a couple of things: - reputation was a GREAT record. tasteless people just can’t understand it - ME! was just a transition from rep to lover - you need to calm down is a good song, at least imo
Reputation is such a great record. Mature lyrically and cohesive sonically and it has zero skips imo. I was a little bit disappointed with Lover because I think it has a lot of filler tracks and it's inconsistent at times, but I love it nevertheless. Reputation is still the best record she's ever made imo
But Lover has some of my favorite Taylor songs like Afterglow, Lover and Cruel Summer. I just don’t know what happened to her genius mind during 1989 era.
Reputation is personally my favorite album because of the R&B influences and showing a different side of Taylor. It should have received more recognition award wise but I can see how Lover is respected more because of the multiple topics discussed in a typical smart and clever Taylor lyric fashion but also visually.
Dear, it's time to OFFICIALLY put the awards to rest as a metric of critical success or anything really, what with all the mess that's going on inside the house. And I say "officially" because awards shows have been disregarded by many for a while now because they don't reflect the impact nor critical significance of art.
The new era is going to be vintage Taylor. Hear me out: She's going to be re-recording her early albums. Her instagram posts have a mid-century vintage vibe, with washed out filters, jewel tones, and neutrals. The furniture in The Man MV is all mid-century modern. She's hitting this late 60's, early 70's aesthetic hard. The rerecords will be rolling out, possibly detracting from any new music she puts out - it's not a great business model to pit yourself against yourself. So I think she's going to focus on those re-records, and that the next "era" is going to be a greatest hits era. We'll see the rerecords culminate in a 'singles' or 'top hits' or 'fan favorites' album, which she will promo using the same throwback aesthetic. I have a feeling too that we'll get some slight cottagecore out of her, as the emphasis of those early records was country - so, a return to her roots, coupled with a mid-century aesthetic, voila, Vintage Taylor.
WOAH. This is an incredible idea! I can't believe I didn't even touch on her rereleases. If she did something like this? That would just be...amazing!!
I rewatched her Tiny Desk Concert today where she performed Lover era songs but also did All To Well, because it’s such a fan and personal favorite. I could totally see your idea happening!
I feel like people took Reputation too seriously to understand Taylor Swift making satire of all of the criticism. I loved Reputation bc i felt it was even edgier and darker than 1989 and it showed Taylor not being afraid to get dark and deep. Every track still slaps on the album, period.
They did take it too seriously. They didn't get that it was tongue in cheek. Like so many reviewers mentioned that "I don't love the drama it loves me" line. That was clearly tongue in cheek and she was being ironic. People kill me. But Taylor will have the last laugh. Her whole catalog will live on forever. She protects and references her past song and that's why it's so sad she lot the catalog.
I understand why Taylor wanted ME! to be the lead single but in today’s time, people don’t really care about music unless it’s catchy and ME! wasn’t exactly mature and catchy enough. At this period,in the music industry, artists have to release songs that strike with the general public. Cruel Summer is a song that would be mature and catchy enough to get the gp’s attention.
@@ANKI7033 ME! was chosen to show the transition into the new era because it was a very different song from the songs on reputation. The Archer was chosen because it shows a different side of the album.
Taylor may pull a Madonna. Madonna, in her late 40s, made one of the best selling dance albums, she was riding the wave strong until 2012. I feel like Taylor may be like that because of her fan base and how relatable she can come across. Taylor is a business women and knows what to do for promotion and she has some of the best connections with her fans, something others lack.
But we see a decline coming from 1985 to lover. Lover isn't really impact full. It misses out on current trends.in fact it sounds like an album from 5 years ago. The strength of the albums just comes from her huge fanbase. The albums sound wasn't defining or indluencing very much. She's declining and that's obvious.
Julian K everyone’s going to dip and have an era or two that aren’t as impactful or groundbreaking, every artists has had one at some point and they’ve still recovered. Michael and Madonna, Mariah ext all had some albums that didn’t do well but they bounced back from reinventing. You can see that Taylor is likely going to change her sound up for her next album to a more indie pop sound which is something which is trendy and more with the current times. And she’s only “fading” because of the streaming era. If it wasn’t for old town road then me! Would of been a #1 and so would of you need to calm down. The era had 3 top 10 singles which is more successful than rep. If she didn’t put lover on streaming services she would of pulled similar sales to reputation. Her decline is because of the streaming era so she’s not really declining. Sales ,as a whole, are declining and she’s still up there with strong sales in a declining market. She’s still on top even when she’s declining. So I doubt her relevance is going anywhere
i fully believe taylor's lgbtq+ activism was real and genuine, however even if it wasn't i wouldn't care because the money she donated is real and probably helped a lot
