a good idea in a SFF case.
This case is beautifully and small that’s all I need I has plenty of room for pc compuntent’s I actually love this case

The cooler kinda scares me considering how tight it looks in the case.

Hi Robey, I have a question. With AK620 cooler installed, does 120mmx25mm fan still fit at the top? Or do I need to get 120mmx15mm fans instead?
No, 25cm fan did not work for me.
Thank you for the video. The hull is awesome. But in my country it costs $150)))
So you cant put a 240 AIO cooler in the front? Weird…
I like a loot this case but I have a question. With this air cooler can you put a fan on top?
No, not a regular 25cm thick fan.
At least the bottom fan helps with airflow… …not often do cases with bottom-mounted PSUs offer that.
can you give me a tip: i need to trans port my pc over sea's via plane and i dont know how pls tell
Nothing beats the torrent nano.
Looks like a good case, however it doesn't seem like a good price unless you get it on sale.
So no MATX MB support at all?
That’s the Meshify 2 Mini.
Define 7 Mini review please Robey
Nice case but I will stick with my Phanteks P200a performance.
Smol cases get big luv
ITX yes, SFF no, as much too large at about 30 liters volume.
