Mike Tyson pushups look like a modified Japanese pushup i see sumo wrestlers do. They help with your stamina and shoving power which indirectly will make your punches stronger.
I just did 5 sets of 10. Couldn't do any more. Arms got weak at the beginning of the fifth set and I was only doing 10 at a time with 30 second rest. This guy did great. Much respect! And Tyson a beast for doing four or five hundred of these a day!

Hindu Squats ( with a pair of 2 pound dumbbells) - 1x12 3. Sit-ups ( with the stability ball )- 1x100 4. Ali's ( Boxer twist variation) -1x100 5.Hyperextensions ( with stability Ball. Feet are positioned as if doing Tyson Push-ups) - 1x100 6. Stretching ( W/ stability ball. Focus lower back/ extension of arms assimilating being position to do Tyson push ups). 7. Dumbbell Catches ( With Ten Pound cast iron dumbbell. Same motion as kettlebell swings , but alternating hands for 1 rep)- 1x12 8. Hot dogs ( boxing punching drill. Using a pair of 2 pound dumbbells)- 100 reps ( 1,2, =1 rep) Something different, but money is money !!

Amazing..never seen this push-ups routine before..I will be trying it. I can hit forty standard push-ups, not the elbow jerking many people do with little gravity, so I should be able to do 10 or more to start. I love the fact that they target your core.
Because of this vid, I decided to try these pushups. Did 25 straight and 25 with my 3 year old on my back. Damn these are brutal. Biceps, triceps, chest, core, thighs and shoulders all in one. Thanks for the inspiration. I'll definitely be doing these everyday.
I just subscribed because of this. I usually do 100 pull ups 200 push ups 200 squats 100 24KG Kettlebell swings 200 Ab exercise (leg raises, situps,etc.) 100 burpees Take 2 of these exercises and do them for 1 day , then the next day grab 2 more and do 5 days or 6 days a week. Bike rides, jump rope or long walks. Thai boxing twice a week.

I've been trying these out for the past two weeks, TRYING to keep up with Bruce! Added them into a routine of diamonds, and Hindu push-ups (or baby-making push-ups, SO TAO). My legs and shoulders look different since Mike Tyson push-ups. I find it more challenging if you always keep your heel flat against the wall. Heel against the wall should be the law. We have to put a sensor on the wall or something like that. Nice videos I train with all of you every day.
Soo you push off the wall then you have to de-accelerate (chest) and push up (chest) and push back (shoulders) -- If you used a low bar with your hands reversed you'd hit back and biceps doing pretty much the same motion; only, your chest would be further ahead of your palms. Great idea, never thought of it!! Like Dive-bombers but that wall push forces de-acceleration. Cool.
Well done brothers, this was a MT push up task but also a real all round fitness situation executed precisely nice work. All praises be to the most high.

Gentlemen THANK YOU for introducing me to this mean looking push up variation,I’m already doing 300 Push Ups a Day with 3 different variations... 1st set of 100(20 Reps) are normal shoulder width but preceded by 5 sets(20 Reps) of Dumbbell Bicept Curl then followed by 5 Sets(20 Reps) Dumbbell Seated Rows and 100 Push Ups on A Chair(20x 5 Reps) and lastly 100 Dumbbell Prone Incline Bicept Curls(20x 5 Sets) then 100 Push Ups off an elevated object...all these with a 30 second Break in between....in just 4 weeks my chest,forearms and shoulders are looking in the best shape I’ve ever seen them in my 42 year’s existence. Now I’m gonna incorporate this variation,however I’m gonna build very slowly coz I First wanna master the good form required and thereafter alternate with an abwheel to really get those abs fired and ripped. I am currently doing Tyson push ups with my perfect push up handles. When doing them clean, you feel this push up hitting everything. Good video.