Honestly just read what all the queens that worked on the MV have to say: they were all treated super well, Taylor joked around with no diva complex and each one was super way paid. Also says a ton when so many strong voices in queer community are her friends that where more than happy to be a part of it.
People say she used queer people but without the cameos the video might not have made that impact since she's not part of the community......and the video gave so much representation.....her music videos have a very wide impact even on other countries......where LGBTQ people are more unfairly treated and people are scared to come out....
Exactly. Taylor swift is a flawed human being like anyone else. But there's so much sincerety in her art and personality. She just cares a little too much.
@@kaitie9214 yessss haunted is so underappreciated! it's hands down one of my favorites (also better than revenger but i guess that one's controversial now)
I think Taylor will still be successful for her next 2-3 albums. She has too much power right now to just fade away. Madonna, for example was successful in her 30s
I agree! I'm excited to see what she'll do next. And while I don't see her maintaining the same sales she's had, I have NO doubt she'll still remain a staple of the industry for years to come.
The reason being is she always delivers thus we believe she always have something new for us. Lover era isn't even over yet and Twitter Swifties are already speculating for TS8 for crying out loud.
@@ajsc11 well, all things considered, we haven't heard another single since January. The Lover album cycle is basically done for. Also, all that's left is the Lover Fest which has been postponed until 2021, so I highly doubt she'll be releasing anything until 2022. So speculating TS8 right now is not as disrespectful as it ridiculous.
I don't know about TS7 being her last hugely successful era. She's a mastermind of reinvention. She'll probably end up having 13 albums and I have no doubt they'll all be widely acclaimed.
Oh, I have no doubt either! I don't doubt her capabilities for a minute. But as speculation, it will be interesting to see how those eras perform in comparison to her other ones as new artists emerge and get better - and as the music industry shifts.
I didn’t love ME! But I ALWAYS find myself humming the chorus so it’s definitely catchy. For me Reputation was the ULTIMATE serve 😻😻 but lover was truly a moment in her career
The way people call her flop showcased the truth that even in her so called flop time, her 7th records still enough to fight some others successful Album. Lover is still capable to sit in the top 3 best selling Album last year in US or even in the Global.
For me, reputation was her best album. You can tell she was going thru it, and I love the story telling on it. I just have such a deeper connection to reputation more so than her others because of this. It's just.... The best. The whole album flows, and tells a beautiful rebirth, with growth and healing. I'm still obsessed tbh. Lover had to grow on me. I don't hate it, but I don't know if another album will top rep. (My opinion, lol)
What makes *reputation* a superior album is how it COMPLETELY made an identity for itself. That alone shows the power that album had. It could stand for itself.
Additionally, it had the MINIMUM promo, she did NO INTERVIEWS, only did guest performances and went straight to the Record-breaking reputation Tour. Personally, it was the Greatest Comeback, Clapback and Cultural Reset album ever made.
Cruel summer should had been her lead single; she needed to reclaim her spot in pop culture royalty after everything that happened. You need to calm down was good as a second single; she needed to show her stance in that subject and it was a great kickstarter for her political stance that was to come. As a member of the LGBT+ community, and a fan of hers, this song made me so happy and honestly a bit tearful hearing her support people like me. I think this song would had been received a lot better if it came after a great summer anthem like cruel summer. Lover was a great third single; the thing that makes her standout is her writing, this was the perfect song to remind everyone about it. The men was not my favorite song in the album, but I knew why it was a good choice as the fourth single, she was putting the nail in the coffin for everyone that questioned her stance in political matters and a great wrap up if this was the end of the Lover era. All in all, I think If she would had started this era with Cruel Summer this era would had been even bigger than it has been. There was a lot of anticipation buildup for this album and a lot of people were put off by ME!. Which push a lot of people, outside of the fanbase, away from wanting to listen to what was coming next.
Tbh I think Me! is the perfect transition from rep era to lover era as it is full of colours and totally lover. But cruel summer is a very different story and would change things drastically! Me! Was perfect for the transition and cruel summer is a very different lyrical story. Me! Is just perfect as the first single. Period.
Cruel summer is an absolute bop and we NEED an mv for it, but I don’t think it would work as a lead single. it’s too similar to reputation in a way, if me! wasnt the lead single for lover then the album wouldn’t have gotten this far as me! isnt her best song lyrically which could degrade the album so I think she did a great decision to make ME! the lead single
Funny how he said "I don't think we see a new record of Taylor just yet" and literally 3 months later she dropped her best record yet which won AOTY. Life is just SO unpredictable.
