This stuff is sooo accurate and relatable... But I'll try to give some tips (from my solo player experience) to avoid these triggering things, hope it will help some of y'all, feel free to correct me or add some things! 0:26 I usually leave the spot as soon as cutscene is triggered (bells candles lit) or manta is arriving. About cutscene, if you leave quickly it won't happen for you. That makes my candle run very chaotic but no as being kidnapped by manta is. 2:17 I assume some moths could read this, so if you don't know it yet, search for the "home trick" with krills. It isn't patched and will help you with krills. 2:20 After collecting the candles, go along the wall with big ridges and walk towards the right. There's only one wall like that down there. If you are going along a smooth wall, you're on the wrong path. 4:51 The Prophecy caves are really a pain to go to. When you reach this point, go home, and then use return shrine You will appear in the cave and won't have to walk or try to fly through the long gorge and light the doors. I do that when I'm candle running and it's really saving my time. 1:31 Finish your Sanctuary candle run by this spot if you want to save time. The plant will practically always already be burnt. 5:50 For the big plant in forest temple, it's the same. Sit, pray and go collect the wax from the area after temple, then come back. Usually the server has changed and plant will be burnt. It works most of the time, not always, but try it! 5:33 If by chance you own a chibi mask and have the "on gard" posture, try to master the chibi trick. You will almost never need people to help you to open doors anymore, in Vault, in Prairie, in Forest... Just search for it on UA-cam, you'll find it easily. That 4 man door on the first floor of the Temple... OMG... I waited for an HOUR alone in there, then someone came, we waited 20 minutes, found a third person, but never a 4th. Still don't have those 2 emotes in my constellation, just 'cause noone opens that shitty door. But the 4 man on the second floor gets opened instantly. XD What pains me the most is that many veterans, who most likely have the emote which is required, ran by despite us trying to get their help and ignored us completly. Probably 'cause we were "just moths". XD
About the plant in sanctuary, you burned the wrong side first, much like the one at the battlefield, you need to work on one side with the other person first.
Wait, you forgot the pain when you try to resize and take a picture in the wasteland pillar (for the heigh chart). I don't know why but EVERYTIME I do it, there are a lot of people and some players block the view,in purpose (even if I waited for my turn), like GUYS PLEASE. I'm a wholesome player but some people makes me want to insult them...

Most of those waiting problems are the reason why I walk around with a chibi mask. Chibi fall solves many problems. And the windtunnel is also very good to reach the cave of prophecy
Cave of prophecies: once you passed the gate before you fly, go home and return from shrine rock. You will be inside the cave... Also, hold hands in group of 4!
Fun fact, if you angle down when you flap, then push up and flap, you get a higher boost. Then when you are at the height you like, if you double tap the flight button to it will keep you around that level of height till you get where you are going, I’ve flow all the way across the broken ship map and up way over the pipes with this method. Makes it sooo much easier. Plus it’s real physics.

Once I was on the door that needs 8 people to unlocked. We're already 8 there and someone really messing with us and not lighting the trigger to the point that 5 of the players just go out to continue doing runs. That's the second time I got pissed off in this game. The first was the fire trial.
I remember when I was helping my friend find the sky puppy and at the door that takes 8 people it only took 6 seconds to wait for more people Friend:yay Me: 🥹🤔 at least I don’t have to wait 10 minutes When we got to the candles to summon the puppy everyone was coming to the candles to summon the puppy and only took us total 20 seconds to wait even though it take an hour Friend: yayyy🎉 Me: at least I don’t have to wait an hour

Im never going back to Eden 😃 Every time there’s an opening the wind is pushing me back, and then the shrimp thingy spots me and I either run and get attacked by rocks or stay still and lose 3-4 winged lights 🥲
oh my god that summoning oreo one hahaha. I didnt actually know what would happen, but I did three tries of waiting around (left after first, came back in the same day for round 2) cause I was curious. Three groups had come and gone cause they got sick of waiting, until finally we summoned the dog. I rode on Oreo's back for a bit, then did laughing emote, same with another moth who laughed with me. At some point while waiting I was just having a laughing fit irl at the sight of us just alternately chilling and furiously honking for others to help

