Awesome and informative video. Glad to see people making in-depth guides and showing how to do it, rather than say it and expect people to know. This will help a ton of people. Keep up the great content! Subbed.
The toughest part is quick connects if they have been on there for a long time exposed to heat and dust and the o-rings have dried hardened. Putting PAG oil on the plastic or metal removal tool and pressing in a few times while twisting makes it a lot easier.
Thank you for the video! I have a 2003 5 speed same color/engine and AC problem!!! My compressor when out today. After watching this vid I feel confident I can do the same thing here.
Thanks. I’m about to do this job on an 06, my personal truck. I just learned my AC compressor is locked up tight. I’ll try the couch for the evap. Thanks.
Great job thanks for the detail that really helped. I’m replacing everything fire wall forward new. What is the flush solvent & where does some pick it up. What were you blowing the lines out with after you ran the flush solvent, just air until it’s dry inside?
What amount of pag oil did you have to add? My compressor comes with a factory load of oil, but how much needs to be added to compensate for the system?
Im trying to replace a line that goes to the top of ac condenser and runs to compressor . i cant find it anywhere cause i dont know what its called. Nobody can tell me at autozone napa n soo forth. Pls help me

I would be interested in how to hook up gauges and how to charge the refrigerant?
I see the way your pump was on there so that helped cuz I wasn't sure if you could actually put the pump on upside down😊
I’m having a hard time installing the new one I can’t figure out how to open the spring when trying to insert the new line