I was so heartbroken that Reputation "underperformed" it's honestly my second favorite album from her library and I still listen to it. The darker more adult side of Taylor is SO relatable. Her music always has been but it was refreshing to see her not always have to be "good". People are imperfect and it helped humanize her more in my eyes. The sound was also a refreshing direction for it. I like lover, but it was honestly a little shocking to see her veer right so sharply
People will always find a problem with everything. Taylor helped the LGBTQ+ community so much with her massive platform and its comforting to know someone of her stature wants to help our community
The lover era is so underrated.. we got an iconic album.. an iconic lead single and my personal favorite song by Taylor ‘it’s nice to have a friend’... Taylor deserved a Grammy for this album it was iconic and her most beautifully written record.. we finally saw her truly in love and that was everything.. in year to come I can see this album becoming a favorite with soo many people and passing out 1989 in how iconic it was for Taylor’s life
Yes, I agree honestly! Even with it's notoriety, I still feel it is overlooked in comparison to eras such as "1989". And "It's Nice To Have A Friend" is one of my Top 5 faves off the record!
Pop Dissected I think albums like lover and rare are not going to be fully feen for their quality till they are 5 years old and people aren’t making music like that anymore.. lover was an album that showed us Taylor can truly fall in love and that she’s happy.. Rare showed us that Selena is a strong woman who controls her life.. these 2 albums are in my opinion the best pop albums in the past 10 years.. I do not understand why it’s nice to have a friend is soo underrated it’s truly amazing and could be a radio smash during the summer
Most artists are torn between quantity or quality. Some keep dropping okayish albums every 2 years and some take a long hiatus of 4-5 years but put out quality content. Taylor is the only artist in the game right now who’s dropping quality content without taking any breaks or hiatus. We have lover, folklore and evermore in a span of sixteen months and all three of them are her most acclaimed albums on metacritic with scores of 79, 88 and 85 respectively. Plus not many artists today can say that they’re on their 9th studio album at the age of 31. Heck not many artists have retained their relevancy at the 15th year of they’re career and still have stellar charts and sales performance along with breaking streaming records. On top of this her activism for the much needed reforms in the music industry is on point and by the end of this year she’ll be an artist who owns all of her masters after she finishes re-recording. She’s indeed a living legend no matter what you think of her
I never listened to Taylor until her reputation era, I actually enjoyed that album. ME! Made me want to take a step back, but "you need to calm down" made me stay. I did appreciate her taking back her "reputation" and being see as the person who was telling the truth in the whole Kim and Kanye thing, which I don't know why people would believe people who lie about obvious surgery amongst other things. But I do appreciate her music. I've become a fan. Not STAN, but I do like her music. 😍 Also, aren't we still in the Lover Era?
Actually, I didn't become a fan until the "rep" era! Though I was very opposed to the sound and imagery of the record at first, the more I understood it the more I fell in love with her! I always had liked her music, but for me, "rep" definitely made me a Swiftie! And I assume we're still in the "Lover" era, unless I'm out of the loop - haha!
Yeah I got Into her during rep. It’s one of my favorite albums of all time. 1989 is good too! But lover isn’t that good. It has some great songs but overall it’s just not near as good as reputation
@@popdissected4400 same. literally i had the same process of becoming a swiftie and now im so glad. being a swiftie is so exciting and fun although we sometimes look like clowns.
We should've gotten a Paper Rings music video where the plot is Taylor performing with a band in a London nightclub in between shots of her and her lover having a night out in London with their friends
Ugh I love the pastels of the lover era. Everything is so lovely and pretty. It's an aesthetic I can't get enough of. I just gush over her in those colorful outfits. It feels so happy, carefree, sweet, light, sunny, and airy like cotton candy.
How was it one of weakest? The song Lover is now a wedding song that some couples may request so I call that a hit. The Man really shows what women can go through. I didn't really like Taylor's first two pop albums. But this one made me remember why she can still be one of my favorite music artists!
@@genevieveking5078 You make good points here. I think "Lover", personally, was weak in terms of overall cohesiveness and narrative. But, that's my opinion coming out of the "rep" era, which had a strong narrative and storytelling chronologically throughout the era. Nonetheless, I think "Lover" excels in showcasing Taylor's maturity and personal growth.
@@genevieveking5078 personally I didn't connect with lover because for taylor it was too cutesy and mediocre at best. Don't get me wrong nearly every song on the album is a bop but for taylor we no she can do better. How did she release ME! as her single when cruel summer was RIGHT THERE?? Or London Boy?? Also for me the lyrics weren't anything special and for taylor my standards are high because she's the one of the few in pop that consistently deliver GOOD lyrics in their music. She said she thought lovers bridge was her best but is it that great when songs like Dear John, Last Kiss, all too well and even enchanted exist?? We've seen her talent but lover doesn't have replay value as her other albums and songs do imo.