For the cave of prophecy thing. I’ve found it faster to just go back home and come back using the sitting portal thing. It takes you directly to the main cave bit, and you don’t have to fly. Plus, it’s way faster ^^
I know the struggle of running out of light and being ignored by people passing by. I tend to stop and help when I see a white glowing cape. It’s gotten me a lot of polite gestures lately. I’m pretty new to the game but I know all the basics by now from watching how other people play and looking up videos. I’ve been playing for about 6-7 days now. I just unlocked the Eye of Eden yesterday and, as a somewhat moth who has no experience with it, i’m terrified. I’ll have to look up what paths are safest and take some veterans with me who can show me the way. I just got used to the krills and their flight patterns yesterday and I can deal with them confidently now, but I don’t know about a storm of boulders. I will fight for those upgrades, however, wish me good luck because i’m going in within the next two days. Oh, also, I got dropped into the golden wasteland by a moth who flew too close to the edge. That made my day; I was dying laughing.
@@shadetheskykid7393 - I got through eye of eden, alone, on my first attempt, got 8 candles and I only lost one wing to a boulder on the way up. I feel very proud of my moth self now that I get to be tiny.
@@shadetheskykid7393 - ffff, I fell off many cliffs, hit many walls, and had to start again many times. It took me way too long, but I didn’t want to loose my lights to krills. I was panicking the whole time because krills and red light in general now give me huge anxiety. (especially when I can hear one very close by but I can’t see it) Sorry if i’m talking quite a bit. It’s 8:35 am where I live and I haven’t slept yet so i’m really tired.
A trick a veteran when I was still a young month thought me to avoid krill's is to spam the die emote. It takes time, the krill will focus longer on you, but just spam it and after a bit the krill will leave and you'll be safe. I use that a lot on the last part before the Eye, as it helps with the krill constantly monitoring the entrance and of course if you want to pick up the winged light before entering the tunnel. Aside from that, you can watch some videos of veterans doing the run, they have a lot of shortcuts they use and you are less likely to be spotted by krill. My worst Eden nightmare is the wind and rocks, as sometimes I will lag and proof, I'm out of light and no one is there to help me.
I dunno if this happened to anyone but whenever a cut scene load while doing a quest there's a part where it zooms for a bit, but for some reason some of the quest cuts scene I have saw has been zooming on a random area for almost 5 minutes

I've never tried height resize next to pillar but I know it's very famous hehe

Once I was on the door that needs 8 people to unlocked. We're already 8 there and someone really messing with us and not lighting the trigger to the point that 5 of the players just go out to continue doing runs. That's the second time I got pissed off in this game. The first was the fire trial.

I remember when I was helping my friend find the sky puppy and at the door that takes 8 people it only took 6 seconds to wait for more people

When we got to the candles to summon the puppy everyone was coming to the candles to summon the puppy and only took us total 20 seconds to wait even though it take an hour

Moths Really Don't Know What They Are Doing They're Really Strange
Whenever I'm in pitch black darkness, I use big call as a sort of echo location.

Every time there’s an opening the wind is pushing me back, and then the shrimp thingy spots me and I either run and get attacked by rocks or stay still and lose 3-4 winged lights 🥲
Apparently some people say it's a bug not able to move ahead of strong winds and not able to jump..

oh my god that summoning oreo one hahaha. I didnt actually know what would happen, but I did three tries of waiting around (left after first, came back in the same day for round 2) cause I was curious. Three groups had come and gone cause they got sick of waiting, until finally we summoned the dog. I rode on Oreo's back for a bit, then did laughing emote, same with another moth who laughed with me.
At some point while waiting I was just having a laughing fit irl at the sight of us just alternately chilling and furiously honking for others to help
what about the meditation area in wasteland, it's not really a pain, but a bit harder to find ;-;
and the Prophecy trials, not daily too, but it is some suffering especially the last.

For the cave of prophecy thing. I’ve found it faster to just go back home and come back using the sitting portal thing. It takes you directly to the main cave bit, and you don’t have to fly. Plus, it’s way faster ^^

I know the struggle of running out of light and being ignored by people passing by. I tend to stop and help when I see a white glowing cape. It’s gotten me a lot of polite gestures lately.
I’m pretty new to the game but I know all the basics by now from watching how other people play and looking up videos. I’ve been playing for about 6-7 days now. I just unlocked the Eye of Eden yesterday and, as a somewhat moth who has no experience with it, i’m terrified. I’ll have to look up what paths are safest and take some veterans with me who can show me the way. I just got used to the krills and their flight patterns yesterday and I can deal with them confidently now, but I don’t know about a storm of boulders.
I will fight for those upgrades, however, wish me good luck because i’m going in within the next two days. Oh, also, I got dropped into the golden wasteland by a moth who flew too close to the edge. That made my day; I was dying laughing.

@@shadetheskykid7393 - I got through eye of eden, alone, on my first attempt, got 8 candles and I only lost one wing to a boulder on the way up. I feel very proud of my moth self now that I get to be tiny.

@@shadetheskykid7393 - ffff, I fell off many cliffs, hit many walls, and had to start again many times. It took me way too long, but I didn’t want to loose my lights to krills. I was panicking the whole time because krills and red light in general now give me huge anxiety.
(especially when I can hear one very close by but I can’t see it) Sorry if i’m talking quite a bit. It’s 8:35 am where I live and I haven’t slept yet so i’m really tired.
A trick a veteran when I was still a young month thought me to avoid krill's is to spam the die emote. It takes time, the krill will focus longer on you, but just spam it and after a bit the krill will leave and you'll be safe.
I use that a lot on the last part before the Eye, as it helps with the krill constantly monitoring the entrance and of course if you want to pick up the winged light before entering the tunnel.
Aside from that, you can watch some videos of veterans doing the run, they have a lot of shortcuts they use and you are less likely to be spotted by krill.
My worst Eden nightmare is the wind and rocks, as sometimes I will lag and proof, I'm out of light and no one is there to help me.

Reaching the prophecy cave isnt too hard though, going from butterflies or the ramp is the easiest way. I never have to use all my wings getting there

I dunno if this happened to anyone but whenever a cut scene load while doing a quest there's a part where it zooms for a bit, but for some reason some of the quest cuts scene I have saw has been zooming on a random area for almost 5 minutes