Well she did it in some songs on the 1989 tour, like I knew you were trouble and we are never ever getting back together, also on rep tour bad blood and Should’ve said no has rocky arrangements... so I can tell she will do so well on rock positions...
why has the ending got me SOBBING. honestly though, as a die hard reputation album/era stan, this video has given me such a deeper appreciation and LOVE (wink wink) for Lover. incredible. thank you
I love this video and you spoke about Lover as well as reputation amazingly. I definitely love the ending quote about loving everyone for you they are as well as family, friends and partners because that is what we as the viewers probably needed to hear
I mean... maybe I doesn’t hit the same highs but it certainly doesn’t hit as many lows. I mean there’s no really bad songs on lover but like ready for it and endgame are just not good songs.
The issue with ME! is it is too childish and gives off a disney vibe. This turned many people away, especially those outside her fan base, from being curious or intrigued with the Lover era because they assumed it would take the direction of ME! . In contrast, when Look What You Made Me Do came out, it was SHOCKING as it deviated completely from 1989 and the MV made everyone curious as to why Taylor took such a dark turn. This helped her in her album sales as well. I think moving forward, if she wants to retain her relevance, she should collab with artistes like Drake, BTS or Post Malone (there are rumours going around that this might be true). These are the current big named artistes, especially BTS, and a collaboration will help her alot after her political stance which made her lost a significant number of listeners outside her fan base.
As her songwriting skill is well known already and the fact she just claimed the Artist of The Decade award means you can’t underestimate her influence and power. She doesn’t need a collaboration, sure that BTS is the hot thing right now but Taylor gives alot of thought when it comes to her music, like the video said it would be her last to have the million selling album but she doesn’t need to really re-claim her existence by collaborating with the currently popular acts. You Need to Calm Down, The Man, also Miss Americana & The Heartbreak Prince show the maturity of her. If she feels like it is necessary to collab then she will find the way. What i see now is Taylor is one of the artists who don’t hop onto the trend. “But, by releasing You Need To Calm Down that is also showing that she probably takes advantage of the uprising issue in LGBTQIA+ scope.” no being politically woke is different from being woke in the market’s/industry’s current situation. Transactional/Transnational activism takes part in her action too. LGBTQIA+’s issues are rising up because people is noticing the inequality that is happening in the social system right now.
I have to agree that ME! was the best single to lead up to this album's era. It is a fun and upbeat song that started the era with a whimsically innocent and pure song before diving into the mature and pictorial songs that is the rest of L
Lucky Taylor has the talent to evolve. She can play the guitar and piano which I think will become more prominent again in her future records. Songs like False God may also be a taste of what Taylor might give us more of in the future.
I feel like Lover is a transitional era for Taylor in multiple ways. As well as shedding the dark aesthetic of reputation, Lover is Taylor’s first proper streaming era project. She needed to adapt. It’s done so well on streaming services while also selling huge pure numbers by modern standards. It’s set her up well for future releases. She’s now able to capitalise on sales and streams in a way most artists can’t.
I remember one of the first clues we got was the ending of the reputation tour during the last number when it was all lit up with pastel colors and the water fountains being lit by Pastel colored lights and her bright disco sequin dress.
Incredible video! I think Cruel a Summer was purposely saved for this year, it’s SO incredible, it’ll generate more streams of Lover in general again after it comes out as a single! It will spark a re-interest from the general public. It’s that song that is such a hit, it will keep Lover relevant and alive for another year. It would have been so perfect to come out before Loverfest, I hope she will still release it and make it work!
While I appreciate Lover (Afterglow is one of my new favorites), I think 1989 is my favorite album of hers. It’s super cohesive, emotional, strong, and full of the reinvention she’s talking about. And “Clean” is one of the best songs ever written.
I am scared for Taylor, she really is a icon and she has done a lot in the 2010s but I don't feel like her next Era will be that successful. She might take a a more edm/hip pop root for her next album but it might be her lowest album. I hope she doesn't care about it and makes more music when she's 60 like madonna.
I can understand that! I didn't touch on this much in the video, but I personally believe Taylor may have 1-2 more eras that reach the success of "Lover", at the most 3. I don't doubt her talent and ability for a minute, but that's just how the industry is. I believe right now she's in a very positive place, and she'll continue making music not for accolades, but for herself, and for her fans.
Can I just say that I'm so proud of you and I know that I don't know you personally but this channel has grown so much over the months and I'm proud of being one of the OGs, keep on going and I'm happy that you were able to deal with the problems you were going through behind close doors

@@sarojtaak333 sorry if it offended you I just am scared she might flop and the haters who are waiting to see her fall will strike. She is a queen and she has a amazing fan base but she is getter older and she might get discarded like Nicki Minaj was with queen and because she was getting old
I've enjoyed Taylor Swift since 2009 but this album gave me a massive amount of respect for her that I hadn't had before. It's a lyrical and thematic masterpiece and in my opinion is by far the most mature thing she had come out with up until that point. I listened to it regularly in late 2019 and still sometimes listen to it. It's kind of bittersweet in a sense; it came out towards the end of a much happier and more stable time and the world and the pensive yet optimistic tone of the album really reflects that. I think this album will be far more revered with the context of history.
I actually think Taylor releasing ME! as a lead single is the biggest trump card in history. If you ask a 5 or 7 year old about 1 direction they won't know what is it but ME! Became very famous among that demographic and it was overplayed on radio Disney. Considering they will be the future of streaming as they will decide the relevance of future and present artists. At first I also thought that cruel summer should've been the lead single but it would've just made it more difficult for Taylor as the expectation would've increased but with ME! The opposite happened and the swifties like me underestimated the record and were blown away by it.
Hi Pop Dissected! I just wanted to say that I’m a big fan of your videos and I wanted to see if I could put in some input. I’m big Beyoncé stan and I wanted to know if you could maybe do a video on why Self-titled and Lemonade marked a major turning point in her career, because I feel like that’s when she turned into a legend. Or at least a very established icon. I love the way you dissect and analyze videos on artists, especially on my fave artists like Taylor, Katy, Ariana, Madonna, Nicki, Lady Gaga, etc. You bring a fresh perspective on eras, albums and songs. I hope you’re doing well and staying safe!
Thank you so much for your kind words! And that you for the thorough suggestion. I do need a Beyoncé video, and I think you've given be the perfect topic to make a video on her for!
@@ajsc11 but some people may take it the wrong way, and in a pop song I think it would be tacky to release it as a single. She should've released it last year.
tbh i think Taylor did well in the era and by the the end it did well (i cant say there'd be anymore singles) and i assume she started recording in January 2019-March 2019 and it seems like she recorded 6 tracks per month
Interesting! With Lover Fest delayed, and "The Man" releasing further away from "Lover" (title track) as opposed to the other single release rollout, I think it *could* be possible we'd see another single - and that the era isn't over yet. With "Lover" having 18 tracks, and Taylor's concert setlists usually sitting around 15 - 18 total songs, I don't think we'd see a new record until Lover Fest wraps. I project TS8 will be out in 2022 to be honest - a three year cycle comparative of "1989" to "rep". I would say TS8 would release 2021, but with Lover Fest being pushed back - I don't know if I can bank on that idea. And I believe. she began her sessions for "Lover" in December of 2019.
@@popdissected4400 I think she ended up discarding whatever she was working on, to do reputation. That album would have been different, and likely would have arrived in 2016;. Up to that point she was pushing an album every other year. Kimye derailed whatever that album might have been. She writes all the time; but in an interview, she said that most of the songs that end up in the album are from the last 6 months prior to release. Sometimes, if she likes a song anyway (but it doesn't fit or is too similar) she will gift it to someone else (like Babe, or Better Man), but mostly they just stay in the unused song pile.
@@popdissected4400 tbh taylor did push back dates in2 2021 so its seems like TS8 will be arriving 2022 but who knows and i noticed on her yt channel that now it says "lover era" instead of just "Lover" so im taking it as a sign
@@robertthompson7242 Yes, I believe she did discard the alleged TS6 for "reputation". After all, her cutting the wings of the plane in the "LWYMMD" video that has 'TS6' on the ...tail (?) of the plane essentially confirms this in one way or another.

@@nathanbradleyf777 the fact that some people were even calling it a flop despite it being like the best selling female album of 2017 is beyond me
All of reputation's concept is done better in Blank Space
I understand why Taylor wanted ME! to be the lead single but in today’s time, people don’t really care about music unless it’s catchy and ME! wasn’t exactly mature and catchy enough. At this period,in the music industry, artists have to release songs that strike with the general public. Cruel Summer is a song that would be mature and catchy enough to get the gp’s attention.
Very good points you bring up!
Pop Dissected yep😊
Me amd archer are mu least fav. Dk why she chose them
@@ANKI7033 ME! was chosen to show the transition into the new era because it was a very different song from the songs on reputation.

YES - to all of this! I totally agree!
@5,ooo LightYears Away ABSOLUTELY!

I whole heartedly agree!

Very good points you bring up, thank you for sharing!
Pop Dissected thank you. Great video, by the way!
Same thoughts.
The "step into the daylight and let it go" caught me off guard.

Agreed!
People will always find a problem with everything. Taylor helped the LGBTQ+ community so much with her massive platform and its comforting to know someone of her stature wants to help our community
Exactly!
I agree with what you said about “You Need To Calm Down”.😁
Thank you! 😃
Also, aren't we still in the Lover Era?
Actually, I didn't become a fan until the "rep" era! Though I was very opposed to the sound and imagery of the record at first, the more I understood it the more I fell in love with her! I always had liked her music, but for me, "rep" definitely made me a Swiftie! And I assume we're still in the "Lover" era, unless I'm out of the loop - haha!

Lover was one of her weakest albums for her but would've made another artists career and its a conversation we're not ready to have but it's time.
Hm...maybe you made a point here 👀

“Lover might be the last time she sees success this big” ehehehe here after folklore and evermore like 😇
I don't care what anybody say, ME! is the best choice for being Lover's lead single.
YES. I stand by this 110% percent.
Woah! Thank you for taking the time to share! You most definitely bring up great points!
I think she's ok with no collaborations. She can stand alone.
I don't really think an artist of the decade needs a collaboration to regain strength and position but okay
@@oceancadette4021 Very well said. 👏👏👏

While I appreciate Lover (Afterglow is one of my new favorites), I think 1989 is my favorite album of hers. It’s super cohesive, emotional, strong, and full of the reinvention she’s talking about. And “Clean” is one of the best songs ever written.
Very good points! And yes "Clean" is one of her bests, and one of the bests songs written. I mean...ever.
Taylor Swift is so successful because she actually engages with her fans, she actually cares for them. They all love and care for her too.
Exactly!

Wow, this is an EXCELLENT point!!

What sucks is taylor probs cant release cruel summer as a single cause she'll get bashed about the corona pandemic I recon
Oh...interesting point!
Let 'em. Dua Lipa's Break My Heart is trending right now and her chorus literally has "I should've stayed at home. Cuz I was doing better alone."
I think Cruel Summer's gonna relate to the general public coz the lyrics are too relatable to us right now.
@@ajsc11 but some people may take it the wrong way, and in a pop song I think it would be tacky to release it as a single. She should've released it last year.
@@elyy0345 haters will always find a way to hate whatever you do in life. I think Taylor should release it this month.
god i live for the way you worded you’re perspective on the lover era, this video is so good 🥺✨
Thank you so much! Comments like these make my day. Thank you so much for watching ❤️
Gurl where have you been?
I took a personal hiatus. Had a lot of things going on in my life I needed to organize and restructure before I returned 😀

Thank you so much, and thank you for watching ❤️!
tbh i think Taylor did well in the era and by the the end it did well (i cant say there'd be anymore singles) and i assume she started recording in January 2019-March 2019 and it seems like she recorded 6 tracks per month
@@paintingdreams290 Interesting!
@@robertthompson7242 Yes, I believe she did discard the alleged TS6 for "reputation". After all, her cutting the wings of the plane in the "LWYMMD" video that has 'TS6' on the ...tail (?) of the plane essentially confirms this in one way or another.
The ME! slander never say right with me I love that song it's so cute and bright
Best album of 2019.
LITERALLY!
cornelia street and daylight are MASTERPIECES.
i'd love to see taylor do a pop/rock era or, if she really wants to, an alt-country or vintage 60s singer-writer era. either way, ts8 is gonna be a blast
YES!!!!
hey uhhhh commenting here so you see this after folklore
So eloquent. I agree with everything you said. Can’t wait for her new era, whenever it may be. She’s a genius.
Thank you so much 😉 And thank you for watching!
